The most pleasant surprise of this trip to Qingshangou is the Ruiyuan Villa, which is properly equipped with the ceiling of the local homestay. The location is particularly good, not far from the cruise ship terminal, free self-driving parking, travel is very convenient. We stayed in the lake view suite, the space was spacious, the bed was soft and clean, and the bathroom was dry and odorless. In the morning, I was awakened by the birds in the mountains. I opened the curtains and saw the morning mist on the lake. In the evening, I sat on the terrace and watched the sunset in the lake. The natural oxygen bar air was fresh and completely escaped the noise of the city. Dining must be praised, local farm chicken, fresh lake, wild vegetables are fresh ingredients of the day, the weight is real, home-cooked dishes taste authentic, you can eat special mountain delicious without going out. The boss and staff are warm and caring, and will patiently explain the way of playing attractions and avoiding pits. The demand response is super fast. You can also play chess and cards, walk by the lake, and fish. The leisure projects are very complete. The overall food, lodging and playing are done in one stop, the environment, service, and food are all faulty, the price is full, it is highly recommended to tourists who come to Qingshangou to stay!

The trip is over, but I've been wanting to share my experience. Although I only stayed one day, it was incredibly memorable. The scenic spot was unique, nestled against the mountains and beside the water, giving it a secluded, idyllic feel. Far from the hustle and bustle of the city, the air quality was excellent, without a speck of dust. The room was charming, especially clean and refreshing. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, bringing us cucumbers they had grown themselves and homemade rice wine—all free of charge. We could eat whenever we wanted, without any time restrictions, and each time we ate, the manager would bring us various homemade pickles and rice wine, all not included in the meal cost. When we left, they brought us cucumbers again and a bottle of rice wine; we felt so grateful. It was a place that made us feel right at home, a place we wanted to stay forever.

The most delightful surprise of my autumn trip to Northeast China was stopping at Haiping Farmhouse in Lüjiang Village. If you're also passing through Lüjiang Village, you absolutely must stay overnight at Haiping – it's a true gem! Getting from Lüjiang Village to Haiping involves a short drive along a small road, so fewer people visit, but the experience is far superior to that of Lüjiang Village itself. Upon arrival, the owner took us on a boat trip on the river, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery and get a very close-up view of North Korea on the opposite bank. We even greeted some North Korean elementary school students who had just finished school. Back home, we had dinner of river fish that the owner had caught himself. That night, we even set fish traps in the river, and the next morning we ate freshly caught noodle fish. The two elderly people traveling with us were overjoyed. I highly recommend this amazing farmhouse – the scenery is breathtaking, and the owner is incredibly kind!

This guesthouse in Qingshan Valley is very creatively decorated. Surrounded by green mountains and clear water, the courtyard is cozy. We brought our son here for a visit, and we were very satisfied with our stay. The room even had a swing, which immediately slowed down our pace of life. The landlady was very welcoming and made us a hearty and delicious breakfast – everything was great. The only slight drawback was the limited hot water flow; I hope they can improve that. Otherwise, we were very satisfied. Excellent!

I've been here twice already and have been very satisfied both times. The rooms are quite clean, the courtyard is beautiful, and the scenery is stunning – truly a picturesque landscape of green mountains and clear waters. Staying in the farmhouse makes me feel great. The food is delicious, and the owner is very kind. I'll definitely go again.

The triangular hut is very novel. It is fully equipped and clean. The only drawback is that the water in the bathroom is slow and water accumulates easily. The environment is very natural, there is a stream next to the room, and the water is very clear. The only drawback is that the park has not yet been completed, the price is a bit high, and there are a lot of mosquitoes. The service staff are very enthusiastic and kind. Although the breakfast is simple, it tastes good and is clean.

The name of the painter village art homestay attracted me, and the calligraphy and painting displays full of cultural atmosphere; the front desk service is ecological, the hotel is cost-effective, and the environment is elegant; the breakfast is rich, I look forward to staying for a few more days next time, self-cultivation, and experience the beauty of nature!

Beautiful location and venue! The hosts were so welcoming and friendly, I never felt out of place or disturbed. The location is also ideal for those wanting to visit the Great Wall as it’s just a short walk — took me 5mins to get there. There are also local food stalls nearby to try authentic food that’s really affordable for budget travelers.
