"The overall experience exceeded my expectations! The room was exceptionally clean ❤❤✌, spotless and bright, with soft, clean bedding. There were no strange odors or water stains✌, and every corner was thoroughly cleaned. I even saw the staff meticulously cleaning the rooms, and then another staff member would double-check, which made me feel incredibly comfortable and safe. The hotel's [location is fantastic]; it's just a few minutes' walk to Huizhou Ancient City, and there are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It's super convenient for both sightseeing and dining. You don't need a car to get to the Ancient City, Eight-Legged Archway, or Yuliang, and it's only about a 30-minute drive to Chengkan and Tangmo to see the lantern displays. Plus, the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, making this a highly recommended and great value-for-money accommodation option in Shexian."

"This hotel is beautifully situated on both sides of the ancient city of Shexian, boasting a simple yet exquisite and well-designed courtyard.
The restaurant for afternoon tea and breakfast is located by the river, offering panoramic glass windows that overlook the shimmering water and the clusters of Huizhou-style architecture on the opposite bank. Both the taste and presentation of the food are excellent. The only area for improvement would be the variety of à la carte options at the buffet. For a hotel of this caliber (typically 4-digit pricing), the dining experience should be even more upscale.
The guest rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning, making them wonderfully warm in winter. Both the floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies offer views of the hotel's garden. The complimentary turndown soup provided in the evening is absolutely delicious."

"The inn is in the ancient city, very close to the west gate of the ancient city. It is convenient to go to the museum, government office, and octagonal building. The inn is ancient and quaint. The stairs to the second floor are a bit shaky, but the owner will help with the luggage. Overall satisfaction"

"酒店大堂有免費茶水，雖然不值錢，但貼心。
縣城裡的普通酒店，雖然和城市一般的連鎖酒店差不多，新年期間價格就是很貴了，且沒有早餐。但晚上夠安靜的，設施該有的也足夠用了。
離古城也近，步行十分鐘可達。前台服務員態度友好，酒店的保安大叔和服務員大姐接地氣，也實誠。
唯一不開心的是提前預訂的時候，備註了不要盡頭房，到前台取房卡也問了是不是盡頭房，辦理的前台小姐姐口口聲聲説不是盡頭房，我們這裏沒有盡頭房。房間我都沒上去看，先去了外面逛，結果晚上回來上樓一看，就是盡頭房，還很臭。
我又衹得下趟樓去交涉，這次的前台小姐姐説自己是剛交班的，馬上給我改了房間，處理非常快。不然我真是要撥打攜程介入了。
整體就這樣，不功不過，平安在歙縣度過了大年初三晚。"

"Excellent hotel with clean and well furnished rooms and close to Huizhou ancient city. The parling was closed and breakfast restaurant was closed due to recent flood. The staff asked me to cancel my booking and rebook cheaper rooms because they cannot provide breakfast. I insisted on taking breakfast somewher nearby. She showed me a picture of a simple breakfast and siad it could be delivered to rooms. If something like this happens in other hotels, they would offer room upgrade or some kind of compensation. Asking the guest to cancel and rebook is absurd. It was also impossible to connect to Wife if you do not have a Chinese number. She didn't tell me this for an hour. All in all the service attitude was quite poor despite excellent rooms. What a pity!"

"I would travel back to Huizhou JUST to stay at this Homestay again! Like many of the reviews, the host, 汪新 Wangxin is incredibly kind and has a wonderful traveller's spirit. She speaks great English which is a rare luxury in these parts, and gives great recommendations! I was here filming for social media and she even set up a meeting for me with tourism board officials, really going out of her way. They also offered me a lunch for free and upgraded my room when I spoke Chinese 😜. The room itself is simple but comfy, and I absolutely adored the rooftop and lobby decorations! If you travel for the people (and kittiea!) over the attractions, this is a must visit!"

"The location is good; it's a 5-minute walk to the ancient city of Huizhou and also very close to ”He Tianxia” (River World), both within walking distance. It has a retro style, and it's said that some scenes from the movie ”Youth” were filmed here.
Service: Upon check-in, staff were attentive and provided some helpful information. At check-out, there were two staff members; one was processing the previous guest's check-in, and the other was sitting inside. We gave our room key to one of them, who asked if we had a car. After receiving a negative answer, they didn't respond. A while later, we proactively asked again if we were okay, and only then did they reply, ”Yes, you're okay.” If we hadn't proactively asked, no one would have cared.
The hotel's soundproofing is poor; even before 7 PM, we could clearly hear the noise from the staff outside."

The overall environment of the hotel is elegant and clean, the decoration is very stylish, the room is spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the details are particularly well done. The price/performance ratio is OK and it is worth the price. The swimming pool is also very nice and there is a small pavilion and lawn. It is a pity that I have not experienced the lawn. There are also pool tables and table tennis tables. The customer service attitude at the front desk is very good.

11580079****Take advantage of the off-season to relax in the ancient city of Huizhou. In fact, I wanted to come last March. I decided to get sick after booking the room. I could cancel it. When I wanted to come again after half a year, I still chose Jingye Si. After staying for two nights, I felt that the choice was completely correct.
The boss is very gentle and elegant, and handsome. Upgraded the room for us and helped us send two heavy boxes upstairs. Because it is the off-season, there are not many guests and the hotel is very quiet. The room is probably facing south, the sun is shining throughout the room during the day, and the mood is also very good. It feels like living at home. The bathroom in the room is very clean, the bed is not particularly soft, I like it, the air conditioner exit is not directly blowing to the bed in the aisle, so I don't feel particularly dry at night.
Settled out, the boss will take care of some of our instructions. Opposite the hotel is a river, but it seems that the water level is very low like a tidal flat. There are many restaurants around, and they have been eaten one by one. Not far from the ancient city of Huizhou, just walk across the bridge.
Before leaving, I left the headset in the room, and the boss called to confirm. Thank you very much.

The owner checked me in and introduced me to interesting attractions. He also told me which road has the best scenery. In short, the price-performance ratio is very good. I recommend staying here

GGuest UserBaishiyuan Village in Sanyang Town is really great! As soon as you get off the high-speed train, you will see beautiful scenery everywhere, with almost no commercialization. The villagers are very simple and friendly, and they will take the initiative to help me. I will come again!
The B&B is very clean and there are many activities to do. Spring and summer should be the most beautiful seasons. When the weather is hot, you can go creek tracing to escape the heat.

Ccx1339The host was incredibly friendly and even upgraded our room. The food was delicious – we enjoyed a casual dinner of various wild greens and fresh vegetables, and breakfast was substantial. Our chicken soup for lunch the next day was fantastic, and all meals were very reasonably priced. The hotel's location is absolutely superb; it truly feels like you're staying right within the scenic area. We even saw passing tourists stop by to look around and take photos. Mornings offered fresh air, and nights were filled with stars. It was peaceful all day, with almost no noise besides birdsong. There's a large viewing platform, perfect for capturing photos and soaking up the sun. A 10-minute walk up a path behind the hotel leads to stunning terraced fields and canola flower fields, making a trip to Meiganling practically unnecessary. The rooms are spacious and all feature large floor-to-ceiling windows. If you arrive by high-speed train at Sanyang Town, a taxi will get you here in just over ten minutes.

Sound insulation: very quiet. I usually sleep very lightly, but I can't hear the sound from the corridor and next door at all here. It's very good. Location: very close to the ancient city of Huizhou. I walked there for about ten minutes. Finally I would like to give a thumbs up to the lady at the front desk who helped with check-out on the last day. Her service attitude was very good and very considerate.
