"The location is super convenient, right off the highway. It's easy to find places to eat nearby and stroll around Lahu Square. Parking was also hassle-free for self-drivers. Plus, it's pet-friendly!
The room was clean and tidy, with very new facilities. The Xiaomi smart controls were easy to use, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept very soundly.
The front desk service was enthusiastic, and the local rice noodles for breakfast tasted authentic.

"Lancang Jingmaifu Water Park Hot Spring Ticket: It didn’t play. It looked like there was a big swimming pool and two small pools. It felt a little water. I saw someone swimming and it looked great. There was a staff member smoking in it and I didn’t want to go in.
The Yi nationality music is played and sang: Super surprise, I like it very much, it's so nice! ! ! Is the real version of China good sound? ! Hahahaha at first worried about being embarrassed like Haidilao. Later, I found that it was actually good. It was really good to listen. The couple selling tea in the tea room turned out to be a hidden signing singer. I like the national songs. I hope more people understand and like the ”Bao Yan block/Li Nini” that they can find in QQ music. Listen to me!"

As a self-proclaimed “well-travelled” individual, I never expected Jingmai Mountain to take my breath away again—but it truly did. The journey here is a testament to Yunnan’s untouched beauty, with rolling emerald tea fields, ancient forests, and villages where ethnic tribes have lived for generations.
We decided to stay at Eterna Venue Hotel (Liu Shi) instead of the many BnBs on the mountain, having often found those overpriced and lacking in cleanliness. What a pleasant surprise this hotel turned out to be!
From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff made it feel like home. Many of the team members come from nearby tea-farming communities, and their passion for the land was palpable. They didn’t just serve tea—they shared stories of the heritage behind it, offering insights into the different tea varieties and local traditions.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality linens. I loved waking up to the sound of roosters and the first rays of sunshine streaming through the window. If you’re like me and prefer to leave the window open at night, the fresh mountain air is the perfect way to start your day.
For breakfast, don’t miss the fresh rice noodles and seafood congee—so flavorful! The fruit selection was also fresh and changed daily.
A pleasant surprise was finding Cha Ling (a premium LVMH brand) as the hotel’s amenity. Made with tea extract, it added a luxurious touch to my stay.
One of my favorite experiences was the traditional tea baking session, Wei Lu Kao Cha. We gathered around a carbon stove, sipped Pu’er tea, ate locally harvested fruit and nuts, and learned to bake our own tea leaves under the guidance of tea masters.
The staff’s pride in their cultural heritage shone through in every interaction, making what could have been a simple stay feel like an immersive cultural journey.
For anyone looking to experience the authentic soul of Yunnan’s tea mountains, Eterna Venue Hotel offers more than just a place to stay—it provides a meaningful connection to this beautiful region.

The light and luxurious decoration style, with exquisite art ornaments and soft lighting, is full of high-level feeling, whether it is business negotiation or leisure small. The rooms are even more surprising. The space is extra spacious and bright, without the slightest sense of depression. The sun shines through the large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the whole room is warm and welcoming. The beds are soft and comfortable, the bathroom facilities are clean and tidy, and all kinds of daily necessities are available. The staff service is also very intimate, check-in and check-out are efficient and convenient. This hotel with a combination of beauty and comfort is definitely the best choice for travel and accommodation. Next time you come, you will give priority to pick!

Ffaith_li****I was very satisfied with my overall stay. It's arguably the best hotel in the mountains. A large portion of fresh fruit was delivered daily, and drinks were replenished the next day after they ran out. In the evening, the hotel organized a ”fire pit” activity, sharing Bulang ethnic culture and traditional singing and playing, which was very interesting. Every morning, they also organized a brief walking tour to Wengji Ancient Village, which really showed the hotel's dedication.
If I had to point out any shortcomings, it would probably be the somewhat frequent mosquitoes and yellowish water quality that are unavoidable in mountain hotels. However, these are simply due to the limitations of the natural environment and are unavoidable due to the hardware conditions.

The next day, I arrived at the room door but couldn't get in after swiping the room card, so I went back to the front desk. The lady at the front desk kept saying, ”You're staying for two nights.” 😭
At 12:20-40 am on the second night, someone was crying and singing in the corridor. I couldn’t understand a word of it. It was very creepy…
I called the front desk to inform them of the situation, went upstairs to drive them away, and they came back crying 2 minutes later. It was so frustrating!
Is it possible that the hotel has no surveillance in public areas? 😰😰😰

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite new, staffs are so nice. With convenient location, supper market, restaurant, petrol station are nearby. If you are not going to stay in the village among Jingmai mountain, here is definitely the best hotel to stay, with reasonable price. There are another 2 hotels, the price are much higher than it. It non- Chinese ID card holder friendly, our original plan was to stay in the village, but seems the viIt took us just 1hr to drive towards the highest village to watch the sunrise and sunset. The only disadvantage for me is there is no self-service laundry

Advantages: cheap, only 68 per night, plenty of hot water, clean bathroom.
Disadvantages: damp, no sound insulation, will wake up in the middle of the night, the sheets are not new, there is a very strong smell of cigarettes.

Although Lahu music has been performed on the Spring Festival Gala and the program ”Sisters Who Make Waves” was filmed here, it has not been overdeveloped. The warm and simple Lahu villagers believe in Christianity, and the church is built next to the village stage. Lao Dabao is worth staying for a few days. The rooms in Lao Dabao Inn are spacious. Although the facilities are not comparable to those of star-rated hotels, it feels like you are integrated into the lives of the villagers.

SSuyanlaowangLocation: Located in Mangjing, the hotel is easily accessible by bus, with stops readily available. Restaurants are within a few hundred meters, making it very convenient.
Environment: While the room's decor is simple, its biggest advantage is a large window offering panoramic views of Jingmai Mountain. There's also a huge terrace, which I thoroughly enjoyed, witnessing the sunset and sea of clouds.
Service: The staff was very welcoming. Upon arrival, they offered me a cup of herbal tea in the lobby, and always greeted me with a smile. Returning home at night, the brightly lit houses along the dimly lit country roads provided a sense of security. Suggestion: The breakfast selection could be more varied.
Facilities: Disposable toilet seat covers were provided, and there was plenty of hot water. Even with the fan on at night, it was still quite cool.
Cleanliness: There was a small stain on the toilet seat, and the common area leading to the terrace was somewhat cluttered. With better design and organization, it could be significantly improved.
Summary: I initially thought this might be just an average guesthouse, but my stay was excellent. I highly recommend it; it's great value for money.

VVeraFor a visit to Jingmai mountain this hotel is perfectly situated. The tourist office is right across and from here you can take a bus to Jingmai. Nearby are good restaurants and breakfast noodle places, as well as basic shops with fruit and vegetables.
