Downstairs, there's a mall, making dining and shopping super convenient, and transportation was also easy. The service was warm and attentive; check-in was efficient, and they paid attention to thoughtful details. Overall, it was a perfect experience with great value for money. Highly recommended, I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"Highly recommend! It's not far from Chikan, and even arriving after 10 PM from there isn't too late. I slept really well. The beef offal noodles a short walk downstairs were delicious! We each added an egg and ordered an extra pound of beef offal – a truly lavish breakfast, haha."

"Taishan isn't a very large city, and the hotel is conveniently located in the southern part of the downtown area, making it easy to get in and out by car. There's plenty of parking available. The hotel is situated within a Country Garden development, and the exterior still bears traces of the Country Garden Phoenix logo. I assume it was originally an amenity of the Country Garden complex, later outsourced or leased to the current owners. At first glance, the hotel facilities don't seem old, but after using them, I felt the maintenance wasn't quite up to par. For example, the electric curtains in the room couldn't be controlled, and the water pressure in the bathroom and toilet was relatively low. During my stay, there was also a noticeable odor emanating from the first-floor lobby restroom, indicating it needed repairs. Housekeeping also forgot to replenish toiletries and left a cleaning towel in the room – quite a few minor issues overall. Of course, the price during the off-season was very reasonable, about half of the original cost, offering good value for money."

Just a heads-up, if you're driving, the parking is shared with the mall, so it can get a bit crowded on holidays. The breakfast was rich and varied too!"

"Satisfied! I was worried because of the reviews saying there was a smell. But when I arrived, the hotel was very clean! Many of the guests seemed to be from Hong Kong and Macau! The restaurant on the third floor didn't have a huge menu, but the food was decent. If you want to try some local snacks, I suggest going out to find something to eat."

"We stayed at the hotel on the second day of the ***** New Year. The room was spacious, new, and tidy, with a street-facing balcony. It featured a smart toilet and intelligent lighting controls. The check-in lobby offered an afternoon tea set with exquisite dim sum and a variety of drinks, plus a play area for children. The buffet supper had a wide selection, which was perfect as we came back from watching the fireworks that evening and enjoyed a complimentary supper directly at the hotel. First, the room. The bedding was incredibly clean; the white sheets were spotless. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring a full night's sleep. The cleanliness of the bathroom was even more reassuring. I specifically checked the shower walls and grout, and found no mold or grime. This attention to detail really shows the hotel's high management standards. The amenities also deserve praise. The hotel has washing machines and dryers, which is incredibly convenient for families with kids or guests staying for multiple days, saving you from bringing home a pile of dirty laundry. Even more surprising was the small children's play area. While not huge, it was enough to keep the little ones happy. My child spent nearly an hour there playing with LEGOs, giving the adults a much-needed break. Breakfast is also worth mentioning. I didn't have high expectations given the reasonable price, but the variety was actually quite good. There were noodle soups, steamed dumplings (siu mai), congee, and side dishes, all tasting delicious. That bowl of hot noodle soup, in particular, was so comforting and set me up for the whole day. It's definitely a 'small but mighty' breakfast – you'll leave full and satisfied. Even though prices increased quite a bit during Chinese New Year, it was still acceptable. On regular weekends, it offers excellent value for money! If you're visiting Taishan, this hotel is worth considering. It's clean, thoughtful, and offers great value, especially suitable for family travel."
