"The hotel lobby felt a bit shabby, a very small place; I almost thought I'd gone to the wrong place. The room size and facilities were acceptable, and the toiletries were ACCA brand. (If it weren't for these toiletries, I would have thought it was a fake Wanda Hotel.) The breakfast was decent, not a huge selection, but it had the basics and was edible. A few things to complain about: the pillows were very basic, and surprisingly, there were no memory foam pillows. The shower water pressure was inconsistent, sometimes strong, sometimes weak, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, making showering a real ordeal. The soundproofing was absolutely terrible; if the tap was running in the next room, it would rattle and bang, making it impossible to sleep. At night, even the slightest noise from nearby rooms or floors was incredibly loud, making it impossible to sleep."

Butler-style service is responsive, the room arrangement is great! The children in the parent-child theme room like it very much! "I stayed here during a factory visit and the front desk workers were very friendly. I mentioned that I don’t like rooms that have been smoked in and they went and checked several rooms for smell and picked the best one for me. Very kind of them. The room was quiet and cozy. Great value and nicely renovated. I’ll be back for sure. Also they let the food delivery workers bring the food to your hotel door which is super convenient. Love it!"

"I used to stay at Huatian Meidi Huazhixiu whenever I visited Wuyi, but this year the price shot up to over 2000, so I looked for a more value-for-money option with easier access to hot springs, and found Wenquan Guantang.
There are several five-star hotels nearby, but I really liked the name 'Guantang' – it evokes a sense of serene, Zen-like tranquility. Built in 2023, the formaldehyde should have dissipated by now, so it felt safe bringing the kids.
Like many hot spring hotels, it focuses on relaxation. The lobby is spacious, and the rooms and breakfast were decent. The hot springs were a pleasant surprise though – hardly anyone there and the water was very clean. We went down at 8:30 PM and practically had the whole place to ourselves, like having a giant private onsen. It was really delightful to have such a peaceful experience on a weekend.
As expected, I slept wonderfully after the hot springs, falling asleep by 10:00 PM and waking up at 8:00 AM. The bed was great too, neither too soft nor too hard, and the pillows weren't too high – all things I appreciate. I'll definitely book here again when I come back for Chinese New Year."

"All exceeded expectations! Let me talk about the hotel first, the Daniel Classic Double Room booked, the real thing is as shown in the picture, rest assured. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were very new, after checking in in the lobby, there was a special person to help bring it to the room, and there was a small gift when I left the store. During the stay, every service staff was very warm and thoughtful. The hotel car was on call to any place in the scenic spot. The small train in the scenic spot had unlimited fun and the children were crazy! The night of the castle hotel is especially gorgeous, with the hotel float, very dreamy! Besides the scenic spot, the entire large flower field tea garden lake is repeatedly washed by green eyes, and the ranch is hidden in it. The dwarf horse alpaca goldfish pigeons can interact. She clearly explained the itinerary for activities and important注意事项 (things to note). She also helped with my luggage, showed me around, and gave recommendations for good food and fun places, which was really considerate. Highly recommended!"

BBen001Opting to stay at the Castle Hotel for New Year's Day, avoiding the crowded New Year's Eve celebrations, was a very smart choice. On New Year's Day, the scenic area offered a rich array of activities, including concerts, a 'True Scents' market, a 100-meter fireworks waterfall, and iron flower performances. Manager Kong from the hotel arranged a room with an excellent view for our family, allowing us to watch the fireworks show right from our room. The scenic area is huge, featuring flower fields, pastures, and tea gardens. Taking a stroll with the family after dinner felt incredibly pleasant and relaxing. We're already planning to come back in spring when the flowers are in full bloom!

Hidden within the lobby is a unique museum tunnel, displaying a collection of vintage wines, each detail telling a unique cultural story. When we arrived, a large, lazy cat was napping near the entrance, adding to the soothing ambiance.
We changed rooms, and the private hot spring area was fantastic, offering unparalleled privacy and comfort. The smart home features in the room were excellent, especially the projector, whose picture quality was as clear as a movie theater – a truly amazing viewing experience. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming, proactively explaining the guesthouse's history and collections; their 99% positive service rating is truly well-deserved. Overall, the stay was a fantastic experience, enjoyable and unforgettable!

The only downside was that the plumbing in our first room was extremely noisy, and we didn't sleep well all night. Although we were very grateful to the front desk for upgrading our room, we were woken up many times by the noise from the plumbing. The air conditioner also made some strange noises; I suggest having it checked.

The check-in environment and experience are great. There is also a back garden and a tea room where you can sit and drink tea and chat with friends. It's so comfortable! The service of the boss and the clerk is also super good. Because it rained on the day of check-in, the boss came out to pick us up and enthusiastically introduced the attractions in the village. The food in the B&B is also very delicious. Hahaha, we ate three meals of scrambled eggs with toon in three days~ In addition, the village is very simple and there is no strong commercial atmosphere. It is very comfortable to walk around and take a leisure tour. It is also very film-worthy. I highly recommend it~

YYigenjinOn the busiest street in Wuyi, you can park behind the hotel and the boss will help. There is an elevator, the air conditioning is very warm, and the hotel is cleaned. If you forget something, the store will contact you proactively and is very considerate. There is a farm called Chen Laotou nearby, which tastes very good. There is also a shop selling local specialty red rice wine next to it, which is very down-to-earth.

Anyway, I feel that in addition to the staff's service attitude in the hotel, the other grades are not worthy of the label of the Huazhu Club. It is recommended that the boss hardware facilities be strengthened.
