"It was a very lovely experience staying in this hotel. We came to the parking lot and were already greeted by the host who brought us up to the house. We had a beautiful view over the rice fields from our balcony. Dinner and breakfast was delicious! We could walk from there to viewpoints and the cableway easily and the host gave us good advice. Sensitive sleepers will need some earplugs because as it is a rural area, the roosters start their concert very early in the morning. Also the checkout was very easy, we where brought again to the parking lot. I can definitely recommend this hotel."

This is an incredible place! The hotel is perfectly situated with the best views. The rooms are new, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The food at the restaurant is absolutely delicious! You can just relax there and soak in the magnificent views.
There's a nearby viewing platform perfect for capturing stunning photos. And a beautiful swimming pool offering panoramic terrace views! Everything here is simply perfect! I highly recommend staying here!

"Absolute lovely hotel and really kind staff. They booked the buses from and to Guilin for me and picked me up at the parking lot.
The hotel is in walking distance from the 3 sightseeing platforms. The rooms are pretty big, the shower has nice pressure and the balcony has a lovely view over the valley especially at night! The breakfast was a lot and really tasty and the food at the restaurant was great aswell."

"Mama and I had such a great experience here on our 3-day (2-night) trip to the 龙脊 rice terraces. Cannot recommend these guys enough! They were so friendly from the start and service was AMAZING.
We got quite lucky with our room. We were able to catch the sunrise every morning coming over the “back of the dragon”. Location was great too, being not too far from the 九龙五虎 and 七星半月 observation decks. Aside from the view, the place was clean with the usual amenities. Their home-cooked Guilin specialty meals also made for great dinner. Almost everything was home grown and locally sourced, and oh so tasty!
They were also great with our check-out and send-off, helping us organise a car/driver to our next stop (Yangshou) and a little farewell token that read “ 一生平安” which translates to “a lifetime of peace and safety”. We even picked up some of their monk fruit (羅漢果) and passion fruit (百香果) before we left! Thank you for making us feel so welcome 西窗月!

"The reviews were absolutely spot on: the owner has impeccable taste, is incredibly kind, and truly goes out of their way to accommodate any request. I highly recommend the Sunrise Loft room. The hotel is perfectly situated between Viewing Platforms #1 and #2, giving it an absolutely unbeatable, prime location. Even though there were only two of us, we booked the 4-person loft room, and it was fantastic to lie in bed and watch the rice terraces. Unfortunately, a typhoon brought rain, so we missed the sunrise. However, we were treated to a vast and ethereal sea of clouds. Despite this minor regret, the trip was still incredibly worthwhile. The owner's homemade rice wine is absolutely delicious – cold, sweet, and refreshing. Enjoying it with tasty dishes like bamboo chicken was truly one of life's great pleasures. When we arrived, the owner kindly picked us up from the parking lot. On our departure, we were rushing to Yangshuo, and the owner recommended a driver who was not only charming but also incredibly skilled, navigating the winding mountain roads with impressive ease. Later, when we hired a car in Yangshuo, the local driver, upon hearing the price we paid for our transfer from the hotel, immediately exclaimed it was an incredibly fair deal. "This place was outstanding in all dimensions. The owners clearly love the place, the entire experience was amazing. The service was fantastic, they offered to drive us and pick us up from the scenic viewpoints throughout our stay. They helped coordinate pick up and drop off from the train stations (for a fair fee) as it is a bit hard to get there without your own car. They also served us their rice wine at dinner, and provided bottles to take home when we checked out. They were always checking in on how our stay was, very proactive communication. We stayed in the panorama room and the view from their hotel is incredible. Very clean, all amenities we needed provided. I would 1000% recommend this place if you can make it out here."

"It is unexpected to live in such a high-end and elegant room in a rural scenic spot! The hotel room is exactly the same as the one seen on the Internet. The decoration is elegant. The room is much larger than the average hotel room. The bedding is new. The bed is soft and comfortable. The smart toilet, the large screen projector, the bathroom is three separated with a bathtub. From the window of the room, you can see the best angle of the terrace panoramic view. The photos on the balcony are very colorful. We had dinner at our own homestay. The taste of the dishes was very good. The bamboo chicken and bamboo rice were very delicious. The sweet rice wine was especially delicious! The boss service is particularly enthusiastic, go to the parking lot to pick up and drop off our luggage, and introduce us to how to get to the attractions. Because we needed to return the room for our own reasons, the boss gave it back without any complaints. We felt guilty, but the boss said it didn't matter. "We had an amazing stay, the view was spectacular and the staff were extremely hospitable. On our last day we had trouble getting to the neighbouring town (Dazhai) to sightsee, however the hotel staff were able to help us out, drove us there, and then even back to Guilin City to our next accommodation!
The hotel also serves food, so breakfast and dinner were no problem. The food was delicious and authentic, made with local ingredients.
We would definitely recommend to our friends and family to stay here on their next trip."

"The hot springs are truly amazing! There are more than a dozen pools, all quite large, and the front desk service was excellent. The room I booked this time was in the main building, which seems to have been renovated. It doesn't look old, but due to its proximity to the mountain, it still smells damp. When I checked in, the fifth floor hadn't been cleaned yet, so I was assigned the fourth. The lighting was average, and the duvet felt wet. If you want a newer room and proximity to the hot springs, you can definitely choose the spa. After checking in, I realized it's part of the same establishment and not much more expensive. However, the price on Ctrip for the same room wasn't great. The price on Douyin was under 300. I'll have to learn to compare prices. Honestly."

"This hotel is the cleanest and most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. The furnishings here are also very attentive and exquisite. You can see the terraced fields when you open the window, which is very suitable for taking pictures. The boss and the boss lady are very hospitable and always greet you with a smile, making people feel very comfortable. In addition, the breakfast is rich and varied, especially the rice noodles, which are absolutely perfect and suit my appetite.

GGuest UserThe B&B is located on the top of the mountain, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows for close viewing of the terraced fields. The distance to the two viewing platforms is very close. The room pictures on the platform are real, with a simple style, integrated with the surrounding natural environment, and more beautiful when you are there. The boss is a local, a kind and simple ethnic minority, and he cooks delicious food. When you chat with him, he will tell you about the local folk customs and tell you where it is more worth visiting. It is a very good accommodation experience.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, with convenient parking right at the entrance. From the balcony, we had expansive views of the rice terraces. The host's service was exceptional; they helped with our luggage, and the meals they cooked were incredibly flavorful. Highly recommended! The kids had a blast catching fish and swimming, staying busy the whole time. We will definitely be back for a second visit!

GGuest UserI would absolutely recommend this place, the owners were so nice, it was clean, and the view was stunning.
Service: If you contact them up front, they will also come to pick you up from the parking lot, and also bring you back to the parking lot the day you leave. I was also able to try on some traditional minority clothes and take photos from the hotel balcony which was great.
Room: I booked a room with a view. Having breakfast on the balcony while enjoying the view of the rice terraces was so relaxing and nice. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and I found everything to be very clean.
Location: Very convenient. Not too far from the road so luggage doesn't need to be carried far, and you can reach the Seven Stars and a Moon viewing platform (七星伴月观景台) , as well as the Nine Dragons and Five Tigers viewing platform (九龙五虎观景台) within 20-30 minutes on foot (if you're used to climbing stairs, otherwise it might take a little longer).
The views from both places were also truly amazing and I recommend going at sunrise or sunset too.

TTuan Ying GohHad such a pleasant and memorable experience at this inn. The boss, Mr Yu, is super down to earth and sincere. He cooked super well too - taste is just nice, not too oily or salty. And all his ingredients are fresh from his farm, even the chickens and fishes. What a farm-to-table experience. As it is the low peak season now, he could sit down and have good chats with us.
The room is huge, with an unblock mountain view. It’s also near to viewing point 2. There’s this cute inn dog who is so loyal.
The room is well kept, with a balcony for you to sit and sip wine or tea. Note that there are insects because we are by the mountains but you could bring your own repellent. We slept well here.
The driver, Mr Yang, who drove us up Long Ji also stayed at this inn. We asked that he drives us around for the three days we are here and send us back to Guilin city. His driving skill is very stable and he’s very well-versed with the mountain roads (as he’s a local).
What can I say, this experience is simply too memorable. Human relationships forged is the magical part of travel. Would highly recommend you to come experience this inn for yourself (of course during the peak season, the boss might not have time to sit down for a chat).

GGuest UserThis charming small town hotel was clean and nice with good good Wi-Fi, spacious rooms, and a good breakfast. But the best thing about this hotel was a beautiful couple who ran it. The woman was very kind and nice she was extra patient in dealing with the language barrier. She help plan all the logistics of helping me get around to see the rice terraces and to get me back to Guilin. I would highly recommend their hotel to anyone!

GGuest UserSmall family hotel with a particularly warm welcome. The rooms and bathroom are really spacious and clean. The large bay windows offer a magnificent view of the rice terraces. Note: the rice served at the hotel comes directly from there. Moreover, almost all of the food (delicious!) served there is local. The owner was kind enough to drive us to our various hiking spots for a very reasonable price! Don't hesitate to ask them for advice on your excursions and your journeys before and after Longji, they will be able to advise you very well. Be careful for tall people, some rooms are a little low. Call in advance to let them know. I am 1.97 m tall and I had to bend down in the bathroom. Otherwise, for the rest, I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have come to Longji. I lived on the edge of the Five Tigers in Kowloon last time. I didn’t climb to the mountain much. However, that one is a mountain view, that is, the room does not have terraces. Therefore, this time I want to say that I will try it in Ping'an Village. This should be an old hotel, but the sanitary landscape is first-class. Although unlike the Kowloon Five Tigers, you can take the shuttle bus to the hotel entrance, but this one will only take two minutes to get off the bus. The hotel’s food is cooked by the proprietress. The hotel’s pick-up service is the boss’s own responsibility. The bed linen and bath towels are very clean and the water is very hot. The large balcony is even more direct to the terraces, the price is super high, it is recommended. Figure 1 and 2 are taken from the balcony, super beautiful. . By the way, there are many shops on the Kowloon Five Tigers that borrow folk costumes, a set of 20 yuan, really, come here, it is still very good to borrow a set of photos.

GGuest UserMy friends and I came to Longji to catch the sunrise. You wouldn't believe it, we could watch the sunrise right from our doorstep! Opening the window, the sunrise over Longji was truly beautiful. The room windows were spotlessly clean. The owner was also incredibly kind. Early in the morning, when he saw us photographing the sunrise, he brought us some snacks and said, 'You might be hungry, have these to tide you over, breakfast will be ready very soon!' That was incredibly thoughtful! The owner personally picked us up and dropped us off both ways, and he even gave us a souvenir. Highly recommended, five stars!

I had to eat another bowl of my favorite noodle soup before leaving! With such a beautiful view and the friendly local Red Yao proprietress, we stayed one more night.
