"A lovely place in the heart of Gongtan, the owner is the nicest, always happy to help.
She cooked us a traditional local breakfast, which was delicious and featured noodles made with the local flour specialty.
The room was very clean, with all the necessities. The bed was comfortable, and complementary bottled water and loose leaf tea was available.
Also what a gorgeous view over both the natural landscape and the city, the river and mountain was incredible and everything we were hoping for."

"The room was very satisfactory. The front desk lady was very warm and considerate. She upgraded the room. The hotel parking lot is very large. You can park for free by recording your license plate number at the front desk. It is also very close to Taohuayuan and Youzhou Ancient City. It takes only about 10 minutes to walk. There are also good food nearby. Convenient, good experience, recommended"

"This Atour Hotel 5.0 in Youyang really nailed comfort! The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in the room were a huge plus, offering amazing natural light. Waking up and drawing back the curtains instantly brightened my mood; the minimalist decor was so simple and soothing. The public facilities also hit all the right notes for essential needs, with three sets of equipment in the gym. The laundry room also had three sets of washer-dryers, and even provided hand wash detergent. The staff offered to help with laundry and drying, which was incredibly thoughtful service. Breakfast offered a rich variety, and the Chinese breakfast was very satisfying. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the lobby were also a beautiful sight; doing some work by the window with a pot of tea instantly melted away fatigue. The smart room control was very intuitive [chuckles]; I could lie in bed playing on my phone and just say ”Hello HUAZHU” to turn off the lights and go to sleep. There's also a night light by the bed for getting up at night, so no worries about tripping or disturbing my companion. The bedding was also excellent, leading to a very good night's sleep. The value for money is outstanding, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

Its enormous balcony overlooked the emerald green Wujiang River, with the majestic Guizhou Mountains standing before us. Every morning, the verdant mountains shrouded in mist came into view, and the fresh air carried the fragrant scent of flowers and earth. If time hadn't been so tight, we would have loved to stay forever. Though the time was short, it has become one of the most beautiful memories of my life. If there's plenty of time in the future, we'll meet again! We are so grateful for the landlady's meticulous care and service; we felt completely at home and were overjoyed. "Driving through Gongtan Ancient Town, we chose this B&B and were pleasantly surprised. The B&B's first floor features a high-ceilinged indoor parking garage, which easily accommodated our 2.08-inch sedan. The room was bright and clean, with brand new bedding and well-appointed amenities. It even had a small refrigerator, which was especially handy in the summer. The river view from the room was breathtaking, expansive and shimmering, offering a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast was the B&B's signature Chongqing noodles, a dish worthy of intangible cultural heritage status. It was incredibly delicious and fragrant; one bowl was simply not enough."

"The environment is good, it should be the largest store in the town, divided into several courtyards. The waiter at the reception was also good. But the bad review was because when I checked out, the waiter had a poor service attitude and was speechless. I waited for a long time for check-out. I went to chat with the waiter next to me after checking out. The ID card did not return me. The key was also neurotic. Ask me: ”You can go, don't stand here and wait”. I was so angry, I said: ”Your ID card is not given to me, otherwise I stand here and wait for what, look at you?” . There is such a waiter in this year, shouldn't you ask the guests: ”What else do you need to help you, or let the guests rest next to you?”"

GGuest UserA place suitable for seclusion! A place full of Tujia culture! During May 1st, I was going to take my baby to the Red Stone Forest in Xiangyang. I found this homestay on the platform, very close to the Red Stone Forest. The homestay is on the top of the Hewan Mountain Village. This is a original Tujia Mountain Village. The Lishui River is surrounded by beautiful mountains and green waters, natural and fresh. The villagers use fishing boats as transportation vehicles, which feels like a paradise. The homestay is also a Tujia Architecture Museum. The house is handmade by the old Tujia craftsmen. It is very exquisite and can experience the pure Tujia construction culture. At night, sit in the yard, watch the sky full of stars, smell the fragrance of gardenia flowers, listen to the sound of frogs and insects, and feel at ease. On the day, go to the stockade, take a boat to the Lishui River for a ride, listen to the boat brother speak Tujia culture to foreigners in fluent English, and have a more reverence for the landscape and humanities here. Due to the inconvenience of transportation, the food has to be in the hotel, and the cost is slightly higher, which is understandable. On the way back and forth to the hotel by boat, the big brother and brother of the boat also helped with the luggage, very enthusiastic. The day we arrived was a bit late. Since we didn't say the meal in advance, the chef was off work. The boss rushed to find the dumplings in the refrigerator to cook for us. I was touched by this warm service again. There are no shops and pharmacies in the cottage, so you need to buy things across the river to buy them in the town, so you have to bring everything. GGuest UserWe took a boat from Wanzu to Gongtan Ancient Town. We could see the inn when we got off the boat. We contacted the owner in advance and he received us warmly. Since we booked a room on a better floor, the owner took us to the inn by elevator from the South Gate Visitor Center. The inn has a good location, a large room, and a separate balcony. It's nice to drink tea and chat on the balcony at night.

Very close to 桃花园门口, so it was very convenient. The owners were wonderful and helped me in everything I needed it. I am very grateful to them. She told us how to get there from the city, and let us ask her if we had any questions. She also helped us buy ferry tickets, which were cheaper than buying them ourselves. She also gave us the phone numbers of buses and online taxis on the way back. Her service attitude was amazing 👍
