"The family room was a disaster. It was on the lowest floor, and the sanitation was terrible. The decor was smelly, and I guess it's rarely used. I later moved to an executive twin room, which was fine, but the air conditioning and heating weren't cold at all, and I was practically suffocating the next day. There weren't many hotels to choose from here, so I was thinking of a new one that looked grand, but I didn't expect the facilities to be so poor and the service so-so. The breakfast was okay, but there was nothing to eat after 9:30. I've noticed that breakfast here is quite stingy, as they're afraid others might eat it, and the food isn't expensive."

"This hotel deserves a perfect five stars! The location is superb, right next to shopping districts and attractions, making transportation incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were warm and professional, checking in efficiently and even offering local recommendations. The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very restful sleep. The breakfast selection was extensive, featuring both Western and Chinese options, all fresh and delicious. From facilities to service, everything was top-notch, offering exceptional value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"Comment: If you're heading to Jambylak, choosing this place should be a pleasant surprise!
Environment: We drove here ourselves, planning to visit Jambylak the next day. We were drawn in by the RV park's advertising and the affordable price, so we decided to experience it. It's really close to the scenic spot; you can easily spot the distinctive 'space capsules' and RVs. We stayed in a standard room with a window offering beautiful views! This area is truly stunning. We also checked out the RVs. From the outside, they look small, but inside, they're surprisingly spacious and fully equipped. An RV could easily accommodate four or five people. There's also a large area between the RVs where you could pitch a tent or have a barbecue, which is fantastic!
Transportation: There isn't a map point currently, but you can find it using the navigation from your booking platform. It's extremely close to Jambylak, practically around the corner!
Service: The owner is super nice! The day we arrived, Jambylak experienced snow and a drop in temperature, and the owner thoughtfully provided us with an extra comforter. The water temperature in the room was excellent – from hot to cold, no problems at all."

"The first time I stayed for a day, I felt good, and the next day I renewed the lease. It may be that the flow of people is large. The amount of water in the bath at about 10 o'clock in the evening is a bit small, and the other feeling is not bad. Suggestions: Because you are a big hotel, the big hotel needs to be equipped with a large bottle of toiletries and it will be upscale (because the small hotel is equipped with a small bottle of toiletries)"

"This is an older hotel, but the amenities are acceptable. There's a restaurant, gym, foot massage parlor, and parking available, and nearby dining options are also quite convenient. The young lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable, experienced, and articulate. The room facilities and ambiance no longer meet the star rating; they're all very old. Also, the housekeeping staff might have been slacking off, leaving the sheets and duvet covers unchanged. Or was it a man who cleaned the room? I stayed in a standard room, but there were a few short hairs on both beds. After reporting this to the front desk, they replaced them."

Guest UserI've never written a good or bad review before, but this guesthouse was absolutely the most delightful discovery of our trip!
What captivated me most was its architecture. It beautifully preserved the original wooden mortise-and-tenon structure and the weathered rammed earth walls, while cleverly integrating large floor-to-ceiling windows and an airy courtyard well. Sunlight streams in, with light and shadow moving throughout the day, making it feel like living in a breathing art museum. The dry landscape garden, the moss-covered stone steps – every detail reflects the designer's restraint and warmth. Every photo taken here looks like it belongs in a magazine.
The food was an even bigger surprise. The chef used fresh seasonal vegetables from their own garden, free-range chickens, and mountain-grazing goats, preparing a spread of authentic home-style dishes with the simplest spices. Breakfast was different every day, featuring freshly squeezed milk, multigrain porridge, and steamed buns with fried dough sticks – simple yet incredibly comforting, bringing back that long-lost taste of 'home.'
But the most heartwarming aspect was the owner's family. From carefully communicating directions before check-in to offering a refreshing homemade cherry mung bean soup upon arrival, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. They didn't feel like they were running a guesthouse; rather, they were hosting distant relatives, inviting us to share tea and chat in the evenings, and sharing insider tips for exploring the local area.
I especially have to mention how generous the owner is! During our stay, every afternoon, they would bring meticulously cut, chilled fruit and their homemade yogurt drink – thick and sweetly refreshing, instantly dispelling the summer heat. When we checked out, they even insisted on giving us a big bag of souvenirs: a bag of the best organic flour from the region! Their sincerity was almost overflowing!
From the architectural aesthetics to the culinary comfort and the rich human touch, this place fulfilled all my imaginings of a perfect guesthouse. I'm truly grateful to the owner's family for giving us such a wonderfully pleasant experience! I'm already planning a second visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind in Jiangbulake!

Hygienic: The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the room is clean and tidy.
Environment: There is a restaurant downstairs, opposite the yellow noodles barbecue restaurant, convenience store. Parking is convenient for eating
Service: We called in the middle of the night to ask for a pillow, and the staff sent it up in less than five minutes. The service is particularly good.

Guest UserI stumbled upon an amazing guesthouse while visiting Jiangbulak!
The location is fantastic, very close to the scenic area—about a 5-minute drive to the entrance, making getting around incredibly convenient.
The landlady was incredibly welcoming and attentive, taking excellent care of me.
The room was clean and tidy, a very comfortable stay, and I slept soundly until morning.
The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet area, so washing and showering weren't inconvenient, a great experience.
The hygiene was impeccable, and the disposable toiletries were of high quality, giving me peace of mind.
Staying here in Jiangbulak is definitely a great choice, highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Guest UserI read a few bad reviews and I didn't dare to book. It happened to be dark when I entered the county seat. I simply thought about sleeping for one night. Unexpectedly, the result was really good. I have not encountered any problems such as small bath water flow in the bad review, and the front desk service attitude is also thoughtful and meticulous. The child I brought, the air conditioner was a bit cold, I asked the front desk if it could be turned off, and the staff came to turn it off for a while. In short, I am very satisfied. Also, breakfast tastes good 👍

FfanI stayed at Home Inn in Qitai for one night when I visited Jiangbulake. There is a night market nearby and parking is available at the door, so it is very convenient to travel by foot or by car.
The standard room is quite spacious and clean. The whole house has intelligent voice control. There is a laundry room but you need to bring your own laundry detergent. The breakfast at the noodle shop on the third floor is delicious.

The front desk staff were warm and friendly, check-in was quick, and they proactively informed me of the scenic spots and photo opportunities. They were also very responsive when I called. The staff were always there for me, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, and the hotel's viewing platform was also impeccably clean—a rare find in a scenic area. The room facilities were also excellent, with all the amenities provided, making it very comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jiangbulak.

The hotel is located in the center of the scenic area. The rooms are spacious and bright with private bathrooms. It is very cold at night, but it is still very comfortable with floor heating! The surrounding scenery is picturesque, and you can see the sunrise in the morning, which is beautiful!
