"I specifically chose a hotel with excellent environment and service for this trip. As soon as we walked in, they upgraded our room type, which was incredibly surprising and amazing! The duty manager was very responsible and easy to reach via WeChat for any questions; his service attitude was also fantastic!! This really boosted my impression of the hotel! The front desk also gave us a complimentary room upgrade – the service truly exceeded the price! Incredible value for money! And the welcome fruit from the hotel was delicious and fresh. It's very close to Yizhouli Commercial Street, just a short walk downstairs. On a nice day, I feel like I could sit in the park downstairs all afternoon. The lobby is also very spacious and not cramped at all. The hygiene was exceptional. The cleaning ladies spoke Mandarin and even folded our clothes. Coming back to a tidy room after leaving it messy always puts me in a better mood. The hot water was definitely plentiful, making for a very comfortable bath at night. The bed was huge, and the environment was great. The breakfast had a wide variety and was quite good. Upon checkout, they even gave us a souvenir, helped us scan the parking code, and escorted us all the way to the parking lot – full of thoughtful details."

At breakfast, as soon as the clock strikes the end time, they start clearing everything. Not a minute more. Guests who haven't finished eating are disturbed and lose their appetite. The same situation applies to other restaurants; plates are cleared very quickly as soon as the time is up, regardless of whether guests have finished or not. They just focus on clearing, making a lot of noise and chatting while doing so. Thirdly, when issues arose, the hotel's duty manager was quick to resolve them, and Ctrip promptly relayed feedback to the hotel for action. Ctrip supervised the entire resolution process, so don't think Ctrip is bad; if a real problem occurs, Ctrip is the first to step in and solve it. Fourthly (mistakenly numbered as 'Thirdly' in original), as it's a brand new hotel, every room has a distinct smell. I advise everyone to consider this carefully. The hotel needs to air out the rooms frequently. Also, the room windows require a special person to open and close them, which is an inconvenient design. Fifthly (mistakenly numbered as 'Fourthly' in original), the breakfast is not on par with Holiday Inn, Orange Hotel, or Hanting. For a five-star hotel, this breakfast is unacceptable. Breakfast hours, regardless of the holiday, should typically end at 10:30 AM. Sixthly (mistakenly numbered as 'Fifthly' in original), the hotel's exterior is often blocked by non-hotel vehicles, preventing guests' cars from reaching the hotel lobby. This indicates lax management."

What is worthy of praise is that the breakfast is rich and unique, with Chinese, Western and local specialties, including local chicken grits and beef grits with pancakes. "I have stayed in so many hotels, but this is my first review. This hotel is really great. We arrived at 9pm and wanted to stay in the same room with our parents and children. The front desk upgraded us to an executive suite for free. The room was big and clean, with L'Occitane toiletries. We also took our children to swim. The hotel adds points to Linyi. I have to give it a five-star rating and highly recommend it."
