"Lovely staff, but the water dispenser is a ”tall” order. The staff really go out of their way to help. Only problem was the water dispenser. It’s placed on a table, making it tower over me. As a short girl, using the hot water felt a bit like a stunt from a movie 😂 I was terrified of a hot splash to the face! It would be much better if it were placed at a lower, safer height. And also location prefectly in heart of bentong, walking distance to Bukit Do.. everywhere. Nasi Kandar 24h across the street."

"We stayed at Chateau Spa, Bukit Tinggi for 4 days and 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. The resort was peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind and celebrate a special occasion.
The room was clean, and the toilet was well kept, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff service was truly tip-top—everyone was attentive, caring, and clearly prioritised our wellbeing and comfort throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warmth really stood out.
As for the food, breakfast and the buffet were fine, but the à la carte meals for lunch and dinner were definitely worth the money. The portion sizes matched the price well, and there was a good variety of Western and Malay cuisine. We tried the Western dishes, including salmon and steak, and they were delicious.
The spa prices were affordable, though booking in advance is recommended. We visited during the last few days of December, and the weather was cold and lovely, adding to the overall relaxing experience. We left feeling happy, refreshed, and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful getaway or a special celebration."

During that time, I repeatedly called the number listed on their official website (+60 10-921 2677), but no one answered. At 6:10 a.m., I sent a WhatsApp message with my bank account details and left. The staff only replied around 6:30 a.m., and my deposit was immediately transferred to my account, which I appreciate.
Still, I hope the management can improve their coordination and ensure that the front desk is staffed as promised, especially when guests have notified them in advance.

"Other than being a bit noisy without soundproofing, the basics were met as the room was clean, including the beddings. The aircon was superb, as it was cold enough. The toilet flushing system was also good; they just forgot to provide toilet roll! 🤔

"The room was quite spacious. It was clean and well maintained. The place is strategic with many restaurants open late till midnight along with other convenient stores. It was a late check in and the receptionist was very pleasant and gave clear instructions. The only downside is the curtain wasn't closing all the way of the windows so got lights peaking in . Overall, great hotel and hospitality."

"I had a wonderful stay in Antara by Cobnb. Would definitely repeat and I highly recommend to anyone planning to stay in Genting Highlands to book this property. View is breathtaking, panoramic and unblocked, you’ll never get bored of. From my unit balcony, I could see the ice age roller coaster @ Genting Skyworlds Theme Park, cable car, chin swee temple, the curvy roads, other attractions in Genting and Kuala Lumpur city. Love that clouds are at eye-level, and fogs will come and go.
In terms of amenities, since I got free upgrade to 3-bedrooms unit, it was equipped with kitchen utensils (pot, pans, knife, scissors, peeler, forks and spoons, chopsticks, plates, bowls, saucers, teapot, cups, glasses, jar), microwave, electric kettle, oven, refrigerator, induction cooker, iron and ironboard, hair dryer. TV, airconds and ceiling fans are available at living room and every bedroom. There’s also jacuzzi at the balcony. The interior is luxurious, clean and modern which I love so much. High-speed wifi is available too. To note, the amenities provided by Cobnb is of high quality!!"

The room was spacious for the price it was well worth it, location is great as well its near to the centre of the area..theres a lot of shop lot there. Amenities is bare necessity nothing fancy but u can get toothbrush kit shampoo n bodywash, in the kitchen there's microwave plates bowls n complete cutlery set n dishwash soap. The facilites around the apartment is great there's a lot to explore

What i disappoint was the washing machine has broken and they can't fix the issue right away and only offer me a late checkout so i have to wash all my cloth manually and they can't dried out even within 2 days due to the weather. Hope they would've offer better solution to others next time mybe an offer to a free laundry service or something..also they don't have tissue prepared just the cheap toilet roll which would break easily, would be better if they also prepare face tissue as well..the towel is very dirty i couldn't dare to use as i have skin allergy and last but not least there's karaoke n game room as well there but the price you have to pay is really ridiculous few hundred for few hours just for karaoke is insane 😂"

"The environment here is great, with a pool and a gym. The hotel also provides toothbrushes and toothpaste, and the rooms are very clean. I highly recommend staying here! The price is good, and it's located halfway up Genting. You can take the cable car directly to Genting Highlands. The only downside is that the road to the hotel is a bit secluded."

MMystery solvedThe stay was good, clean, and easy access to the mall, casino and sky avenue. However be prepared for a 100m run from the entrance to your hotel room, it is actually wide enough and quite a nice walk 🤭 staff were well trained and attentive to any needs or questions you may have, not sure what amenities the hotel has as there wasn’t any that had directional cues for guests, so I’m guessing there aren’t any? I may be wrong

GGuest UserWe have stayed in this skyworlds hotel before when it was named as theme park hotel. Basically it is a 3 star hotel meant for families. So do not expect high service standards or amenities like a 4 or 5 stars hotel. Best thing about this hotel is next to the theme park and quick access to sky avenue where the main centre of genting highland. Also very close to food outlets and restaurants. As the hotel is near the road, expect vehicle noises throughout the day and night. Also close to the cable car station.

VVivienleeys96I stayed here recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is quite convenient—about 7 minutes from Awana Resort and around 20 minutes to SkyAvenue. There are also plenty of shops nearby where you can dine or pick up daily essentials, which made things very convenient.
The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the lifts were fast, so getting to the unit was easy. The unit itself is very spacious, especially for a couple, which made the stay comfortable.
That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. It would be great if the unit provided a kettle or a water filter for added convenience. Also, the water heater took quite a long time to warm up, and the water pressure in the shower was rather weak.
Overall, aside from these minor issues, everything else was very good and I would say it’s definitely worth the price.

TTumi_Check in was smooth. You can check in at the counter if you have special request but if you want no hustle, you can check at the kiosk as well.
Room was clean and spacious. Would’ve been so much better if they use the space at the long counter and overhead cabinet for a closed wardrobe instead of the open concept. And also, put a door stopper or a soft-close hinge. Everytime we forgot to hold the door, it banged and might have affected other guests. We could also hear loud bangs from other units as well.
For people who don’t mind travelling back and forth from Genting Skyworld to Wyndham, shouldn’t be an issue. It take around 10-15 mins one way and for people who doesn’t drive, booking Grab might be slightly a challenge.
But since this place is fairly new, soon everything else will be available here such as restaurants, retail and wellness spaces etc.
Overall, the stay was great, perfect view. Wouldn’t mind coming back again to see what this place has in store in the future.

书书豪This accommodation feels a bit older compared to when I stayed a few years ago, but the price has also significantly decreased, making it a reasonable and fairly good value for money option given its current rate and overall facilities.
I stayed on the 29th floor this time, primarily to experience being surrounded by mist, which was indeed a unique and rather special highlight of this place. However, the dining options around or within the hotel are quite limited.
The only thing that really impacted my experience was a connecting door to the adjacent room, which had poor soundproofing. Around 1 AM, I could clearly hear a man and two women talking in the next room, which disturbed my sleep. If you prioritize quietness, I'd recommend confirming the room type with the hotel beforehand.

SSEE YOONG LOONI stayed at First World Hotel recently and it’s truly the definition of a ”hub.” You cannot beat the location—it’s directly connected to SkyAvenue mall, the Skytropolis indoor theme park, and the casino. Everything is just a 5-minute walk away.
The Room: We stayed in aDeluxe Room. It was compact and functional, but very basic. No fridge or AC (though you don't need it with the Genting breeze). Note that the walls are thin, so if you have noisy neighbors, you’ll hear them.
The Experience: The check-in process is almost entirely automated via kiosks. It’s efficient if you have your QR code ready, but the lobby can feel like a chaotic airport terminal during peak hours.
Pros: Affordable, perfect location, plenty of food options nearby.
Cons: Very small rooms, long wait times for elevators, no in-room WiFi (unless you pay or stay in specific towers).
Verdict: Great for a budget-friendly weekend if you only plan to sleep in the room.
