Xining Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"Good hotel, very modern and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful. For the price it's great. However, we couldn't enjoy the breakfast much as it starts at 7:30, which is already fairly late for a hotel, and by 7:40 not even half of the breakfast was prepared and we had to leave, would have liked to try it especially considering it was included in the room and what we ate of it was fairly tasty. The curtain behind the bathtub doesnt sit in line with the wall so there is a bright light throughout the night from outside. The hotel was a bit difficult to find especially finding the Correct parking area for the building. The elevators are shared elevators and took over 10 minutes to go up to the 25th floor . And took 5 minutes of waiting to go down one floor to the reception, before we decided to take the stairs(which are very dirty) Apart from the above the hotel was very good and comfortable, clothes washing facilities were clean, coffee in the reception, and a cool fish tank along with very friendly helpful staff."

"The environment is quiet and elegant, full of thoughtful details. The front desk staff are warm and patient. The location is very convenient, and the room has great natural light. It's very clean and quiet, offering excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this place again next time."

"This was the last stop on our Northwest trip, and we booked a family room. When checking in, I asked if we could get an upgrade, but the front desk staff said no. Since we were staying two nights, I then asked if breakfast could be included, but the front desk again flatly refused. Honestly, it's not a big deal if breakfast isn't included; I can afford a breakfast that costs a few dozen yuan. But that cold, formulaic service attitude was really off-putting. Well, after apparently offending the front desk, I was assigned a 'great' room where the shower drain was blocked, causing water to pool up to my ankles (I have pictures to prove it). It was already past 10 PM, and I didn't want to bother the staff, so I just figured I'd ask them to send someone to fix it tomorrow. But then, after my shower, the air conditioner stopped cooling, and it was very late by the time it started working again. What was even more frustrating happened the next morning: around 8 AM, the cleaning lady knocked on our door, asking us to put out our trash for her to take. Seriously? This was the only day of our entire trip we could sleep in, and it was completely ruined. I was so frustrated. To be fair, besides that one front desk staff member, the other service staff were quite nice, and they even gave my child a souvenir when we checked out. But overall, this stay was absolutely terrible."

"This was the best hotel I stayed at in Xining! There was a Credit Suisse store right in the lobby, so convenient! Check-in was quick and the staff were very polite. The room was clean and tidy, the mattress was very comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room – perfect for the high altitude! Highly recommended! Also, there are so many delicious restaurants on Jiaotong Lane diagonally opposite!"

"Check-in: The system was sluggish, and the front desk claimed the internet was down again. Room: We booked for two adults and one child, but the pillows weren't adequately provided. The mini-fridge price list for drinks was on the minibar, but the mini-fridge was empty, so what's the point of the price list? Bathroom: The liquid toiletries were of poor quality, yet they still branded them with the Sanyu logo. The hairdryer was a terrible choice. Breakfast: A complete disaster! No one to seat guests, it was chaotic, and despite many staff members, they were all just milling around with extremely low efficiency. Breakfast hours were 7:00-10:00, and we went at 8:30. The food quality was poor, and the kitchen's on-site management was terrible. I asked for an omelet, and they flat-out said no, only fried eggs, with a firm and take-it-or-leave-it attitude! I was shocked. How did Trip.com select this hotel? How do they supervise and evaluate it? The milk quality was poor, there was no freshly squeezed juice, the coffee was bad, the desserts and bread had no variety and poor quality, and the yogurt wasn't refrigerated nor was it on ice… Complaint Handling: I tried to find the F&B director at the restaurant, but it was the weekend, and he was off. No one in charge was willing to come out. I called Trip.com, who handled it professionally, and then I received a call back from a lobby manager who was clueless. I requested to speak with the hotel's duty manager, and the person who called back was a man responsible for the kitchen, which was fitting. He immediately asked how I wanted to resolve it, implying he wasn't really concerned. I listed out all the issues one by one, and he replied, 'Minor oversight.' Nothing was resolved. Additional points: 1) Unused 'clean' linens and bathrobes were stored in the laundry cart. 2) When checking out at 11:35, there was no one at the front desk, only two concierges, who said everyone had gone for lunch. Excellent management! 👍"

"Great location and very good service from front door and the cleaner Warmly asked us for anything we need and try to fulfill our requirement at their best We requested water for drinking and hanger to hang our clothes after washing and dry with dryer and the hotel management helped us with it. The room is big enough for 5 pax and clean Breakfast provided for every day too."

"I am from Japan, and I stayed at this hotel with my wife. Before our arrival, I was in contact with the hotel manager via WeChat. The manager personally picked us up at the airport, and we were able to get into the car without any waiting time at all. He was incredibly kind, and we communicated smoothly using a mobile translator. Since we arrived at the hotel around 10:00 PM, the manager was very thoughtful, even asking if we wanted to order food delivery for dinner. We felt a deep sense of hospitality and warmth. We stayed in a twin room on the 16th floor; the view of the mountains from the window was beautiful, and the room was so clean that my wife and I could truly relax. Because this hotel puts its guests first, we decided to extend our stay for an additional two nights. "Very close to the airport with an unexpectedly good free shuttle service. The front desk was quick to answer calls. The hotel is grand, and the breakfast is rich. There's also an ecological garden outside the breakfast area worth exploring. About three kilometers from the hotel, there's a high-speed rail new district where you can find food and visit a night market. This hotel offers great value for money."
