"As a seasoned Ctrip Black Diamond member, let me tell you: this place is absolutely incredible! We booked three different room types and had a blast eating, drinking, and playing here. It was amazing, and the service was *phenomenal*!!! It's striking even from afar, with its tall spires visible right away. The moment you walk in, you're instantly transported to Morocco! The vibrant, distinctive interiors are incredibly unique, offering endless photo opportunities – I kept taking pictures until my phone was practically burning! A special shout-out to the sand therapy! Surprisingly, lying in the hot sand in the afternoon was incredibly relaxing. I emerged feeling light as a feather, my pores truly refreshed! (Tip for my heat-sensitive friends: go in the evening!) The breakfast spread was plentiful and excellent! The watermelon was sweeter than sugar – so fragrant and delicious, it blew me away! The hotel offers unlimited fresh fruit and chilled juices! The staff's attitude was genuinely excellent; they're all such characters, so engaging and fun to talk to, haha!"

"The smart toilet experience is amazing. The smart toilet equipped in the hotel is definitely a highlight! The flushing force is strong and water-saving and environmentally friendly. The residue-free design makes the use experience very comfortable. The room is exquisitely designed and fully equipped. After checking in, I was attracted by the modern and simple style of the room at first sight. The original wood-colored furniture and warm-toned lighting create a warm atmosphere. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the fatigue disappears instantly after lying down; details such as smart curtains improve the quality of living. The room is very clean, even the corners are spotless, and the sound insulation effect is also excellent. No outside noise can be heard at night. The service is thoughtful and warm like home. From the front desk to the room service, the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff are impressive and must be requested. The breakfast is rich and delicious: a buffet breakfast combining Chinese and Western styles, the ingredients are fresh, especially the freshly cooked noodles are delicious. Fruits and drinks are provided free of charge in the room. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is a high-quality choice worth staying in repeatedly!"

"This was hands down the best hotel of our Xinjiang trip! The design and decor are absolutely fantastic. It offers incredible value for money! The hotel also provides sand therapy and even has some lovely small animals to visit. It's kept impeccably clean, completely free of any unpleasant odors! The overall hygiene is excellent, and the mattress is super comfortable – neither too soft nor too hard. I woke up feeling completely refreshed the next morning! The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich and varied! The only minor downside was that the projector screen in the room was broken. Turpan is absolutely an underrated gem of a city! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit; it's truly fantastic!"

"This stay at Turpan Manxin Hotel completely exceeded expectations! Whether it is the location, room facilities, or impeccable service, I would like to strongly recommend it to all travelers. I would especially like to praise Miss Gulimire at the front desk, and the handsome Uyghur guy with a London accent who helped me with my room issue at around midnight (it was too late and I forgot to ask his name)! From the moment I checked in, I could feel her enthusiasm and professionalism! Our problems are always solved promptly and quickly! The meticulous care really made us feel at home! Perfect details! The handsome guy on duty at night also put himself in our family's shoes and changed our room immediately when there was a problem, for fear of disturbing the children's sleep. It was really heartwarming and professional! Of course, there are other staff members who are equally worthy of praise: every time I pass by the lobby, I will receive a smiling greeting. This high level of service awareness among all staff is really rare in domestic hotels! I have hardly ever written a review of a hotel, but this time I feel I must tell you about it. "I stayed for two nights. My expectations for hostels aren't high, but I hope the hostel can address two issues. 1. Turpan is supposedly mosquito-free, but this hostel somehow had mosquitoes. On the first day, I killed one and went to sleep (because I was very tired that day), but woke up in the morning with several bites. The next day, I killed another and was about to go to sleep. I ended up killing at least 10 mosquitoes in a row, and it took me until 3 a.m. to finally fall asleep. I hope the mosquito problem can be addressed, as it can be disruptive to sleep. 2. This hostel has two or three rooms on one floor, sharing one bathroom. So, the bathroom can be quite crowded in the morning and evening, and you have to leave your room to use it, which is sometimes inconvenient for women who come in from outside. The host's service and the surrounding restaurants and supermarkets are quite good."

"The hospitality and abundance of Xinjiang people are fully reflected in this B&B. As soon as we parked, the young men helped us with our luggage and checked us in. The B&B has two floors, and my mom and I stayed in the family room with our two children. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Haier Little Prodigy washing machine. The facilities were all new and elegant, blending ethnic and modern styles. We had dinner directly at the hotel at 9 pm, and every dish was to our liking. I'll definitely choose this place again!"
