"Can the mattress of Hilton Garden Inn be improved? The edge of the bed is always exposed, and the edge of the bed is a bit sharp. The child bumped into it once because of this reason.
The service staff in the restaurant is very good. There is a lady with glasses who closes the table in time. The restaurant manager is also very good and has a very kind smile.
The restaurant is also very delicious. The beef noodles in the northwest are really delicious! Very chewy, I like it!
There is a small noodle shop opposite the hotel (not the first Xu noodle shop, but a smaller noodle shop). There is a big plate of beef tripe noodles. I was shocked when it was served. Hahahaha, I have never seen noodles served in such a big plate. The uncle is also very nice. He also made a small bowl of non-spicy noodles for the child for free. I think the people in the northwest are so warm and simple!"

"I took my children to Wuwei to travel. After seeing several hotels, I finally chose Langwenhuating. I was not disappointed when I stayed. Whether it is the hotel environment or the service attitude, it is satisfactory. Hotel location is also very convenient, basically walking distance from the main attractions, and there are various restaurants and snacks within 500 meters around, eating and drinking. The overall experience is very good and worth recommending!"

"It is a very good hotel in Wuwei, the room is comfortable, the view from the balcony is also very good, and the service is also good. I stayed on the eighth floor on the first night. The next day, I was informed that there was a circuit failure on the eighth floor and I was moved to the seventh floor. The room door lock could not be locked. After calling, the service staff quickly arrived and repaired the door lock.
The lobby on the first floor was empty, but there were only three sofas in a small corner. It was very uncomfortable to wait, sit, and rest."

"A cozy stay on our Binggou River trip! The experience was fantastic.
During our visit to the Wuwei Binggou River Scenic Area, choosing this hotel was a truly wise decision. Having such a comfortable and intimate place to stay after returning from the scenic area was such a blessing! The rural scenery along the way was breathtaking, saving us from the fatigue of the long journey. Furthermore, there are several authentic Wuwei restaurants nearby, making a hot bowl of san tiao che (three-wheeled rice cake) a refreshing treat. Traveling and dining are incredibly convenient. The front desk service was especially warm. We arrived dusty and tired after our Binggou River hike. The front desk staff immediately offered us warm water, quickly checked us in, and even recommended an untouched scenic route within the scenic area, saying it was less crowded and more photogenic. We followed her advice and were rewarded with a ton of stunning photos! We even wanted to borrow some hiking poles for our next day's adventure. The front desk staff immediately found two and even wrapped them with non-slip tape. What a thoughtful gesture! The room was perfectly suited to our travel needs. It was spacious, and the bedding was so soft I couldn't get up. After washing off my fatigue, I slept soundly. The bathroom had plenty of hot water, and the washbasin was spotlessly clean. There was even a small sofa by the window, perfect for chatting with friends in the evening and reminiscing about our day spent in Binggou River, admiring the snow-capped mountains and exploring the forest.
The common area's lounge area was also very comfortable. I woke up in the morning with a local breakfast, and then headed out to the scenic area feeling refreshed. The experience was truly amazing. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Binggou River. The location, service, and comfort are all impeccable. It's a true gem!"

Lleft****Excellent value for money, just over 300 yuan for two nights, and they even offer laundry service (laundry and delivery back to the room).
Security guards helped with luggage, and the staff were very friendly. Parking was easy if you're driving.
The only downsides were that the room lighting was a bit dim, and the air conditioning wasn't very effective, but thankfully Wuwei isn't too hot.

The room is big , new furnishings . There is a beautiful park nearby . Wanda Mall is about 1 km away with fantastic foods. Flowers in the garden below

We only booked the Haijingtian Business Hotel after a last minute decision to stay overnight at Wuwei. And boy, what a fantastic choice that turned out to be!
The hotel was practically facing the Leitai Tombs Park (our purpose for visiting Wuwei). The interior was lovely and very well-maintained with a bright and inviting lobby. We were served local date tea while waiting to be registered by the pleasant, helpful and very patient receptionist. Then we saw the room we were given. It was unexpectedly very spacious with a separate shower and toilet. We were immediately impressed by how clean and well-equipped the room was.
And the breakfast! It was definitely so much more yummy than the breakfasts we’re offered by some 4* hotels!
Kudos Haijingtian, you are doing a very fine job in every aspect!

SScarletTheWandererI recently had the pleasure of staying at Tianzhu Hotel, located just an hour away from Lanzhou, and it was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The spacious and well-appointed rooms were immaculately clean and provided all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The on-site parking was also a plus, making it easy to come and go as I pleased.
But what really set Tianzhu Hotel apart was the great staff and fantastic breakfast. The food was fresh, delicious, and varied, with a wide selection of dishes to choose from. I also appreciated the hotel owner's personal touch, as he went out of his way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable.
Overall, I highly recommend Tianzhu Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay near Lanzhou. The staff, accommodations, and breakfast were all top-notch, and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the area.

SSipuThe bed is comfortable, the room is spacious and clean, the service attitude is very good, it is quiet, easy to park, and pet-friendly. The downside is that the water temperature is too cold and too small during the day, and the room temperature is low. The elderly who come with us are afraid of the cold and want to increase the temperature, but the air conditioner cannot be adjusted by themselves! The breakfast is OK, you can eat enough, the lady at the front desk is nice and kind😊

The room was clean and with a very comfortable bed, we had a window facing the inside of the block so it was quiet at all hours. Much recommended for the price and would definitely stay again.

JJessica MellicaUnfortunately bed wasn’t comfortable, I slept all night feeling the iron net of the mattrass on my bones.
Overall, price is good with two breakfast included, plenty of options.
I was a bit upset when they charged us for the water we drink. There were water bottle in the room without any prices and we supposed it was for free.
There is no water or juices for breakfast only soy milk or full cream milk. But lots of vegetarian options.
There was a water dispense downstair for free available to refil water bottle, so don't do our mistake and just have the free one.
If we knew this in advance we could avoid to drink water in the room and avoid plastic bottle waste (as we travelling with bicycles we care about to be in a green way for our planet.)
Nobody explain us about charging items on the room during the check in, only the lady during the check out charged us.
This is the higher price we paied in trip.com since 20days of travel, but anyway we think is still good because two breakfast are included.
