"Amazing english speaking team on reception who help you plan trips in the area. Wandou the golden retriever is absolutely incredible and worth staying here for alone! Lovely common areas and cheap laundry service Dorms were a little tired feeling but the beds had curtains and shelves etc which was great. Aircon in every room which was essential in the heat though staff would come in the room frequently to turn it off and open the window, therefore letting in the heat, which meant the aircon needed to be used even more!"

"Overall, it's great value for money, and the service was excellent. The only downsides were the 30 RMB deposit for the room key, and although we booked an eight-person room, we were assigned a twelve-person room (even though it was the off-season, only four people were actually staying). It's located in the suburbs, so there aren't many restaurants nearby. The washing machine was charged, and the sheets and blankets had a lot of static electricity. It's affiliated with the Sand Therapy Courtyard, I don't know why."

"This is a detached white villa in the villa complex. Hua Jun stayed there for one night and found it to be more cost-effective, so Yu Shi stayed here for the second night. It was clean and hygienic, and offered sand therapy. The owner was very nice, and the receptionist was very friendly. It was truly a great place, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Turpan."

"At the entrance of the Youth Hostel is a row of mulberry trees, successfully realizing the freedom of mulberry, and eating cool! The proprietress was very enthusiastic and told us where there were small white apricots to pick. It was near the Youth Hostel. There were indeed many. There was still a little sour and the big one was very sweet! The bosses organized barbecues and invited us to eat together, a super good experience! Also lent us an electric car to facilitate our travel. Stay here next time you come to Turpan!"

"Lee was a great host, speaks excellent English, and was very helpful with suggestions on both things to do around Turpan and also border crossing how to info. The dorm was clean, and supplied with clean linen (make your own bed), and with an attached hot water bathroom. The lodgings are simple, but there’s plenty of space, and upon arrival I was invited to eat dinner (pictured) with Lee and some other guests—delicious! After dinner they screened a movie on an exterior wall. The location is midway between the station and Turpan proper, neither of which are comfortable walking distance, but taxis are cheap and easy to get. The hostel is within easy walking distance of one of the very interesting water irrigation museums, and there’s a good Uighur restaurant about ten minutes away on foot. If you’re on a budget, looking for a “traveller vibe” style place, and don’t mind the slightly out of the way location, this is a great option. Would stay here again."

"The hotel was on a back street in old Turpan so it was quiet and in a pleasant area. The hotel room was good and we were upgraded for free. There is a lovely and extensive garden/patio which unfortunately we could only make minimal use because it was cold. The hotel was extremely clean and our room was cleaned every day without request and we were supplied with clean towels every day. The manager was very helpful, advising us on a number of matters, ordering a taxi for us, and permitting us to stay until 2:00 PM when we left because of a 4:00 PM train departure. The hotel provided a basic but very reasonably priced breakfast. And as all reviewers have noted, the hotel has a unique toilet."

"Clean and hygienic, folk customs, very suitable for one person to travel. The boss is very hospitable and welcoming, with free travel guidance and cheap clothing rental service. It is very close to the Kanerjing Museum and is located in the city with convenient transportation."

"Stayed here for two days and it was incredibly comfortable. The place was very clean, and right outside the complex, there's a parking spot for shared bikes, which made getting around the city super convenient. I'll definitely be back next time I visit Turpan."

"The traffic is very convenient. Downstairs is a big night market. We came over after dinner. The room was a bit small. The room didn’t take photos. I went to Xinjiang for more than 10 days. I changed the hotel every day. This hotel has no impression after staying. It belongs to the middle level."
