"I frequently stay at Hanting Hotels, and this one felt like the best experience yet. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by that familiar, subtle Zen tea fragrance, instantly putting you at ease. The room's decor and color scheme were very soothing. The brightness of each light could be adjusted via the bedside panel, and of course, you could also use ”Hello Huazhu” to control the lights, air conditioning, TV, and curtains. I personally found the air conditioning incredibly quiet; I barely heard it at night, which made for a very restful sleep. The water pressure was consistently good, and hot water came on very quickly. The toiletries had the same familiar, standardized scent – definitely not a cheap, artificial fragrance. The hairdryer was conveniently mounted next to the mirror, so no more rummaging through drawers like in older hotels. What surprised me most was that not only were there multiple USB ports by the bed, but also wireless charging! The TV also allowed for direct screen mirroring, which was great for catching up on shows. The blackout curtains worked wonderfully too, truly ensuring a good night's sleep. There's a mini-fridge in the room, which is perfect for storing fruits and drinks if you're staying for several days. The handmade wontons at breakfast were delicious (I just forgot to take a picture!). When I was leaving, I forgot my charger at the front desk, and the staff thoughtfully kept it safe and reminded me to check my belongings. The excellence of Hanting 5.0 lies in understanding your needs without overtly advertising its presence. The service is just right, never overly enthusiastic. Once you've stayed at a hotel like this, you'll naturally think of it for your next trip. I'll definitely choose this place for my next business trip."

"I made a special trip back to my hometown, Youyang, to experience the Peach Blossom Spring Forest Hotel. Even though I'm a local and own a place there, I was still willing to spend the money to experience it. The tree-hole room I booked was a fantastic experience; it even had a mahjong machine. It was incredibly photogenic, and the surrounding area was beautiful for taking pictures. The only thing I found a little uncomfortable was the infinity pool, which wasn't as impressive as I'd imagined. Before arriving, I thought it would be a private hotel pool, but when I got there, I found many people who weren't even staying at the hotel using swimming tickets to swim in it. This made me a little uncomfortable. Overall, though, it was great, and the service was excellent; they could easily call a car to pick you up whenever you wanted."

During the May Day holiday, I was going to take my baby to Youyang Red Stone Forest, and I searched for this homestay on the platform, which is very close to the Red Stone Forest. The homestay is at the top of Hewan Village, which is an original Tujia village. The Youshui River is surrounded by beautiful mountains and rivers, and the natural and fresh. Every villager uses fishing boats as a means of transportation, which feels like a paradise. The homestay is also a Tujia architectural museum. The houses are handmade by old Tujia craftsmen. They are very exquisite and can experience the pure Tujia construction culture. At night, sitting in the yard, watching the starry sky, smelling the fragrance of grapefruit flowers, listening to the frogs and insects, and feeling at ease. During the day, go around the village, take a boat to Youshui River for a ride, listen to the boat brother telling foreigners about Tujia culture in fluent English, and have more respect for the mountains, rivers and humanities here. Due to the inconvenience of transportation, you have to eat in the hotel, which is a little more expensive, which is understandable.
