This is an incredible place! The hotel is perfectly situated with the best views. The rooms are new, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The food at the restaurant is absolutely delicious! You can just relax there and soak in the magnificent views.
There's a nearby viewing platform perfect for capturing stunning photos. And a beautiful swimming pool offering panoramic terrace views! Everything here is simply perfect! I highly recommend staying here!

"We were completely satisfied with our stay. The owner is very accommodating and helpful. He picked us up from the bus, arranged our return trip and prepared special meals for me every day due to my gluten intolerance. The staff are also very friendly. The rooms are clean and furnished with care. The property is beautiful and we especially enjoyed the billiard table. The location is also perfect for setting off on various hikes into the rice terraces. We would gladly come back."

"Mama and I had such a great experience here on our 3-day (2-night) trip to the 龙脊 rice terraces. Cannot recommend these guys enough! They were so friendly from the start and service was AMAZING.
We got quite lucky with our room. We were able to catch the sunrise every morning coming over the “back of the dragon”. Location was great too, being not too far from the 九龙五虎 and 七星半月 observation decks. Aside from the view, the place was clean with the usual amenities. Their home-cooked Guilin specialty meals also made for great dinner. Almost everything was home grown and locally sourced, and oh so tasty!
They were also great with our check-out and send-off, helping us organise a car/driver to our next stop (Yangshou) and a little farewell token that read “ 一生平安” which translates to “a lifetime of peace and safety”. We even picked up some of their monk fruit (羅漢果) and passion fruit (百香果) before we left! Thank you for making us feel so welcome 西窗月!

"The reviews were absolutely spot on: the owner has impeccable taste, is incredibly kind, and truly goes out of their way to accommodate any request. I highly recommend the Sunrise Loft room. The hotel is perfectly situated between Viewing Platforms #1 and #2, giving it an absolutely unbeatable, prime location. Even though there were only two of us, we booked the 4-person loft room, and it was fantastic to lie in bed and watch the rice terraces. Unfortunately, a typhoon brought rain, so we missed the sunrise. However, we were treated to a vast and ethereal sea of clouds. Despite this minor regret, the trip was still incredibly worthwhile. The owner's homemade rice wine is absolutely delicious – cold, sweet, and refreshing. Enjoying it with tasty dishes like bamboo chicken was truly one of life's great pleasures. When we arrived, the owner kindly picked us up from the parking lot. On our departure, we were rushing to Yangshuo, and the owner recommended a driver who was not only charming but also incredibly skilled, navigating the winding mountain roads with impressive ease. Later, when we hired a car in Yangshuo, the local driver, upon hearing the price we paid for our transfer from the hotel, immediately exclaimed it was an incredibly fair deal. "My wife and I stayed for 3D 2N in their Panorama room and had an amazing time. The room is awesome, 180 degree view of the rice terraces. The family that runs this place were so attentive and helpful— showed us where to hike, what to look for. Friendly service at every turn. The resort also provides free pickup and standoff by car to various destinations around Dazhai. Highly recommend you to stay here for a few days as a base to explore the region."

"It is unexpected to live in such a high-end and elegant room in a rural scenic spot! The hotel room is exactly the same as the one seen on the Internet. The decoration is elegant. The room is much larger than the average hotel room. The bedding is new. The bed is soft and comfortable. The smart toilet, the large screen projector, the bathroom is three separated with a bathtub. From the window of the room, you can see the best angle of the terrace panoramic view. The photos on the balcony are very colorful. We had dinner at our own homestay. The taste of the dishes was very good. The bamboo chicken and bamboo rice were very delicious. The sweet rice wine was especially delicious! "We had an amazing stay, the view was spectacular and the staff were extremely hospitable. On our last day we had trouble getting to the neighbouring town (Dazhai) to sightsee, however the hotel staff were able to help us out, drove us there, and then even back to Guilin City to our next accommodation!
The hotel also serves food, so breakfast and dinner were no problem. The food was delicious and authentic, made with local ingredients.
We would definitely recommend to our friends and family to stay here on their next trip."

"It was an absolutely perfect experience! The hotel staff's attentiveness exceeded my expectations. From the pre-arrival communication and the shuttle service from the Jinkeng Dazhai parking lot (Mr. Zhou's driving skills are amazing, he's a driving god in Dazhai!), to suggestions for nearby attractions and weather reminders, it was incredibly comfortable and heartwarming. The hotel's decor is exceptionally tasteful and aesthetically pleasing; you can see the design and design in every plant and tree. It's both welcoming and beautiful. Auntie, Xiaoyu, and Xiaowang have made this hotel wonderful. And then there's Yuanbao, a dog we only stay with during the off-season. Oh my god, how can there be such a well-behaved, calm, quiet, and affectionate dog? It smells so good and is so soft and cuddly! I definitely want to come back again!
The Longji Rice Terraces may be far away, but they are absolutely worth seeing. I felt completely recharged!"

Visiting during the off-season definitely paid off, as the owner even upgraded us to a 270-degree panoramic glass view room. We also tried their bamboo tube chicken and wild vegetables. The owner freshly prepared a free-range chicken he raised himself, and served with his homemade chili sauce, it was absolutely incredible! The wild vegetables were super delicious too! Since we had a high-speed train in the afternoon the next day, the owner woke up early to cook us incredibly delicious noodles. The location is also excellent, perfectly situated between Qixing Banyue and Jiulong Wuhu. It was effortless to visit both viewing platforms from there. Highly recommended!

The host's service was exceptional; they helped with our luggage, and the meals they cooked were incredibly flavorful. Highly recommended! The kids had a blast catching fish and swimming, staying busy the whole time. We will definitely be back for a second visit!

GGuest UserI would absolutely recommend this place, the owners were so nice, it was clean, and the view was stunning.
Service: If you contact them up front, they will also come to pick you up from the parking lot, and also bring you back to the parking lot the day you leave. I was also able to try on some traditional minority clothes and take photos from the hotel balcony which was great.
Room: I booked a room with a view. Having breakfast on the balcony while enjoying the view of the rice terraces was so relaxing and nice. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and I found everything to be very clean.
Location: Very convenient. Not too far from the road so luggage doesn't need to be carried far, and you can reach the Seven Stars and a Moon viewing platform (七星伴月观景台) , as well as the Nine Dragons and Five Tigers viewing platform (九龙五虎观景台) within 20-30 minutes on foot (if you're used to climbing stairs, otherwise it might take a little longer).
The views from both places were also truly amazing and I recommend going at sunrise or sunset too.

There is a terrace outside the window🤩, I booked the Hua Hao Yue Yuan room, I recommend it, it's so beautiful! ! ! ! The boss also picked me up, and when my phone ran out of battery, the boss found me a power bank. The boss's wife rents clothes at the Jiulong Wuhu Observation Deck! It's called Five Golden Flowers, super coincidental! The boss's wife is also very enthusiastic! TTuan Ying GohHad such a pleasant and memorable experience at this inn. The boss, Mr Yu, is super down to earth and sincere. He cooked super well too - taste is just nice, not too oily or salty. And all his ingredients are fresh from his farm, even the chickens and fishes. What a farm-to-table experience. As it is the low peak season now, he could sit down and have good chats with us.
The room is huge, with an unblock mountain view. It’s also near to viewing point 2. There’s this cute inn dog who is so loyal.
The room is well kept, with a balcony for you to sit and sip wine or tea. Note that there are insects because we are by the mountains but you could bring your own repellent. We slept well here.
The driver, Mr Yang, who drove us up Long Ji also stayed at this inn. We asked that he drives us around for the three days we are here and send us back to Guilin city. His driving skill is very stable and he’s very well-versed with the mountain roads (as he’s a local).
What can I say, this experience is simply too memorable. Human relationships forged is the magical part of travel. Would highly recommend you to come experience this inn for yourself (of course during the peak season, the boss might not have time to sit down for a chat).

We could see the stunning 'Seven Stars with Moon' landscape, and in the morning, we were even treated to a beautiful sea of clouds. The hostess is an incredible cook; all the dishes we ordered, like the bamboo tube rice, bamboo tube chicken, and green pepper beef, were delicious. Breakfast was excellent too! The owners and their family were so warm and welcoming. This is hands down the best homestay I've ever stayed at. I definitely plan to return if I get the chance!

GGiulia 何俊蜓Our experience at Baike Hotel was simply great! The hotel is very very very beautiful, clean, and furnished in the local style. The view from the terrace and from our room was amazing, and very peaceful. The food was also delicious! Plus, Jason and his wife have been extremely friendly and helpful in answering to our questions, helping us and in giving us suggestions on how to tour around the area. Upon our request, Jason also helped us arrange a transfer from the Airport in Guilin to the hotel, a transfer from Ping’An to Dazhai (to do the 15km hike back), and a transfer from the hotel to our next hotel in Yangshuo. I speak some Chinese, but a plus for those foreign tourists who do not speak any Chinese is that Jason speaks a great English, so no need to worry about language barriers at all! Overall, we 100% recommend this hotel! We had a wonderful and unforgettable experience, and should we ever come back to Ping’An, we would definitely come here again!! 🤗💯💯💯

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have come to Longji. I lived on the edge of the Five Tigers in Kowloon last time. I didn’t climb to the mountain much. However, that one is a mountain view, that is, the room does not have terraces. Therefore, this time I want to say that I will try it in Ping'an Village. This should be an old hotel, but the sanitary landscape is first-class. Although unlike the Kowloon Five Tigers, you can take the shuttle bus to the hotel entrance, but this one will only take two minutes to get off the bus. The hotel’s food is cooked by the proprietress. The hotel’s pick-up service is the boss’s own responsibility. The bed linen and bath towels are very clean and the water is very hot. The large balcony is even more direct to the terraces, the price is super high, it is recommended. Figure 1 and 2 are taken from the balcony, super beautiful. . By the way, there are many shops on the Kowloon Five Tigers that borrow folk costumes, a set of 20 yuan, really, come here, it is still very good to borrow a set of photos.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for two nights and had an incredible time. The view from our room was spectacular overlooking the rice terraces, with a bathtub just next to the window. The room is very clean and wooden giving it a nice rustic feeling. The location is not the easiest to get to but the hotel organised a transport for us from Guilin airport! They also helped us find our bus for our onward journey to Yangshuo. The staff was always very helpful and friendly, they were really great. The food was some of our favourite of our entire stay in china. Highly recommend the beef with potatoes and mixed veggies!

The scenery is pure countryside, and the food is all authentic farm fruits, vegetables, chicken, duck, beef, and mutton, all free-range and pollution-free, sourced from local farmers. The staff are friendly and attentive. The B&B is spacious and clean. It's probably the best B&B within a ten-mile radius. The rooms are even more comfortable than expected, with Haofa suites, family rooms, and standard rooms available to meet all needs.
