"We were checked in by Mr Kadeer, who informed us that the room I booked is located in the basement. He kindly offered to show us the room to ensure that we like it. The room was huge with a little courtyard for hanging your laundry. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good too. When we were there, a few weddings took place. There was a public lotus lake outside the hotel but sad to say it was very much neglected otherwise it would have boosted the hotel’s location. If you happened to be there on a weekend, take a right turn from the hotel entrance and walk to the end of the road. Across the road you can find a busy street of eateries with gatherings of families and friends."

"Facilities: Very good, the facilities and equipment are quite new. The air conditioning, hot water, and internet all worked perfectly. Hygiene: Excellent. My friends and I, all girls, felt that the cleaning staff did a wonderful job. Given the intense sun in Turpan, the room felt infused with sunshine. Environment: It's a very distinctive ancient city. Guests can also enjoy free sand therapy. The ladies at the front desk were lovely and explained the precautions for sand therapy. There's also free black tea and plum juice at the front desk, which you can fill up in your own bottle – very thoughtful! After sand therapy, you can't play in the water, otherwise I would have loved to swim in the small pool next to the sand therapy area. Service: Beyond words! The ladies at the front desk are truly beautiful and incredibly gentle. They also perform the evening show, though they mentioned it's not a nightly occurrence. We were really lucky! Five-star rating for sure. This is the best value-for-money B&B. Thumbs up!"

"The room is very cool, and the e-sports is great. I came to Turpan with my friends and stayed in a very cost-effective hotel. Four people live in 85 square meters, there are 3 bathrooms, and there are computers for playing. Fried chicken is nice! In addition, I would like to commend the three front desk guys: Waili, Ai Zihaier, and Mai Erdan. Their service is particularly good, and they are also handsome and stylish. I feel the enthusiasm of the people of Xinjiang!"

"We stayed here for four days straight, highly recommended. We initially booked a one-day stay to visit the Karez wells. The hotel completely exceeded our expectations, and I've stayed here ever since I've been in Turpan. We stayed in a family room on the second floor, and it was exactly as pictured. What you see is what you get. It must have been renovated in the past two years. There was a large bed and a small bed, perfect for a family of four with two children. My favorite feature is that the hotel is located within a scenic area. It's like a small scenic area with a back garden. There's a grape arbor, a beautiful Xinjiang bed, and the coolness of the Karez wells. When it's really hot outside, the little ones can go out and play. During the day, we can go out for a walk or walk the kids around the hotel. In the evening, we can go to the sand therapy hospital, which is about a 20-yuan taxi ride."

"Conveniently located about 20 minutes walk from Turpan Museum and under half an hour taxi ride from airport, train station and Jiaohe, the hotel was great value w very big room and bed, nice walk-in shower and very helpful front desk staff. Breakfast was disappointing being a massive restaurant and by 9.45 most of the Chinese buffet items had finished and staff were slow to top up. There was no tea or coffee available at breakfast either. The coffee shop in the lobby looked very enticing and comfortable, but this is a separate franchise and for some reason was not open all day or even at 11.00 in the morning."

"This stay at Turpan Manxin Hotel completely exceeded expectations! Whether it is the location, room facilities, or impeccable service, I would like to strongly recommend it to all travelers. I would especially like to praise Miss Gulimire at the front desk, and the handsome Uyghur guy with a London accent who helped me with my room issue at around midnight (it was too late and I forgot to ask his name)! From the moment I checked in, I could feel her enthusiasm and professionalism! Our problems are always solved promptly and quickly! The meticulous care really made us feel at home! Perfect details! The handsome guy on duty at night also put himself in our family's shoes and changed our room immediately when there was a problem, for fear of disturbing the children's sleep. It was really heartwarming and professional! Of course, there are other staff members who are equally worthy of praise: every time I pass by the lobby, I will receive a smiling greeting. This high level of service awareness among all staff is really rare in domestic hotels! I have hardly ever written a review of a hotel, but this time I feel I must tell you about it. It is truly a benchmark in the Turpan hotel industry! I hope to do better and better!"

"This is one of the few decent hotels in Turpan. The overall experience was great, living up to Huazhu's quality standards. I tried their self-service laundry for the first time, and it was a lifesaver when I didn't have the time or energy to wash my clothes. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Turpan. The front desk staff were excellent; they were very helpful, answered all my questions, and even upgraded my room. It would be even better if the room upgrade had also included complimentary breakfast."

"I looked at many guesthouses online and finally picked this one, and it certainly didn't disappoint – it was fantastic! The hotel's ambiance is wonderful, and the service is even more impressive. I had originally booked a twin room, but the kind lady at the front desk noticed I was traveling solo and upgraded me to a king-size room for free. As I was traveling alone with a large suitcase, she also helped me carry it to my room, which truly touched me. If I ever get the chance to visit Turpan again, I'll definitely choose this place. Highly recommended! The photos are all genuine, and the evening lighting is also stunning."
