"This hotel is a local hotel decoration style very much like it is a simple and environmentally friendly feeling. Since it is a new hotel, the toilet room and public facilities are very new to use. It is more assured, and this hotel has large floor-to-ceiling windows. The view is very good. 9: The decoration style of the restaurant 00 is also great, the buffet and cooked rice noodles inside are delicious"

"The first established hotel as you enter the mountains, with plenty of parking spaces right across the street, which is very convenient. It's a bit far from the attractions, so you'll need a car. They offer butler-style service; they'll contact you the day before to provide the address, travel tips, and other information. The hotel has a good variety of activities planned, including roasted milk tea, stir-fried melon seeds, and bonfires in the evening. The hotel's dinner was just okay, with plenty of room for improvement. Breakfast on the rooftop had a great ambiance and taste. The rooms aren't luxurious but are perfectly adequate. The air conditioning was a bit old and didn't heat very well. I didn't have time to experience the travel photography session. It was really expensive during Chinese New Year, haha."

"I have been to Lancang for the Spring Festival for three consecutive years. I stayed at the Hualong Hotel before, but this time I found it to be a great place. The rooms are very big, the facilities are very new, and the breakfast is very rich! The handsome guy at the front desk provided excellent service, thumbs up! I will stay here again next year. Due to changes in my itinerary, I checked out one day early and the room fee was refunded smoothly! Very good experience!"

"I originally planned to stay only one night, but decided to extend it by another night to visit the Lancang Grand Market. The market has many vendors, including local farmers. You can tell who the farmers are by their stalls, as they usually have only a small quantity of goods. The larger vendors, however, have more items and their prices seem to be quite arbitrary, with the same product often having different prices. It's definitely worth a visit."

"It's quite good. It's the best business hotel I've stayed in recently. The supplies are complete, the meals are rich, and the service is quite good for a business hotel. As a practitioner in the hotel industry for many years, I feel sorry for the boss. There are too many redundant parts. It's difficult to support such complex supplies, meals, and labor costs at this room rate, and it's a franchise hotel. The hotel is good, but from an investment perspective, you still need to consider the ** time issue."

"All the reviews are true, but it’s not the wooden building that causes it.  Yes, it is very loud and you hear everyone. We’ve stayed in other fully wooden places, it’s worse here. Maybe not the wood but the guests are the problem. Loud Chinese people, walking the stairs with the heaviest pace you can imagine. Maybe help the other guests by hanging some warnings on the stairs: please be mindful for the other guests when walking to your room.  Also loud Chinese tourist on the square below. Not only while eating they scream all over the place, also with the tea ceremony nobody asks them to please stop talking after 23:00/24:00. We were up till 02:00AM because of tea drinking Chinese people at the fire. We stayed in the suite, which is located above the fire pit. Maybe the other rooms are less noisy. At 7AM each morning, somebody ran down the stairs. We think it’s the staff. It wakes you up through your earplugs.  The staff is OK. They are very shy, not rude. They could be more pro active though as we didn’t feel like they wanted to do something.. which is different to rude but also not very friendly.  The other villages around are way bigger and less cozy than Wengji. Also, with this guesthouse being just next to the town, it was perfect to escape the tourists most of the time. We didn’t find other accommodations in Wengji with the same aesthetics as Shishi guesthouse so we can’t recommend other places better than this. Maybe if the guesthouse would invest in trying to keep the noise down under the various guests, with text signs or with clearer house rules (fire pit), the noise problem wouldn’t be as bad.  Maybe if they tried to enthusiast their staff more and keep them from watching Chinese drama shows on their phones all day, they would be a bit more welcoming.  We’ve met a lot of amazing people in Wengji, it’s definitely not the locals that have this behaviour.  Lastly, the suite has a cubicle bathroom in the room, they really don’t clean this well. It smells very bad and just feels dirty all over.  For comfort this place is too expensive, for the location and aesthetics you won’t find better options nearby."

"Room facilities and supplies are clean and hygienic. No smell. Sleeping at night is also very quiet. The front desk service is very good. Easy parking. The surrounding food is very good. very satisfied."

"The room was very clean and modern, and I especially loved the tree view outside the window – it truly felt like living among the trees. The hotel service was also excellent; they helped us arrange transportation and we enjoyed some lovely tea and conversations. Fantastic!"

"The environment and atmosphere here are absolutely superb, no complaints! The guesthouse has fantastic views, you can literally watch the sea of clouds from your room, it's truly magnificent! The room was also spotlessly clean, with a separate wet and dry bathroom, a smart toilet, and a stable hot water supply. The toiletries were high quality and smelled great, and the hairdryer was powerful. When I stayed, there were quite a few empty rooms, so the owner upgraded me upon arrival. Waking up in the morning and seeing the sea of clouds right from my bed – who can understand that feeling? It was truly breathtaking! The guesthouse lobby is also very comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated, and has a nice ethnic flair. You can enjoy free tea there. I'd say it's one of the best-equipped guesthouses in Jingmai Mountain. The location is also very convenient, right next to the main road, easy to find. It's also easy to catch the shuttle bus from here. If you're driving, there's convenient parking in the courtyard. It's also super easy to get to attractions like Bee King Tree, Princess Banyan, Aileng Mountain, and Wengji Ancient Village, all about 1 kilometer away, easily walkable – really great. If there are enough people in the evening, the owner even organizes a bonfire tea-roasting session with singing and chatting. The atmosphere is truly wonderful, and the owner and her family are all incredibly warm and kind. If you're coming to Jingmai Mountain, Yushanpu Tea is definitely an excellent choice!"

"A guesthouse with a story always evokes a sense of longing. Traveling solo, I always wanted to hear the stories of the locals, so for the last night of my trip, I booked this guesthouse on the way down the mountain. The guesthouse was located in the first village on the way up the mountain, on the side closest to the mountain view. Just by drawing back the curtains, I could see the clouds and mist; the scenery was no less beautiful than on the mountain itself. The owners, a husband and wife, were very welcoming. We chatted over tea, and I heard the story of the tree and three generations of their family. I felt the owners' simplicity and sincerity—a truly wonderful experience."
