"The hotel claims to have opened in 2025, and the overall facilities are excellent. They have a gym, pool, billiards, and a table tennis room. The gym is well-equipped, even with a stair climber. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated; a family of four in a twin room felt incredibly roomy. However, room cleaning needs improvement. I stayed for two nights, and on the morning of the second day, I specifically asked housekeeping to wipe the floor, but it wasn't done. When I returned in the afternoon, I specially asked the front desk to call housekeeping, and it was the same cleaner as in the morning. I again specifically asked her to wet-wipe the floor, but she just gave it a quick sweep and left. Other hotel services were very satisfying. They even provided free breakfast for the kids and offered taxi contact information when we couldn't find a ride at night. Overall, I'm very pleased. Wuyi has a great environment, less crowded, which was a nice escape from the usual hustle and bustle. I would definitely go back if I have the chance."

The service is warm and generous, the breakfast is rich, the room is big and clean, the bed is comfortable, the toothbrush and slippers are unexpectedly good quality, very detailed"

"The hotel is nestled within a hot spring town, and its overall architecture exudes the charm of an ancient Tang Dynasty village, creating a truly picturesque setting. The Chinese floral arrangements in the public area on the first floor are beautifully placed in ceramic pots, giving off a strong sense of Zen. Additionally, the lobby is very spacious and has a wonderfully atmospheric design. Upon checking in, my first impression was one of comfort. The room's interior boasts a delightful, elegant new Chinese style with soft color palettes and natural wood furniture. Our room was both spacious and spotlessly clean. Typically, after checking in, hotels direct you straight to the elevator. This hotel is quite large, and there's a bit of a walk between the lobby and the guest rooms. I initially thought this might be inconvenient, but the staff here were excellent. They proactively greeted us, offered guidance, and even helped with our luggage, which I greatly appreciated. Surrounded by fresh air, the area is perfect for trips with friends and family, or simply for some quiet introspection. It's truly a healing environment."

From the moment we checked in, he helped us with our luggage, introduced us to fun places nearby, told us what to look out for and what to bring when soaking in the hot springs, and even switched us to a room with a better view. He told us to reach out to him if we needed anything. The hot springs were really comfortable and effective for relieving fatigue. I'll definitely go back with friends next time."

The hotel is located within the scenic area, offering a serene environment surrounded by lush greenery, which felt incredibly relaxing. Our room was clean and tidy, ensuring a very pleasant stay. Manager A-Hui was incredibly warm, attentive, and responsive, always greeting guests with a kind demeanor. It's a great value for family trips, and we'll definitely be back for our next holiday!"

The weathered texture of the ancient ship timber blended perfectly with modern design, creating a charming atmosphere. Hidden within the lobby is a unique museum tunnel, displaying a collection of vintage wines, each detail telling a unique cultural story. When we arrived, a large, lazy cat was napping near the entrance, adding to the soothing ambiance. We changed rooms, and the private hot spring area was fantastic, offering unparalleled privacy and comfort. The smart home features in the room were excellent, especially the projector, whose picture quality was as clear as a movie theater – a truly amazing viewing experience. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming, proactively explaining the guesthouse's history and collections; their 99% positive service rating is truly well-deserved. Overall, the stay was a fantastic experience, enjoyable and unforgettable!"

"The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from Wuyi North Station. Overall, the experience at this private hot spring hotel was very good. [Strong] Facilities/Rooms/Private Hot Spring: The facilities are complete, the rooms are spacious and new, and fruit platters and drinks (free of charge) are prepared in advance. The private hot spring is open for 12 hours daily from 12 noon, and soaking in it is very comfortable. A suggestion: placing a wooden ladle next to the hot spring would be even better. [Strong] Service: The staff are very friendly. A car will proactively pick you up from the entrance and take you to the lobby for check-in. You can also book a free singing bowl experience class. The hotel breakfast is also plentiful and of better quality than most hotels, and there are snacks available. However, there are quite a few mosquitoes (there were mosquitoes even in 0℃ weather on New Year's Day [laughing emoji]). The location is a bit far from the city center, so food delivery is inconvenient and there are no convenience stores. Overall, it's a good hotel and worth recommending."
