"Amazing stay! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The food is delicious and they also offer good vegetarian options. The location is peaceful and quiet – you can sleep with the windows open and hear nature all around. Sitting on the balcony with the view over the rice terraces is truly special. I first stayed in a “90-degree view” room, which I wouldn’t really recommend, as it mostly faces another hotel. If possible, choose a room with a full terrace view – it’s absolutely worth it. A big plus: the staff even made sure I got on the right bus – without their help, I probably would have ended up in the wrong place. Overall, a fantastic place and great value for money. Highly recommended."

"The room's location is great, and if you're traveling with elderly or children, you can enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony. The walk from the hotel entrance to Jinfoding (Golden Buddha Peak) is about 1.5 kilometers round trip, a short climb up the mountain. During National Day, peak season, driving to the Dazhai parking lot is difficult. There's a shuttle bus to the bus stop midway, then a 20-minute walk along the pedestrian path to the Dazhai parking lot. The owner will then pick you up by car and take you into the village. For meals, simply order from the hotel's first floor. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious. The complimentary pot of glutinous rice wine was very refreshing."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owners (husband and wife team) were genuinely interested to make sure all our needs were taken care of; and that all our questions were answered promptly and correctly. We felt more like part of their family instead of some foreign hotel guests. The wife is a wonderful chef! She can cook and how! We ate almost every meal at this hotel. We were sad to leave. We highly recommend this hotel, it is situated mid way up the mountain, but if you stayed elsewhere high up, most days you will be enveloped completely with heavy fog and you wouldn’t see anything at all. Tell your DiDi driver to take you all the way to the bottom of the hotel and someone will come down to help you with the luggage."

The location is absolutely amazing, right in the heart of the terraced field area, with a viewing platform just steps away. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the balcony is fantastic, offering views of the terraced fields, the sea of ​​clouds, and the sunrise. The housekeeper is warm and attentive, providing transportation up and down the mountain, recommending sightseeing routes, and paying attention to every detail. The food was a pleasant surprise, with bamboo-tube chicken, stir-fried bamboo shoots with cured pork, and homemade rice wine—all authentic mountain delicacies. Stay here in Longji and capture the beauty and warmth of your trip. Highly recommended! This was a healing journey gently enveloped by the terraced fields and the sea of ​​clouds. I love the rustic wood style. The owners are like family, and the meals are made with fresh, home-grown ingredients, full of genuine warmth and hospitality. No need to rush to tourist attractions or squeeze into crowds; simply relax here, watch the clouds drift by—that's the perfect vacation. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Longji."

"A perfect hotel in a unique location, with excellent facilities. The owners are a humble and wonderful family. They were very attentive and friendly. They picked us up and dropped us off at the entrance, gave us great recommendations, and cooked delicious and very tasty food, so much so that we ate there for the three days we stayed. There are hotels nearby that seem more modern, but we were looking for a more local and family-friendly experience, and we definitely got it! We went on the recommendation of my brother, who had been there with eight Spanish friends six months earlier and they loved it too. We are very grateful for the family's welcome and will definitely return."

"Location: The hotel is situated in Jinfoding, one of the highest areas, very close to Observation Deck No. 3. My dad and I went to watch the sunrise early in the morning, and it only took a few minutes to get there. Rooms: We were traveling with family, including children and seniors, so we booked a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite, which perfectly met our needs and made it easy to care for everyone. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and featured floor-to-ceiling windows with direct views of the terraced fields – the scenery was excellent. There was even an automatic mahjong table in the room, haha. Public Areas: The hotel has a new Chinese-style design, which is very tasteful. The first floor houses the restaurant and lobby, and the outdoor viewing platform is quite unique. Service: The owner was warm and hospitable. They contacted us multiple times via WeChat in advance to arrange pick-up and drop-off. Since it was the National Day holiday, there were many tourists going up the mountain. We drove ourselves and parked at the Dazhai car park, and the owner came down to pick us up. It was already quite late, so we pre-ordered our food on the way, and it was ready to eat as soon as we arrived at the hotel. The ingredients were excellent, and I particularly recommend the scrambled eggs – my child absolutely loved them. The owner also gave us some homemade rice wine. "This hotel is in the best location to visit all the rice terraces in Tiantouzhai. The onwer drove us from Ping'an Rice Terrace back to his hotel with a fee which is very reasonable price and super convenient for us. We were upgraded to a larger room with a balcony. Our room is very spacious, cleaned and very comfortable. Breakfast is free and delicious. We'd lunch and dinner from the hotel restaurant too, good menu.  We highly recommend this hotel."

"Pros: The room was quite spacious and the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed beautiful views of the terraced fields right from our balcony. The owner was incredibly hospitable and even helped us with our luggage. Cons: However, there were a few issues. The balcony door lacked a lock, which made us feel quite uneasy and unable to sleep soundly. Hand soap was not provided, and some power outlets were faulty, causing plugs to fit loosely. Additionally, the frosted glass wall separating the bathroom/shower was quite transparent, making it easy to see through – definitely not ideal for families."

"The family who run are very accommodating and friendly. They’re on the lower part of the village which is good because not so many stairs to climb up to reach them, but the view is just the side of the rice terraces not overlooking them all. They helped us carry our bags up and were quick to supply us with whatever we were lacking. The rooms were very clean and new, nice woodsy smell, and excellent views of greenery outside. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the evening, it’s so quiet and dark with the sounds of a small waterfall and frogs. She made us breakfast according to our time schedule, really delicious traditional rice noodles with fried eggs. We had dinner there one evening too and really liked her style of cooking. We all agreed it was the best rice we’ve had in China! I would definitely recommend staying!"

"We had an amazing stay, the view was spectacular and the staff were extremely hospitable. On our last day we had trouble getting to the neighbouring town (Dazhai) to sightsee, however the hotel staff were able to help us out, drove us there, and then even back to Guilin City to our next accommodation! The hotel also serves food, so breakfast and dinner were no problem. The food was delicious and authentic, made with local ingredients. We would definitely recommend to our friends and family to stay here on their next trip."
