"Building is new but the set up is a complete mess! My room was so hot all night that it was literally unbearable to sleep! I called reception, they send a woman up and she turned on the fan but, when she left the fan was blowing hot wind even stronger than before! It became unbearable to stay in the room, so I called reception again and was told that the central air conditioning was turned on to be hot and nothing could be done!! I had to open the window in my room and the front door in order to get “at least some “ sleep! It’s a shame that in China they built such nice hotels but equipment and facilities are completely mismanaged! A complete **** show!"

"I chose this hotel on my way back from Chinese New Year. We arrived in the early morning, and it was conveniently located near the highway entrance. The hotel is located in a wetland area, and the road was practically dark with no streetlights. Since it was during the ***** New Year holiday, there were occasional cars passing in the same direction, but it was okay. The hotel's design and positioning are considered high-end, but the management and maintenance are a bit disappointing. The breakfast bowls were broken, and the lobby lounge was littered with sunflower seed shells. Many employees' electric bikes were parked at the main entrance. The hotel has a good location and is a good hotel, but the management could improve. The front desk ladies were very friendly."

"I brought my family here for a visit during the National Day holiday. The hotel is built along the edge of Chilong Lake. The environment is very beautiful. The hotel rooms are relatively large. You can walk across a bridge from the hotel lobby to Qiai Town. The town is a bit small, and the merchants' cultural and tourism products are not very distinctive. There are not many places to visit around, and the area around the hotel is also relatively desolate (there are no shopping malls or supermarkets).
