"I chose this hotel to escape the heat in Guizhou. It was very cool to enter the lobby. The front desk clerk saw that we took the child and took the initiative to upgrade the family room for us. "The hotel is located on the edge of Tucheng, close to the Sidu Chishui Memorial Hall, entering from the street door, to get down a long stone ladder, there is an escalator but not running, there is a parking lot but a bit difficult to find. The hotel's architectural design is a courtyard. We choose a river view room. When we push the window, we can see the Chishui River Taotao River and the opposite mountain view. The scenery is beautiful. The rooms are clean and well equipped, and the breakfast is rich in variety. "This was our first trip to Xishui County. The weather was cool, around 30°C. We booked the Xishui Hotel, the best five-star hotel in the area, through Ctrip, and it truly lived up to its reputation! The hotel's facilities and services were excellent! They provided complimentary fruit daily, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, featuring both Chinese and Western dishes. The service was warm, attentive, and meticulous, including sterilized plastic and cloth slippers, as well as disposable toilet seats. What particularly pleased us, the elderly couple, was the hotel's lakeside garden; an evening stroll along the lake was incredibly pleasant. Our two-day stay at the Xishui Hotel was truly memorable, and we give them a thumbs up!"

.Snake.Facilities:
The hotel has a parking lot downstairs, but not many spaces. When I arrived, there were only two spots left on the slope.
The laundry room has many washing machines and the dryers work very quickly. When traveling in Guizhou, a dryer is really needed because you sweat a lot every day and need to wash clothes. Handwashing a windbreaker would be exhausting.
The restaurant food is delicious, especially the new dishes, but there are actually a bit few seats. When I went, there were no seats and I had to wait for a while, but there was an aunt who was constantly tidying up, which was nice.
Cleanliness: Very good, no issues. You can stay with peace of mind.
Environment:
It's very close to the highway exit. There's a Sinopec gas station right on the right after exiting the highway, which is very suitable for self-driving travelers. I didn't use public transportation so I don't know about that.
The hotel's signature fragrance smells really, really good. You can also buy the products to take home from the lobby.
Service: The two ladies at the front desk were very friendly and gentle.
