The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a very restful sleep. Every flower, every object, every corner here shows the meticulous attention paid to the owner. The food was also amazing. The scrambled eggs with tomatoes tasted like home! If I go to Xinjiang again next year, I will definitely stay here again!"

"My family and I were driving through the hotel and booked two rooms, one with a king bed and one with twin beds. There's a large parking lot right outside, as well as underground parking. During the hot weather, the car wasn't too hot in the basement during the day, making it convenient for those driving. The hotel was easy to find using the navigation system, located right on the road. The front desk was very attentive during check-in, and the lady at the front desk even helped with luggage. There's also a water bar in the lobby, offering a variety of thirst-quenching drinks. The hotel has a laundry room, making it very convenient for washing clothes. The rooms have separate wet and dry areas, and they were clean and quiet. The only downside was the central air conditioning, which lacked temperature control. I woke up from a fever. At 3 or 4 a.m., the outside temperature was 22 degrees Celsius, and my room was 25 degrees Celsius. Even lying in bed without a blanket, I felt a heat in my back, making it impossible to sleep. I called the front desk twice, and someone was promptly sent to check it out, taking about half an hour. The problem was resolved, but my sleep was disturbed, and it was difficult to fall back asleep, which was a bit upsetting."

"I've stayed at this hotel many times and have generally been satisfied. However, today, when I checked in again, they didn't have a family-friendly suite with a view. They gave me a room (everyone makes mistakes at work, it's normal), and then management offered to change my room (which was two levels below the one I booked). If I weren't a regular at this hotel, I'd be so deceived. This makes me think there are major management issues at this hotel. They're deceiving consumers, and do they think consumers are just scammers or just being taken advantage of? There have been a lot of tourists visiting Qitai recently, so be sure to carefully select the room type to avoid being scammed. This is a disgrace to Qitai. What a dishonest business!"

"The room is adequate. It's clean but the decor is sad looking -could do with a make over. I noticed the rooms on the third floor are more modern and look less depressed. Hopefully they will update the rooms on the second floor too. The location is good as it's on a main street with lots of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was limited. It could do with some more variety."

The homestay is less than 5 minutes drive from the ticket office of Jiangbulak Scenic Area. The store is simple and friendly, and meals can be provided if needed. We stayed for two nights and everything was very satisfying.
