First, let me highlight the service. The staff were incredibly responsive, always available for any requests, and their friendly and welcoming attitude made it feel incredibly comfortable.
The room was impeccable—clean and tidy, making for a truly comfortable stay. I especially want to mention the oxygen concentrator. The oxygen supply was plentiful, which is crucial in a place like Yushu, completely eliminating any worries.

"The room itself was decent, though the hotel's decor is a bit dated. The bathroom's exhaust fan was quite weak. The hotel entrance is located on a slope, which can be a bit of a climb, and the area right outside the entrance is a bit narrow, making parking not very convenient.
We were experiencing some mild altitude sickness, and the staff were very helpful, readily assisting us with our luggage. Both the staff and the front desk were proactive and eager to help whenever we had a request, which was much appreciated.
They offer a free airport shuttle service, which is a great perk. However, it would be beneficial if guests were informed about this service upon check-in. I spent a long time trying to book a Didi ride that day with no success, and only found out about the shuttle service when I went to the front desk to inquire. On a positive note, I accidentally left an item behind when checking out, and they promptly helped me mail it back."

"During check-in, they were indifferent. I booked a deluxe smart twin room, but they gave me a room with a tiny window. Strangely, both the window of the room next door and the window of the adjacent room faced a small space with absolutely no air circulation. It felt like a disguised wall separating us, which felt like a rip-off. As for the oxygen concentrator, after I informed the front desk, a guy came and fiddled with it for ages before finally managing to get air out of a vent. I've stayed in many Vienna hotels, and this is the first time I've encountered anything like this!"

"This time I stayed in a double deluxe room with my friends and dug directly to the treasure hotel! The whole house is smart too much, voice control lights, curtains, TV, you can operate when you lie down, not used to walk back and interrupt the rhythm of watching the ball. The large screen is clear in quality, and the atmosphere of watching the World Cup all night is directly full. The mattress is moderately firm and the room is soundproofed. After watching the ball game, you can sleep peacefully and rest very comfortably. The room is clean and tidy, and the overall comfort is full. The hotel has a publicarea of 2000 square meters and is equipped with a gym, laundry room, andindependent dining rooms that can provide Chinese and dinner meals. Theconference room can accommodate 80 people, with 2 liquid display screensprofessional audio equipment, and an entertainment and leisure room. Thehotel is 28 kilometers away from Batang Airport, a 30 minute drive away, andis equipped with a business shuttle bus to pick up and drop off the airport(advance reservation is required with the front desk).
"It's undeniably remote, incredibly spacious, and undeniably grand.
I understand that Ji Hotels generally cater to business travelers, but this one, due to its spacious location, has been designed to look like a five-star hotel. The parking lot is enormous, with easy access and no registration required.
The front desk was crowded, but the staff's efficiency was mediocre. They spoke slowly and reacted slowly, which was incredibly frustrating. A simple check-in process took a long time; they need more training. A group of older women, who didn't seem to be wearing hotel uniforms, were chatting and laughing loudly. They appeared to be hotel staff; I encountered them again later in the gym. I'm not sure what their specific role is, but it felt quite out of place.
The rooms were fine; being newly opened, they were all very clean and beautiful. The adjustable brightness of the lights was a particularly nice touch. The Wi-Fi can only be used on mobile phones, not computers. Business travelers please take note.
All three dryers in the laundry room were broken. Fortunately, the manager was quite customer-friendly and helped us send our already washed clothes to another branch for drying. Hopefully, they'll be fixed soon. If they can't be fixed immediately, it would be best to put up a notice so people know what to do with their wet clothes after washing.
As for breakfast, the coffee was very good."

The front desk clerk is a *******, very enthusiastic and responsive to all requests. I had high reflexes. The front desk clerk promptly sent an oxygen concentrator to the room, gave me a drink to slow down high reflexes, paid attention to our precautions, asked about the cold and warmth, and helped me place an order online.
