"Arriving in Linyi, travel-worn from Tianjin, the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, all my fatigue quietly melted away. Traveling with a child always adds a layer of concern, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that every one of those worries was gently addressed by the thoughtful care here. The most delightful surprise was undoubtedly the unexpected room upgrade. Our originally booked room type was quietly upgraded to a more spacious and comfortable one. The bright floor-to-ceiling windows offered gentle views of Linyi's streetscape, feeling like an unexpected gift that instantly elevated the quality of our stay. This silent yet profound gesture of thoughtfulness made us, first-time visitors, feel truly at home and welcomed. This warmth was further exemplified and brought to life in the lobby bar. An employee named Shi Keqian, with her genuine smile and friendly demeanor, made a rich, aromatic handcrafted coffee that, with each sip, seemed to melt away the lingering travel fatigue. What warmed our hearts even more was her thoughtful attention to our child – she specially offered some delicate and adorable cookies. The smile on our child's face, clutching the cookies, was more captivating than any scenic view. Ms. Shi's genuine kindness wasn't just part of a service protocol; it was a heartfelt expression of hospitality that made this hotel feel less like a temporary lodging and more like the home of a warm and welcoming Linyi friend. On a separate note, the swimming pool and other facilities, including their service, were quite disappointing. After a swim, we found there was virtually no body wash or shampoo available in the showers. When we inquired, we were met with various excuses. This really detracts from the overall experience at such a large, high-star hotel!"

"I redeemed the points for welcome fruit. It was not bad. It was an old hotel, but the service facilities and other aspects were good. It was good to have 6 bottles of water in the room. The view at night was also OK."

"The hotel front desk and service staff were excellent. Before check-in, a customer service representative contacted us in advance to confirm our arrival time and inquire about the number of guests and if we were driving. The negative feedback comes from the breakfast. Breakfast officially ends at 10 AM, but when we arrived at 9 AM, many dishes were already gone. Upon asking, the staff informed us they wouldn't be replenished. We didn't get to try the local specialty, 'Sa Tang' (a type of porridge). The juice dispenser dispensed what was clearly just water. The coffee machine wasn't cleaned promptly enough, leading to it being out of order. Many items that required manual preparation were not made or displayed, even after an hour of waiting. Even basic fried rice and fruit were not refilled. The room cleanliness was generally good, and the bedding was changed after each guest. However, the small table had dust on it, requiring multiple wipes with a wet tissue."

"The night staff did not speak English. Not a problem for me but could be an inconvenience for some travelers. In the morning there was at least one girl who did speak English. The hotel is quite clean and the decoration is similar to those 5 star hotels. Only one thing that I did not like was that I could not turn on the AC. When I tried there was a message on the screen saying that the main machine was not turned on. I guess that was the central unit. Besides that, everything was good."

"Very friendly staff. They assist you with getting a taxi, so no need to worry about getting around. Rooms are very clean, bedding is fresh, no smells what so ever. Breakfast is nice, cater for everyone needs, breakfast is from 6 to 10 daily. Will definitely book them again when I return. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Service attitude is very good, big bed room space, sofa, refrigerator, washing machine, complete facilities, floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides, you can see the Linyi Ferris wheel, the night view is very beautiful, the cleaning is very clean, the password lock is very safe, one person does not have to worry about forgetting to bring the room card downstairs is Thai Sheng, turn left is the night market, the location is excellent, the price is close to the people, it is really worth staying"

"Based on my recent stay at the George Morandi Hotel in Linyi, I can confidently say that it exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and modern, and the amenities were top-notch. "This hotel was great! My child was here for an exam, and the front desk staff were very warm and attentive. The room was clean, tidy, and had a simple style. We were very satisfied with our stay. This was our first time experiencing Hyatt ꈍ◡ꈍ and even though it's a smaller brand, it was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and I especially loved that we could even get coffee to go ☕ hahahaha. If you're coming to Linyi, you definitely have to choose this place."

"This stay experience exceeded expectations! The layout of the room is reasonable, the decoration is simple and modern, the human characters wooden floor and warm light strip create a warm atmosphere. The double bed is moderately soft and hard, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and the small decorative paintings and lighting design on the bedside are very stylish. I especially like the small round table area by the window. It is very pleasant to sit and deal with work or have a cup of coffee at night. The surprise is that the hotel is also equipped with a gym (key!) Although there are not many equipment, the water blocking boating machine and dynamic bicycles are very new. The large windows allow you to see the city view when you exercise. Open until 22:00 is very friendly to night owls (it is also very convenient to see the laundry room in the same area). "After driving over 5,000 kilometers from Beijing, traveling through Jiangsu and Zhejiang and staying in numerous hotels with varying service and facilities, I found myself here on the way home. I experienced truly superior service, among the best I've encountered. I honestly can't find a single reason to give a bad review. **Room Facilities:** Everything is new, and the toilet is smart. **Bed:** The firmness is just right, extremely comfortable. **WiFi:** Strong signal. **Breakfast:** A wide variety of options, including a local specialty soup called 'beef chan.' The supervisor told me it's best enjoyed by dipping Youtiao (fried dough sticks) into it, which I promptly did, having two bowls with two Youtiao. You can also see the Ferris wheel from here, which is a nice touch! **Value for Money:** Exceeded my expectations, and I believe it will exceed yours too. Another highlight worth mentioning are the lovely ladies at the front desk. Their service awareness is exceptional, and they resolved issues smoothly. They recommended a local dish, 'stir-fried Dagon Chicken,' which was a bit rich but very tasty. They were also incredibly accommodating and responsive to all requests – they truly deserve a commendation."
