"First and foremost, I was very satisfied with the hotel's excellent service. From the front desk staff and security guards to the ladies on every floor, everyone was always smiling, making me feel right at home. They also provided free laundry service, which was delivered to my room afterward. Parking was also very convenient. The only drawback was that the hotel's air conditioning didn't work for heating. It gets a bit chilly in Wuwei at night, but with the air conditioning on, it wasn't hot at all. Everything else was great."

"It's not far from Wuwei East Railway Station; a taxi ride costs around ten yuan. The courtyard is quite spacious with parking, and there's a Little Red Riding Hood coffee shop inside. There are washing machines and dryers. I stayed for two nights; the two young ladies at the front desk were very polite and welcoming, providing excellent service and even sharing local food information with me. I booked a set meal including beef noodles through Ctrip, which was quite delicious. The room wasn't large, but it was fully equipped, clean, and had a separate shower and toilet area. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Confucius Temple."

"The warm and welcoming service from the lovely receptionist left a deep impression. She personally directed the car arrangement and recommended the delicious Minqin melons – a big thumbs up! The hotel's location is also excellent, just 2 kilometers from the Wuwei Museum. The rooms are well-equipped, there's private parking, and many restaurants are nearby. Overall, I was very satisfied."

The room facilities are complete and the door lock is secure. There are lots of tips in the room. The kettle, sockets, and desk lamps all work well. The beds are clean and comfortable. It's not cold at all even without the air conditioner. The sound insulation is also very good and you can't hear any outside sounds."

Hygienic: very clean, the only thing to say is that there is a residual smoke in the room. When I enter, the door is opened. It should be ventilated but the window is closed. It should be much better to open the window for ventilation.
Environment: It should be the crossroads in the most central city of Wuwei, but in a dead alley that is not easy to find, there is no name, and then go forward in Qinjian Lane. Tianma Hotel, the pedestrian street of the crossroads commercial building. Very prosperous
Facilities: 1. The air conditioner is a bit old and has abnormal noises, but fortunately it is very cold at night.
2. There are several parking spaces against the wall in front of the parking door, and no one cares about the irregular parking, because it is a dead end, water delivery and takeaways, and the electric car tricycle in the building next to it, which is difficult to hell. The sidewalk parking spaces are not easy to park and are charged.

The scenic area is very clean and beautiful. I like Wuwei too much. It’s all a small courtyard that brings a full sense of happiness. Minrun’s private kitchen is so delicious. We all have to wonder if Wuwei people are very good at cooking. Miss Li Yan, the housekeeper, is too enthusiastic. She is very warm to ask where she is. There is a Confucian Temple behind the hotel. I am very afraid of cold due to hypothyroidism, and I felt very cold when I slept at night and wanted to add a quilt. Because the room was full during the National Day holiday, there were no extra quilts. That night, the front desk clerk offered to give me a heater. That night, the security guard personally went to the office to get an electric heater and delivered it to my room. He plugged it in and helped me debug it. I was very touched. JJessica MellicaUnfortunately bed wasn’t comfortable, I slept all night feeling the iron net of the mattrass on my bones.
Overall, price is good with two breakfast included, plenty of options.
I was a bit upset when they charged us for the water we drink. There were water bottle in the room without any prices and we supposed it was for free.
There is no water or juices for breakfast only soy milk or full cream milk. But lots of vegetarian options.
There was a water dispense downstair for free available to refil water bottle, so don't do our mistake and just have the free one.
If we knew this in advance we could avoid to drink water in the room and avoid plastic bottle waste (as we travelling with bicycles we care about to be in a green way for our planet.)
Nobody explain us about charging items on the room during the check in, only the lady during the check out charged us.
This is the higher price we paied in trip.com since 20days of travel, but anyway we think is still good because two breakfast are included.

GGuest UserThe hotel is old, with outdated facilities. It's not in the city center, but although it's on the street, it's relatively quiet. Occupancy is very low; I stayed for two days and barely noticed any guests. I stayed two days because I didn't want to change accommodations and waste time, which would have affected my plans to visit the Tianti Mountain Grottoes and White Horse Temple the next day. Cleanliness was so-so; the towels and bath towels were yellowed and had a sour smell. Luckily, I brought my own eco-friendly travel kit. The only good thing was that it had an elevator, and the bus stop was very close. It's rare to find hotels that require a deposit these days; it feels like a loss of trust between people.
