"My first stay at HUALUXE Hotel Leshan was beyond expectations! From the warm reception by Mr. Hu at the front desk, who kindly upgraded us to a room with a minibar, the accommodation was exceptionally quiet—perfect for families with kids. The breakfast spread was a delightful surprise, featuring abundant local Leshan specialties like tofu brain, ka bing (stuffed buns), and both spicy/non-spicy boboji (skewered dishes). A special touch came from Ms. Lucky Mu Jin, who thoughtfully gave our child bread and yogurt. Access to the gym and swimming pool with room card registration was seamless, and the facilities were impeccably clean and well-managed. Every detail reflected genuine care, making this stay highly recommendable!"

"When I came to Leshan last year and saw the hotel, I thought I must bring my family to stay here once. We were not disappointed. The hotel is very close to the Big Buddha Scenic Area. It takes more than ten minutes to walk to the entrance. If you don't want to walk, the hotel's battery car can take you to the starting point of the scenic area sightseeing bus. The environment inside and outside the hotel is great, especially suitable for leisure and vacation. Breakfast and afternoon tea are great, but it's a pity that I haven't had time to experience the activities such as copying scriptures and Tai Chi. I will make up for it next time. 😜"

"The room was well-equipped, and the bath towels were specially sterilized and individually sealed, ensuring impeccable hygiene. The latex pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable! Despite our late arrival at 10:30 PM, the staff still greeted us warmly. Upon learning that our child enjoys yogurt, they thoughtfully prepared yogurt, fresh welcome fruits, and snacks for us. The breakfast was also quite good, featuring freshly cooked bacon. The beef and pork rib noodles were delicious, and the complimentary fruit tea was very tasty. My only minor suggestion would be if they could offer freshly ground coffee!"

"Visited during the off-season, so the herbal medicine hot springs weren't open. That's a major letdown. Overall, the service was excellent. They even offer free pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station, and bring milk to your room in the evening – really thoughtful touches. We received unlimited hot spring access for the entire day. It wasn't crowded in the afternoon or evening, though two soaks in one day felt a bit much. If you're looking for value for money, staying nearby and just doing an afternoon or evening session would be great and perfectly sufficient. The hotel's internal facilities are very good, but the bathroom was quite damp and had an odor. Breakfast was excellent, with a standard good variety of options. They even had Emei Mountain's special tofu pudding, though the flavor was a bit mild to suit a wider palate. I'd recommend adding your own salt and MSG; it would taste much better."

"Location: The hotel boasts a fantastic location right by the river within the scenic area, on the same side as the Giant Buddha. There are many hotels along this stretch, but what truly captivated me before booking were the two rows of enormous Ficus trees right outside the entrance – and it certainly didn't disappoint! Waking up around 6 AM, a leisurely stroll under the shade of these trees was simply delightful. Turning left upon exiting leads to Jia Zhou Ferry Terminal and the Leshan Museum, while turning right takes you directly to the Giant Buddha. Facilities: While not brand new, the facilities are well-maintained, offering good value for money considering the price in a scenic area. Service: The dedicated electric shuttle service to and from the scenic area is incredibly convenient. I booked a room with a small garden. One night, a sudden thunderstorm rolled in, and listening to the rain hitting the awning was so incredibly soothing."

AAnonymous UserEverything was excellent: the room, the surroundings, the service, and the meals. However, the soundproofing was incredibly poor, which was the only significant drawback. It seemed the kitchen was preparing for the next day's service, as the noise didn't subside until almost 2 AM on both nights of my stay. The constant loud thuds from doors closing were truly unbearable for a light sleeper like me. I hope the hotel can address this issue to provide guests with a more peaceful and comfortable resting environment. On a very positive note, I must commend the kitchen for their absolutely delicious dinners. Every single dish we ordered was superb, clearly showcasing the chef's exceptional talent!

MM296863****Our trip to Hongzhushan these past two days was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The blend of mountains and water, especially with the rain, made the air so fresh and invigorating it couldn't help but lift our spirits! The room facilities were excellent, complete with an outdoor hot spring. The bedding was soft, and there were seven types of specialty pillows to choose from. At night, we could even hear the sounds of insects outside our window, lulling us to sleep. Breakfast offered a super rich variety, with beautiful views outside the window, and fresh, authentic local snacks. The service was great, and the staff were efficient. They even recommended niche sightseeing routes and offered free high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off – every detail showed how much thought and care was put in. We'll definitely stay here again if we get the chance.

GGuest UserThe private bath room on the first floor is suitable for families with children, but the privacy of the private bath is not very good. The balcony of the room on the second floor can directly see downstairs, but there is a big umbrella to cover it, and the bath pool is invisible. It always feels a bit weird. But the children had a lot of fun. In the Gaoqiaoli scenic area, the hotel's landscaping and green plants are well maintained, and the scenery and environment are very good. The hotel breakfast is also good. The buffet restaurant is by the lake. You can see black swans and there are many fish in the lake. It's very good. The hotel butler Zhang Han has a very good service. He has been caring since the check-in. The service is meticulous and considerate. Thumbs up!

The hotel environment is beyond words – lush greenery everywhere, and the air is so fresh you can't help but take deep breaths. You can also enjoy the lakeside scenery during a stroll. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete and thoughtful amenities. The biggest surprise was the hot spring; after a soak, you feel completely relaxed and refreshed. Plus, there's a free shuttle service on call, so no worries about transportation. If you have enough time, definitely book the free guided tour and sutra copying service. Calming yourself down to copy a passage of scripture makes you feel so peaceful – it truly elevates the whole stay! The butler was also very kind.

I checked in on Christmas Eve, and the whole hotel was decked out in Christmas decorations with festive music playing. It felt incredibly festive! The service attitude was excellent throughout my stay: • Concierge: From the moment I arrived, staff were there to open the car door, and they did the same when I left by taxi. Very warm and welcoming~ • Front Desk: The lady at the front desk was meticulous in handling everything, spoke softly, and even upgraded my room for free 🏠 • Coffee Bar: The manager on duty was also very kind and enthusiastically offered recommendations ☕ • Housekeeping: The cleaning aunties would always greet me with a smile in the morning 🙋‍♀️ Overall, the atmosphere felt very warm and welcoming 🧸. Every staff member was friendly. Yesterday, I encountered a minor issue midway through my stay, and the staff stayed with me throughout the process, making me feel supported. It was a great experience. 💕 Dining Experience: • Breakfast: The small noodles with bamboo shoots and beef brisket were especially delicious! 🍜 • Chinese Restaurant: The food was generally okay, but I personally found some dishes a bit oily. The sweet skin duck I ordered had a slight fishy taste, but it was acceptable. • Afternoon Tea: The staff were very thoughtful, even offering takeout and packing services 📦. In the evening, I had some cocktails and ordered snacks like fries. The overall ambiance was great 🍸. • In-room Welcome Gift: In the evening, they prepared welcome fruits, which were local Emei Mountain specialties 🍊, and croissants 🥐. Very thoughtful. Room Amenities: The room was equipped with a bathtub, and the view outside the window was beautiful. The heating was excellent, and the mattress and pillows were soft and comfortable. They even thoughtfully provided two pillow heights (one high, one low). The only minor drawback was the lack of disposable bathtub liners and bath salts. Hot Springs and Pool: Guests can enjoy the hot springs and there's also a swimming pool. The hot springs are split into indoor and outdoor sections. The outdoor section is a large pool without much decorative design, but the water temperature and quality were both excellent. Travel Photography Service: The hotel also offered a complimentary travel photography service, including 3 free photos. The photographer was very professional and patiently guided me on poses; the retoucher was also very skilled, and the photos turned out beautifully! Value for Money: The price was very reasonable, and the facilities and services were definitely worth it. Little Highlight: I noticed a small detail: even the sand-filled receptacles for cigarette butts had the hotel's logo on them, showing great attention to detail. Minor Flaw: Yesterday, I requested turn-down service, but it wasn't carried out. However, the front desk lady promptly prepared a small gift as compensation 🎁, and her handling of the situation was very good. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Emeishan~ 🎀

MM346313****Before coming, I did some research online. Since I was traveling with my child and family to a parent-child hotel, I was debating between Le Méridien and Wulan. I had stayed at [previous hotel name - please insert if available] before. **Service**: The day before check-in, a dedicated butler added me on WeChat to communicate and provide information. They made every effort to accommodate my requests. **Environment**: The hotel grounds are huge, with beautiful greenery. You'll need to use the shuttle bus to get around; just wave it down by the roadside, or you can call to arrange a pickup. **Activities**: Many families with children stay on weekends, and there are various activities scheduled throughout the day, both indoor and outdoor. Our child is still quite young, so they loved playing in the sandpit and the indoor playground. Older kids would have even more fun, and you wouldn't even need to leave the hotel. Because of all the greenery, there are quite a few mosquitoes, so be sure to take precautions. The hotel also provides mosquito repellent and bug spray. Overall, if you're traveling with kids, you can go for it without hesitation; you won't be disappointed. Adults can relax, and the kids will have a blast.

GGuest UserThis hotel was a random pick, and it turned out to be excellent! The front desk staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service. The hotel itself is grand and spacious, and the rooms are large and new. Our room came with a private hot spring bath, which was generously sized and and filled up quickly. There are two outdoor swimming pools, one deep and one shallow. The lobby has a small children's play area. We also received a complimentary afternoon tea. A special shout-out to the hotel's buffet breakfast – the variety was impressive, and crucially, the food tasted great! Drawbacks: 1. Upon checking in, we found a chicken bone near the foot of the bed, indicating that hygiene needs to be significantly improved. 2. Around 8 PM, the water pressure in the shower was unstable, constantly fluctuating between hot and cold.

GGuest UserGreat service from all the staff here, who took good care of our needs during our stay. The free transfer from train station to the hotel is convenient. Special mention to Mr Li, the manager of the hotel, who was easy to deal with, and he tried his best to resolve issues during our stay. The hotel is renovated within last few years, looks good, is clean, but the functionality of the rooms is not as well designed as it could have been. Having said that, it was overall a pleasant stay. Location of the hotel is within a short walking distance to the Tourist Centre to enter Emeishan, and is situated right next to the river. Restaurant options nearby are limited however, and many not opened, perhaps due to current low season for tourists. Hotel breakfast is descent with reasonable range of food to choose from.

11367100****During the Golden Week holiday, we chose this hotel for our trip to Mount Emei, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel felt very established and comfortable. We were so satisfied that we'd definitely choose a Zhizhu hotel again, whether in Emei or another city. We booked a Deluxe Lake View Twin Room: The room was spacious, the bedding was very comfortable, and the private hot tub on the balcony with a beautiful lake view was a highlight. From the balcony, you could also see the Pavilion of Ten Thousand Buddhas on Mount Emei in the distance, and if the weather was clear, you could even catch the sunrise. Upon entering, we were greeted with a generous welcome fruit platter. The 9th-floor restaurant offered a complimentary afternoon tea (which could also be delivered to the room) with stunning lake views, adding a nice touch to the experience. The room's decor really set a perfect vacation mood.
