"What a beautiful hotel. It is situated in a very strategic location in the middle of the happening where the Giant Buddha is (around 800m to entrance gate. The pedestrian street where the hotel is located, is gorgepusly colorful illuminated in the evening until around 23:00 Xiaoyan, the hotel staff is very helpful and escorted me to my room and explained everything regarding the functionaliity of the room. Check in was also efficiently done by Xiaoyan. Thank you. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel. Food was sooo deliciois and competitively reasonably priced according to my opinion compared to prices in the Netherlands. The atmosphere at the bar overlooking the river is nice. Definitely want to come back again in the near future."

"My first stay at HUALUXE Hotel Leshan was beyond expectations! From the warm reception by Mr. Hu at the front desk, who kindly upgraded us to a room with a minibar, the accommodation was exceptionally quiet—perfect for families with kids. The breakfast spread was a delightful surprise, featuring abundant local Leshan specialties like tofu brain, ka bing (stuffed buns), and both spicy/non-spicy boboji (skewered dishes). A special touch came from Ms. Lucky Mu Jin, who thoughtfully gave our child bread and yogurt. Access to the gym and swimming pool with room card registration was seamless, and the facilities were impeccably clean and well-managed. Every detail reflected genuine care, making this stay highly recommendable!"

"We booked this hotel for our family trip to Chengdu to see the pandas and to Emei Mountain for the monkeys. It was a fantastic choice! The rooms are large, modern, and very clean. There's a convenient shuttle service that takes you between the lobby and the rooms. We even received complimentary milk tea and welcome fruits upon check-in. Our kids absolutely loved the loft room – it had cute panda and elephant stuffed animals, and having two bathrooms was incredibly practical. We got lucky on our Emei Mountain visit; it was raining on the way, but cleared up when we reached the summit, and we saw tons of monkeys, which made the children ecstatic! The hotel is also very close to the city center, making dining super easy."

"The hotel is quite new, and the decor is nice, but some of the materials seem to be of lower quality. Many of the bathroom fixtures are from unknown brands. The automatic toilet, in particular, has a lid that doesn't open smoothly, and it only flushes two or three minutes after you leave. Overall, it's still pretty good."

The layout of the rooms fully demonstrates the collision and fusion of French sentiments and Chinese classical beauty. The only shortcoming is that the city view outside the window cannot complement the hotel itself. The service is very warm. In a non-first-tier city like Leshan, it is rare for the staff to take the initiative to say hello. It is a good stay experience, worth a try."

"I've already reviewed this, but I have to emphasize it again! My original booking was for check-in on the 13th and check-out on the 15th. However, on the day of check-in, the 13th, I made a last-minute decision to extend my stay from the 15th to the 16th. At that time, there was an international martial arts competition, and all the foreign guests were staying at this hotel, which meant our original room type was unavailable for the 15th to the 16th. Just as we were getting frustrated, ta-da! Our lovely and sweet account manager, Ms. Zhang Hui, helped us promptly resolve the issue and adjust the room! She managed to secure our original room for the 13th-15th, saving us the trouble and hassle of having to pack our bags and switch rooms on the 15th. We are truly grateful and thankful! I want to specifically mention and thank Manager Zhang Hui again! She's amazing!"

"Very good service from the front desk even though we are only staying for one night. 向样，小何 & 杨淋 really try their best to satisfy their customers and make them feel at home. We got upgraded to a river view room and the view was fantastic! As our train is only departing near to 5pm, we requested for a late check out. To my surprise, they really did their best to accommodate and we only checked out at 3.30pm. A big thank you for their gracious accomodation to our request 👍👍👍 Highly recommended to stay there."

"This hotel is located right inside the scenic area, and the parking lot is very close by. You can even call the hotel to pick you up, which is quite convenient. As soon as you enter, the hotel is very clean and has a certain Zen ambiance. The breakfast is also excellent, and the service attitude is great. The environment is lovely too. However, since it's within a scenic area, there are inevitably some disturbances. There was a child, also a guest, who was making noise outside until almost 11 PM. Eventually, I couldn't take it anymore and complained to the front desk, and then it finally quieted down. I understand that children want to let loose and have fun when they're on vacation; I have kids myself. But at least consider other people's feelings. It was really late. When you're traveling, people should really try to be more considerate. After all, children are a reflection of their parents; they mirror your behavior!"

"Due to a late booking, I could only get a Rome King Room. The room was in Building 2, and it was quite a walk to the hot springs, which wasn't very convenient. The lighting in the room was dim, especially in the duplex suite with a mahjong table that my family booked – the lighting was so poor you couldn't even see the mahjong tiles clearly. It definitely wasn't worth the 880 price tag. The toiletries in the room were also subpar. I suspect this hotel's high ratings are mostly fake. Furthermore, most of the hot spring pools had low water temperatures, and the ones that were warm were packed like sardines. The hygiene was also pretty average. I probably won't choose this hotel again in the future."
