"In fact, the room is very good and the stay is very comfortable. The hotel facilities are also complete, there is coffee and milk on the first floor, very good. "這是頭一次來瑞東酒店住宿，第二天開會，為了方便就住在這裏了設施有點舊了，希望能有所改善；環境較這個地方來説，還是不錯的，乾淨衞生整潔；重點是服務，我們開始定了1間房是有早餐的，後來來了一個同事我再次定了一個房間，且用了會員權益兑換了一份早餐，但是估計前台工作人員不熟悉業務吧，死活不給早餐券，非要讓我們再補交費用才給早餐，通過跟平台協商也沒什麼用，反正就是不給這個早餐，且態度無法言明（在外出差的朋友應該知道那種特別……哎，算了，多一事不如少一事吧）位置稍微有點不便利（因為門口在修路）下面的是對本次的體驗，頭一次覺得平台的會員等級並沒有什麼用，就是用了權益落地時也時萬般艱難。希望酒店改進平台業務，提高業務水平，給客户一個真正的賓至如歸的體驗，也請酒店回覆留言的時候，筆下留情，本人如是評價，不帶有任何的渲染和加工，不要言語攻擊（哪怕是含沙射影），謝謝"
