"Arrived at the hotel late at night, the front desk staff still greeted with smiles, patiently introduced the surrounding traffic and dining recommendations, and also took the initiative to help with luggage. The warmth in the details made people feel cordial and truly felt the feeling of ”home away from home”. When taking the child to check in, there was a small situation. The cleaning aunt saw the medicine bottle on the table, specially contacted to care about the child's situation, and also offered to extend the check-out time. This kind of intimate service that exceeded expectations makes people particularly at ease. From check-in to check-out, the whole process is efficient and smooth, the staff is responsive, even the pillows are intimately provided with soft and hard options, and each demand can be responded in time, professional and thoughtful."
