"I visited Yan'an with friends during the winter break and had an excellent experience at this hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel's location is also fantastic, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and parking was convenient. This hotel offers great value for money and excellent service; the front desk attendant even helped us with our luggage. The hotel's prime location means it's close to Erdao Street Night Market and Pagoda Hill. You can even enjoy the night view of Qingliang Mountain from the room. The breakfast was unique and delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time, highly recommended!"

"I'm writing this review specifically to praise the service at the all-day dining restaurant on the first floor. I ate there for two consecutive days, November 20th and 21st, and was served by the same sister (waitress) each time. She was incredibly enthusiastic, and her recommended dishes were delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Pagoda Mountain and the snack street, making it very convenient for family trips. However, the guest room itself was just okay – nothing special. The bathroom always had a sewer smell, which made the air in the entire room unpleasant. Additionally, the bathroom sliding door was very difficult to close. I hope these issues can be improved."

"The hotel is grand and the room is big. However, the aircon in our room was spoilt and the temperature of the room was unpleasant. Luckily, the weather was cooling and we had to open up the balcony door to cool the room for the night. Aircon technician spent an hour fixing the aircon but it was worse. The aircon started leaking water at the luggage storage throughout the night, with the sound of the leaking water affecting our sleep. But our traveling company had no issues with their rooms."

"I've always wanted to visit Yan'an, the 'red sacred land.' After seeing the high ratings for your hotel on Ctrip, we decided to give it a try for one night. The hotel has a great environment, and most importantly, it's very clean, so we extended our stay for another day. Your hotel's management also pays great attention to detail; they called us to confirm our itinerary and arranged for a business car to pick us up from the high-speed rail station. Upon departure, they arranged a private car to take us to the airport, making us feel the warmth and hospitality of the people from this old revolutionary area. I especially want to thank the lovely lady driver who was very enthusiastic and gave us recommendations for nearby attractions, food, and important tips along the way. All in all, my trip to Yan'an left a deep impression on me, and I deeply admire this city."

The hotel boasts an excellent location, situated on the shores of Fangta Lake in the Yan'an High-tech Zone, facing the bustling Yan'an Red Street across the lake. Whether experiencing the folk customs of northern Shaanxi on Red Street or exploring various attractions in the city, transportation is extremely convenient. It's only a 10-minute drive from Yan'an Railway Station and not far from Nanniwan Airport. The hotel's exterior design is grand and elegant, complementing the surrounding lakeside scenery perfectly, resembling a beautiful painting from afar. Stepping into the hotel lobby, the spacious and bright space is immediately striking. The decor, themed around Yan'an's revolutionary elements, is unique, with themed figurines adding a touch of whimsy throughout. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, and the check-in process was efficient and quick. They also thoughtfully introduced me to the hotel's facilities and nearby tourist attractions, making me feel instantly at home. The quality of the room surprised me even more. I stayed in a lake-view room, which was spacious and well-laid out, perfectly blending Shaanxi-style decorative elements with a modern minimalist style. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows let sunlight flood the entire room, offering a stunning view of the lake. The bedding was made of high-density, skin-friendly down, soft and comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a good night's sleep during my trip. The room was impeccably clean, with attention to detail, and the bathroom fixtures were from a top brand, making them very convenient to use. The hotel's dining also left a deep impression. Breakfast was served at the North Shore Buffet Restaurant, offering a wide variety of options, including Western bread, milk, and coffee, as well as various Yan'an specialties such as roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) and mutton offal soup, all with authentic flavors. The restaurant boasts an elegant ambiance, and the waiters were prompt in clearing away dishes, making for a very pleasant dining experience. The hotel's facilities are also excellent, featuring a gym with a full range of basic fitness equipment, open 24 hours a day – incredibly convenient for someone like me who enjoys working out. Furthermore, the hotel houses the 6,000-square-meter ”Red Lecture Hall,” including a 2,100-square-meter pillarless grand ballroom and flexibly partitionable multi-functional meeting rooms, perfectly suited for both business meetings and social banquets. During my stay at the Wanda Jin Hua Hotel, I experienced their commitment to quality and their care for their guests. Every staff member greeted me with a smile and provided warm service, making my stay a pleasant and unforgettable one.
