"I checked in early in the afternoon, and the moment I opened the door, I just wanted to take pictures. Wow. The sunlight streaming through the curtains was so warm and inviting. Combined with how clean and tidy the room was, my first thought was, 'I definitely made the right choice.' The facilities and equipment were quite new, but most importantly, everything was spotless. On the table was a copy of 'Ordinary World,' which I'd love to own. The front desk even offered to mail me a new set. After soaking up some sun and resting for a bit, I went down to the front desk to ask for travel tips. Following their advice, I visited one spot after another without having to backtrack. Both the sightseeing and the food were great. It was a really enjoyable trip."

"Very convenient location, 5 minutes walks from Yan An Railway station. Though is not in the main CBD, can catch many buses to go downtown.
We had booked a non smoking room, but was given a smoking room instead, when we asked for the change, hotel staff sent housekeeping to take away ash tray and spray the room with air freshener which didn’t work and said that it was beyond their control if others to smoke inside the room. After some insistence then only the staff acceded to our request.
The recovery service was then followed with daily provision of fresh salads and breakfast voucher which we were much appreciated for these token."

"Five stars is just the upper limit on Ctrip, not the upper limit for hotels. This is the first time I've been so warmed by a hotel; it deserves at least six stars. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and proactively changed my room to one with a view of the Pagoda Hill, number 1111—I loved the room number! The room was exceptionally clean, with smart home technology throughout, and the night view was superb. I thought that was perfect, but after I checked out and got my exit slip, the security guard rushed over to the gate. He must have been worried about delaying my departure. I was instantly moved to tears. The morning was very cold; the wind in Yan'an at 8 am was still penetrating. He even kindly told me to turn left, as the road in front of the gate is one-way, and to be careful since it's almost Chinese New Year. Wow, it was so heartwarming! In my twenty years of business travel, I've stayed in small hotels, hostels, Hiltons, Marriotts, Ritz-Carltons in Hong Kong, and various hotels in Europe. But today, the warmest, most humane hotel I've ever experienced is in Yan'an. The red history of Yan'an was embodied in this moment. I took some photos; you can refer to them."

GGuest UserDuring the holiday, I brought the elderly and children to a red trip. The boss is very good. He will inform the hotel of the precautions in advance. He will also provide pick-up service from Jinyan'an Scenic Area. Every day, there are cold and sweet and crisp watermelon. The hardware facilities in the homestay are also very good. The small courtyard with the cave is very sensational. Drinking a drink outside at night, the bounty of Yan'an night view, I really feel the relaxation of avoiding the world.

The room is large, the lighting is comfortable, the toilet is a smart toilet, and the bedding and linens are very comfortable. The breakfast was terrible, there was absolutely nothing to eat, all the hot dishes were spicy, the noodles were cooked with red oil, the wontons were vegetable, there was no meat, no cake or bread, the only fruits were watermelon and cherry tomatoes, not even any white porridge. The room was not cleaned very well, the carpet seemed to have never been vacuumed and was very dirty.

AAnonymous UserThe room exceeded my expectations! The linen was pristine white, and both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. There was absolutely none of the dust or dampness commonly associated with farm stays, making it feel as safe and comfortable as home.
Their vegetables are incredibly fresh, harvested right from the garden. I personally watched the owner picking leafy greens, cucumbers, and tomatoes from their own vegetable patch – they were vibrant green and glistening with dew. Once stir-fried, a delightful aroma filled the air. The texture was delightfully crisp and the flavor refreshing and sweet – a genuine, natural taste you simply can't get in the city. Even the kids couldn't get enough of it!
For cleanliness, comfort, and amazing fresh farm-to-table food, you can't go wrong choosing this place! It's especially suitable for families, offering healthy meals and a worry-free stay.

WWangwangxuebingovoThis is my second time here. The room is clean, tidy, and well-arranged. It's equipped with a smart assistant, and they even have a robot for room service. The hotel pays attention to requests and called me beforehand to ask if I needed airport pickup. The front desk staff are gentle and thoughtful. Although the hotel's location is a bit out of the way, Yan'an is a small city. As long as you're not going to the New Area, a 10-minute taxi ride will get you anywhere. Getting to Erdao Street also only takes about ten minutes.

GGuest UserI stayed in the first room on the left after exiting the elevator on the fourth floor. The window was by the stairs. There was a slipper under the bed, which suggests they never clean under there. Upstairs, there must be a KTV because I could hear singing until 1 or 2 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Plus, there was a low-frequency noise, probably from some large equipment room near the unit. Parking was also quite tight, though that might have been due to the May Day holiday; I'm not sure what it's usually like.
Now for the good points: The bathroom had a three-way split design (separate toilet, shower, and sink areas), and they provided face towels. The bedding was comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful. I'd recommend booking a higher floor to avoid the noise.

About location and parking🏡: This homestay has an excellent location, very close to the scenic area, and it is just a short walk to the ticket office of Ganquan Grand Canyon. Parking🅿️ is also very convenient.
About facilities and hygiene🛏️: The room is spacious, bright, clean and hygienic. There is an electric heater in the room, and there is hot water for washing hands. It is not cold at all. The bed and bedding are very clean. As soon as you enter the yard, you can see the neatly dried sheets and quilts the day before. When we came back from the scenic area at noon, we saw a row of sheets and quilts that we changed. It really achieved one-to-one replacement for one guest.
About communication and service🧒🏻: The boss is a very friendly girl, who is enthusiastic and happy. She took the initiative to help us book cheap tickets and send breakfast, and also helped us save the cost of parking in the scenic area. Every service sister in the homestay is very kind and simple, and she will respond to any request.
Finally, I want to say that I booked this trip very early. After the accommodation price was overcharged, Ctrip took the initiative to contact me and helped me make up the difference, so that I did not miss such a good homestay. Thank you Ctrip for its service!

Its location is perfect and very convenient for getting around. Ganquan Middle School is right in front of the hotel, full of youthful atmosphere. Zhuangji Noodle Shop in the back street is a treasure trove, with a variety of Shaanxi snacks that are so authentic that they will make you praise them!
