"My room was on the 16th floor. The window faced the cooling towers of the surrounding buildings, and the noise and vibration at night were incredibly loud! With the window closed, it was still over 40 decibels, and with it open, it was another 10+ decibels. It was really hard to sleep at night!!!
The hotel and several malls share only 3 elevators. This was very inconvenient, especially during peak hours.
They provided plenty of bottled water for drinking.
When checking in to the hotel, it was around 2:35 PM, which was a busy time. The wait was quite long; it took at least 20 minutes to get the room card.
The room space was very small; I don't think it was as large as described.
Parking was only on Basement 1, and the parking lot was huge. It shared spaces with the mall, and combined with it being a weekend and offering 4 hours of free parking, there were a lot of cars. I also saw some minor fender benders when cars were exiting.
What I was quite satisfied with was the mattress; it was very comfortable.
The public areas were quite comfortable.
The breakfast and afternoon tea area had a pleasant environment, a wide variety of options, and good quality food. There was a fully automatic freshly ground coffee machine.
The main advantage is its proximity to the mall, making shopping and dining convenient.
You can add the hotel on WeChat for communication, and the service was generally satisfactory.
We booked a total of 1 twin room and 4 king rooms."

"The room was cleverly designed with two 1.3-meter wide beds, making the space feel incredibly well-arranged and not at all cramped. The beds were extremely comfortable, with soft and clean bedding, providing an excellent night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and attentive; they even thoughtfully provided a guide to local eateries when I checked out. The value for money is outstanding, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

"Taishan isn't a very large city, and the hotel is conveniently located in the southern part of the downtown area, making it easy to get in and out by car. There's plenty of parking available.
The hotel is situated within a Country Garden development, and the exterior still bears traces of the Country Garden Phoenix logo. I assume it was originally an amenity of the Country Garden complex, later outsourced or leased to the current owners.
At first glance, the hotel facilities don't seem old, but after using them, I felt the maintenance wasn't quite up to par. For example, the electric curtains in the room couldn't be controlled, and the water pressure in the bathroom and toilet was relatively low. During my stay, there was also a noticeable odor emanating from the first-floor lobby restroom, indicating it needed repairs. Housekeeping also forgot to replenish toiletries and left a cleaning towel in the room – quite a few minor issues overall.
Of course, the price during the off-season was very reasonable, about half of the original cost, offering good value for money."

"I chose this hotel based on online reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. They offer a pick-up service from the high-speed rail station, and the 7-seater car was quite comfortable. The only downside is that public transportation in Taishan is very inconvenient, which was a real challenge for us coming back from abroad. I couldn't get a taxi from Taishan Pedestrian Street and was forced to walk back to the hotel, which took 40 minutes. However, the hotel room was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and they even provided a late-night snack. Both meals provided by the hotel were excellent. I'm very satisfied and highly recommend it. Please keep up the good work; I'll definitely stay here again on my next family visit!"

"High-rise rooms, facing the sea. Downstairs is the swimming pool, the hotel also has a restaurant, rich early. The room is large and has more than 70 square meters. The facilities are also very good and new. The beach can be seen before and after the building.
There are two swimming pools downstairs, children can also have a good time, there is an sky pool on the roof, punch in and out. In summer, you can go downstairs to swim. The breakfast provided is also very rich. Very nice hotel. And the elevator needs to be swiped to use, and the safety is absolutely guaranteed. The room includes tickets for the scenic spot, great value. The hotel also upgraded our room, very happy, the sea plank road is very beautiful, it is worth visiting to take pictures."

GGuest UserIt was a little confusing where the front desk was at first, as I wasn’t able to locate the hotel name anywhere in the building. I guess there was some sort of agreement made with the front desk on the 15th floor (under a different hotel name), as they were able to check me in.
Staff were friendly, room was clean and comfy, and location was great - right next to a giant mall with many restaurants and arcades inside.
Though I ran into a sketchy looking man in the elevator who didn’t seem to have a fob? And they just followed me off when it was my floor. It was concerning and I didn’t see any security guards in the building during my stay.

My sister stayed here many years ago in 2018 & recommended this place for myself & my cousins so that we can visit our family village which was 29 minutes away. We had an entire room for our shower & love the private bathroom! The front desk went out of our way to assist. The breakfast was plentiful & amazing!
Unfortunately I was sick in bed for 2 days, & the house maid quietly came in & emptied our 2 garbage cans & left us fresh towels while I was laying in bed. She may have cleaned our toilet also.
I already have recommended this place to my friends .

Parking was convenient, and the amenities were complete. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom fan and light couldn't be controlled separately.

The hotel is also new. When the air conditioner is turned on, it is still cold enough on hot days.
The bed is big and comfortable
Soundproofing means you can't hear the traffic on the road outside the window
Curtains are good for blocking out the light so you can sleep peacefully
The laundry room has only one washing and drying unit.
Go to the back alley and there is a table tennis table.
There are also parking spaces in the open space in front of the hotel.
The entrance to the parking lot is a bit narrow.

GGuest UserEverything about your hotel was excellent, but my check-out experience yesterday left me utterly displeased! I had explicitly arranged for a late check-out until 3:00 PM as one of my entitled benefits. Yet, around 1 PM, a front desk attendant called to inquire if I wished to extend my stay. I informed her that I wouldn't be extending and would be checking out. I proceeded to check out at 2:03 PM and departed. What truly shocked me was that while I was waiting for the elevator, I distinctly overheard your front desk attendant, seemingly unaware I was still within earshot, mocking me in a local dialect with a colleague. Her exact words were, 'Looks like she's got boiling water under her feet, doesn't she?' This incident makes me seriously question whether your staff management truly instills professional etiquette. Do your employees show basic respect to ordinary guests? Is there a fundamental lack of moral education? If the answer to all these questions is negative, then perhaps it's time for a serious re-evaluation of your staff's positions and a thorough adjustment of their roles.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel due to its proximity to both my home and my grandparents' house. However, an event called the ”All-China National Games”, specifically a volleyball tournament held in Taishan - meant that most of the players were also staying here. I understand that this arrangement was likely due to government decision-making.
Nonetheless, this situation caused significant inconvenience to regular guests. For instance, delivery services (robots) were prohibited, and access to the self-service laundry was restricted. When I asked for assistance, a staff member stated, ”We don't do laundry for customers.” Only after I explained my inconvenience was caused by the national games did the manager offer to make an exception, saying, ”We will do laundry for you since you are a special case these days.” This reasoning is highly unsatisfactory. The reason I couldn't do my laundry was that I was denied access to the sixth floor, where the laundry room is located. If the hotel cannot adequately accommodate regular customers during such events, they should not accept bookings from the public.

GGuest UserThis hotel has a good location, many locals say it is popular due to this as well. The hotel room door had a security measure that if left slightly opened, would sound an alarm. The hotel breakfast was good and had much variety. We stayed at the top floor which was level 15. I uploaded a picture of the nice view

AAnonymous UserFacilities: Very complete. Just bring your own food, seasonings, disposable bowls and chopsticks. Staying in the villa allows you to make delicious meals like at home. It also has its own yard for barbecue.
Hygiene: Generally OK. But the bedding is a bit old
Environment: Quiet surroundings. Convenient parking. We had 5 cars parked at the door of the villa without any problems. It was convenient to pack up. The children loved the swimming pool and slide the most. They had a lot of fun.
Service: Butler Ajun was enthusiastic and responsive.

TTiChattonThe location was very convenient, right off the highway and by a big shopping mall with a cinema and restaurants. There's also an EE bus to and from Hong Kong for added convenience that departs from this mall. The room is clean, the bathtub is for photo only - non-functional. Despite the construction noise sign, I got a room on floor 6 and barely heard the construction. I enjoyed my stay here, the room was cleaned everyday and amenities topped up. Washing detergent is provided and the washing machine is great! Could provide clothing clips in addition to the hangers to dry smaller garments like socks and underwear. Very nice and large projector TV screen.
5/5 - no complaints.

Facilities: The island is basically old houses, the hotel has some years, but the hotel owner has renovated, the interior design of the room is simple and comfortable, and the overall look is very new.
Hygienic: When I booked the room, I looked at the picture and thought that the hygiene would be very general, but the room was very clean and comfortable after I checked in, there was no smell, much better than the picture.
Environment: The hotel is the most facing the sea. Although there is no sea view room, it is the beach as soon as you go out, which is very close and convenient.
Service: I didn't find the hotel when I arrived at the scenic spot. The proprietress of the convenience store next to me was very enthusiastic to help me call the hotel. The boss personally received the hotel and helped with the luggage. They were all very enthusiastic about the service.
On a business trip, Jiangmen went to Shangchuan Island on the way,
I stayed at the hotel smoothly along the way,
A person rented a small electric car slowly and visited half the island,
There is delicious seafood in the hotel, the weight is still very large,
The barbecue restaurant next to it is also very good,
The beach is cleaner and not crowded compared to other places,
I really like the simplicity of most of the island or the natives.
Although sometimes the price of the opening is high, but the bargaining price is cheap,
Overall, it is very suitable for a few days of vacation,
I will go again if I have a chance,
I stayed at their hotel again, hoping to meet my sister and just at home.
