"The location is fantastic for exploring! It's right at the entrance to the riverside park. Step out, and you have the riverbank street going one way, and East Street leading to Dongzhongshun Food Street the other. If you're driving, parking is available, but be aware that this area can get quite congested. You'll need to drive into a narrow alley to reach the parking lot. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the facilities felt new. Our triple room had a window facing a wall, so no views, but it was nice and quiet. Interestingly, the hallway window on our floor offered a direct view of the river. One minor suggestion: it seemed like there wasn't a charging outlet near the smaller bed, only by the main bed and in the bathroom."

"Guaranteed late check-out until 3 PM: The room's cleanliness was good, and I always trust international hotel chains for their great value for money. The front desk staff were all very polite. It was quiet at night, and the bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast, in particular, was excellent – I felt there were no pre-cooked dishes, everything was fresh and satisfying! "First off, the hotel's location is excellent, right near the North Gate of the Leshan Scenic Area, and they even have an electric shuttle service. Secondly, the rooms are decorated in a very Zen-like style; you can practice calligraphy in the afternoon and Eight-Section Brocade in the morning. Every plant and tree within the hotel is a beautiful sight, making it a truly relaxing experience. Lastly, Tangtang and Linlin at the front desk were incredibly nice and provided a lot of help. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Leshan, and I'll stay for a few extra days, as the food in Leshan is simply delicious."

"The hotel is located right next to Wanda Plaza. There are many hotels in that building, but Hampton Inn has its own independent lobby, which is very nicely decorated. It also has its own dedicated elevators. They gave us a high floor, and the hotel staff were very friendly. When we mentioned there was noise upstairs, the staff were incredibly helpful. They checked and confirmed that no one was staying on the floor above us and said they would monitor it again when I went to sleep, and if there was still noise, they'd send someone to investigate. That was very thoughtful. I booked a room with two breakfasts, and when I told the front desk, they even gave two complimentary breakfasts for my 10-year-old children. This hotel is truly excellent! 👍🏻 It's grand and impressive. What's most worth praising are the slippers – a lovely pink and blue, haha. I even took them home because I couldn't bear to throw them away. The hotel also has a parking lot with clear signage. Next time I visit Leshan, I will definitely stay here again. The hotel breakfast also deserves huge praise! 👍🏻 It's abundant, high-quality, and grand!"

"Great location right by the river, so you can bypass the city center when heading to the high-speed train station. This used to be the go-to spot for many important figures, and there are tons of local eateries nearby. Manager Wang Ping upgraded me to a river view room, though the heavy rain made it hard to see the Giant Buddha clearly. In the evening, a front desk staff member named Ming helped me discover some great local snacks and even advised me that taking a taxi to the train station would save time compared to navigating the underground plaza."

"I booked this hotel last minute, and upon arrival, it seemed like any other business hotel, with prices much higher than typical business hotels. However, after checking in and going up to my room, I immediately understood the hotel's unique character. There aren't many rooms on each floor, and the ceilings are quite high. The moment I entered the room, I felt the price was justified – the space was incredibly large. The hotel had already inserted the key card and turned on the air conditioning, and despite facing the street, I didn't hear any outside noise. There was even a dedicated tea corner, and the bed had those special pillows, which ensured I had a great night's sleep, relieving the fatigue from a long day of travel. It's a very nice, niche, and distinctive hotel."

I spent two nights at this beautiful hotel, on a visit to Emeishan with my girlfriend. It was an amazing experience! First of all, the pick-up from the train station by the hotel owner was really a welcome touch — he helped us greatly throughout our stay, making sure we had the best possible experience in Emeishan. The room itself was beautiful — amazing views from our own private balcony; a very tasteful, new and comfortable interior; impeccably clean; and a great selection of fruit, snacks, etc. in the room. A beautiful and convenient location too. The breakfast was really good — lots of dishes, and both days were different. It was lovely to sit on the balcony in the morning, looking out at mountains, eating a delicious breakfast and drinking coffee. I would highly recommend visiting Emeishan itself, and I think this hotel is the perfect base for a trip there — the next day, we visited Leshan giant Buddha (not far away by train), before returning to Chengdu in the evening. Overall, a great place to stay, and I definitely want to visit again!

Everything was amazing from start to end. Our host picked us up from the train station and took us directly to the accomodation. He waited while we got changed to quickly shuttle us to the pickup area for the bus to the Golden Summit. At the end of the day, he was waiting for us to shuttle us back to the hotel. The hotel’s location is spectacular and our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast, likewise, was really tasty. The staff really made us feel comfortable and were available to answer questions and provide suggestions at any time. Felt like a very luxurious stay.

The overall experience was absolutely incredible. Stepping into the hotel felt like entering an Aman-style sanctuary, where time itself seemed to slow down. There were so many touching moments that online pictures simply couldn't convey; you truly need to experience it firsthand. The one-on-one butler service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, with every detail meticulously handled. Experiences like incense burning, sound bathing, and tea ceremonies were brought directly to my room, offering a wonderful sense of ritual and allowing for complete relaxation. The Michelin-starred meal was exquisite and refined, with reassuringly fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The mountain weather was comfortably pleasant, and the bedding quality was excellent. Drifting off to sleep with the soothing white noise of the flowing creek outside made for an exceptionally peaceful and restorative night's rest. This was a truly rare and healing mountain retreat, perfect for anyone looking to unwind and rejuvenate. It's definitely worth another visit.

The architecture blends seamlessly with the surrounding mountains and wilderness. The hotel offers a comprehensive range of amenities, including courtyards, guest rooms, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a cafe. Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped and excellently maintained. Cleanliness: The indoor areas are spotless. Despite being in a mountainous area, there wasn't a single mosquito. Traveling through Sichuan with kids, Le Méridien is definitely the best hotel in the Leshan Emeishan area. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Plus, there are several must-try restaurants right outside the hotel. If you're driving, it's super convenient. You can drive straight from the hotel's parking lot all the way up the mountain, which takes a little over an hour to reach Leidongping. The reason it takes a bit longer is due to the 30 km/h speed limit. Even after a long day of climbing the Leshan Giant Buddha and enjoying delicious food in Leshan, followed by a long drive to Le Méridien at the foot of Emeishan, and knowing we'd be climbing Emeishan early the next morning, it was still worth it to stay at a hotel like Le Méridien to get a good night's rest and recharge. What's more, we had incredibly good luck! When we woke up and opened the curtains, it was raining heavily outside, with rain pouring into the lake. But magically, by the time we reached the Emeishan summit, the clouds had cleared, and the sun was shining brightly. It felt like Le Méridien brought us good fortune!

The hotel was a pleasant surprise during our trip; the kids and our dog were very happy with it, as it had a large bathtub and a small garden. Since we were leaving very early the next day, our butler, Jiqing, thoughtfully packed breakfast and provided a lot of information on sightseeing and dining options. Leshan is a treasure trove of a city; besides the Giant Buddha, there are many other fun places to visit. I would definitely choose to cycle solo for a thousand miles again next time.

The hotel is located relatively near to Emeishan High Speed Rail Station and the hotel conveniently provides pick up and drop off service upon guests' request, though Mandarin communication skills may be required. It is however possible to contact the hotel through the Trip.com message portal to arrange the pick up service. The room was very pleasant and well furnished with amenities. My only gripe is the toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) are limited in small bottles and had to be carefully rationed. They also provide free breakfast which I found to be quite satisfactory, though don't expect a Western continental breakfast. Got to try chaoshou wontons and corn leaf wrapped Baba for the first time, so that was good. You can ask to copy Buddhist scripture in the dining hall or they can send the kit to your room at your leisure. The public hot spring was under maintenance, but it was satisfactory enough to use the private hot spring in my room. Overall a very lovely stay. Staff are also very helpful in recommending the sites, attractions, food and how to get around, though Mandarin again required.

The rooms are spacious, with a simple yet elegant design, providing a high level of comfort. The public hot spring area has a beautiful environment, perfect for relaxing and soothing your fatigue after a hike. The front desk staff provided meticulous and thoughtful service. For breakfast, the noodle bar's freshly wrapped wontons were delicious, and the fruit was very fresh. The hotel offers a quiet retreat amidst the bustling area, ideal for relaxation. I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Mount Emei for the May Day holiday. I arrived at Emei Mountain Station on the last high-speed train from Chengdu, and the hotel's location is super convenient, just a five-minute walk from Baoguo Temple. The front desk was thoughtful enough to call ahead and ask about my arrival time. The breakfast was also clean and hygienic.
