"Excellent location in the heart of the lively Shizhong district. Very well served by public transport. Easy and direct access to and from the train station. The Big Buddha site is a 40-minute walk away. Considering the price paid for the room and the three included meals, the overall value for money is more than worthwhile. The reception staff were very welcoming. My room on the 6th floor was spacious (large enough to have a bathtub!), clean, quite bright, with comfortable bedding. My room overlooked the central roundabout, yet the area was quiet. The bathroom was a good size and clean. A hairdryer and electric kettle were available in the room. Bottled water was provided daily. The in-room Wi-Fi was very good. There was a huge projection screen, but I didn't use it. The electrical outlets require an adapter to plug in European devices. The central air conditioning was efficient. A mirror in the room wluld have been a welcome addition but was missing, as a dedicated luggage storage area, like is common in many hotels in China, was needed to avoid having to leave luggage on the open floor for the entire stay. The breakfast restaurant is the hotel's biggest drawback. Located on the 8th floor, it offers a buffet breakfast from 7:00 to 9:00 AM, lunch from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, and dinner from 5:30 to 7:00 PM. This place isn't a restaurant, but at best a market stall. It's noisy, too small, dirty, and in a state of disrepair. The quality of the buffet is mediocre. There are no drinks at breakfast except soy milk. This was my biggest disappointment, as I like to make meals a moment of peace and indulgence. The common areas are not cleaned. The carpet in the hallway outside my room wasn't brushed once in four days. It was filthy. The ashtrays in the hallways filled up with trash over the course of my four-day stay and were never emptied. The laundry area was completely uninviting. In short, the hotel felt very average and didn't match the photos plastered everywhere, making it my most disappointing accommodation experience during my month in China."

"The hotel's location is pretty good. The Ganji Tofu Brain and Liu's Duck on Xingfa Street next door are both excellent, and you can walk to various eateries on Dongdajie in about 15 minutes. However, the parking signs for the hotel are not very clear, and the ramp is narrow, so you need to be extra careful. The garage feels quite dusty and dim. The strangest thing is that the stair lights illuminate the steps you've already walked past, not the ones you're about to step on! One more thing to note: the hotel's air freshener scent is a bit strong. Although the tea fragrance itself is pleasant, it becomes a bit overwhelming after a while."

"Participating in the marathon, the hotel is at the starting point of Shihao Square. Downstairs is the collection of the collar and C area. Plus the blessing of a lot of food downstairs, this hotel is really too good! The room was clean and the young lady was very warm. She knew that she was coming to participate in the competition. When she opened the room, she would postpone the time to 3 o'clock for free. Because the whole horse had to come back from Mount Emei, I didn't know the situation of the shuttle bus. "He gave us an upgrade for free, since we were two people and ordered a small room. The keyboard stairs were amazing! And also really good that the sound is turned off in the evening and night. The walls are pretty thin, we could hear people next door on their phone. The bathroom is clean! And overall the host has a positive attitude!"

The room is spacious, very clean and tidy, and even has smart home features. The facilities are excellent, and the public areas are well-designed and stylish. You can tell it's a newer hotel, not an old one rebranded or renovated, which shows great care. Downstairs, there are plenty of food options like Bobo Chicken, Douhua, Sweet Pastries, and Maocai, so even if you're tired after a day of sightseeing, you can easily grab a bite. The front desk staff were really enthusiastic. For the price, it offers fantastic value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!"

"I stayed in a French-style room that was converted from an old building into two floors. It was unique, but you could only see the inside. The surrounding environment was pretty ordinary, essentially a residential area. I wouldn't recommend it if you need absolute quiet for sleeping, as it's located in a bustling food street, which can be noisy and smell of cooking fumes. However, it was incredibly convenient for eating out. Perhaps because I visited during a non-peak holiday, there weren weren't many people, and the soundproofing inside the building was decent, except for the noise from outside on rainy days. Although I only found out afterward that the hotel's unique feature was cat petting (and I'm a cat owner myself, so I can tolerate it), the cat area in the lobby led to a rather strong odor upon entering, which wasn't very pleasant for the guest experience."

There's a Ye Po Po eatery right downstairs from the hotel, and directly opposite is a massive shopping mall packed with a wide variety of food options.
