"After taking the ferry from Haikou, we didn't arrive at Xuwen Port until 3 AM. Then, we encountered heavy fog on the highway. Exhausted from staying up late and driving, I searched for a Hampton Inn nearby and decided to pull off the highway for some rest. Although we didn't check in until past 5 AM and checked out just after noon to continue our journey, everyone had a great sleep and woke up feeling fully refreshed. A big thank you to the front desk staff for their warm and thoughtful service. The Hampton Inn's clean, simple rooms and warm service were truly a pleasant surprise."

"The room was spacious, and while the furniture was a bit minimalist, the bedding was incredibly comfortable – I slept like a baby! The highlight was definitely the 'cinema king bed' which truly lived up to its name. The five-channel surround sound made watching movies from bed an absolute blast, with sound quality I rarely find in hotels. Plus, it's super convenient with a Wanda Plaza right downstairs for food, drinks, and entertainment. The value for money is excellent, and the room's features exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. And the high floor offers direct views of the bay!"

"The hotel is super convenient in the old town, close to everything, with many great restaurants within walking distance. I slept really well at night; it was quiet, and the room was very clean. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower had excellent water pressure – very refreshing. The in-room button controls were very advanced, much better than other hotels where the panel lights stay on and disturb sleep. The hotel offers laundry service; just a call to the front desk and a staff member from your floor will pick up your clothes, wash them until they're fragrant, and bring them back to your room. Parking is available in roadside spots very close by and convenient. The breakfast quality was also good, and the timing was perfect from 7 AM to 10 AM, allowing for a lie-in.
The only, and I mean only, drawback is that, perhaps in pursuit of high water pressure, you can hear everything clearly from adjacent rooms when they use water, especially the sink. You can even feel the walls vibrating. I stayed for two nights, and luckily, my neighbors slept early and woke late, so there wasn't much disturbance after 9 PM. However, if you happen to have neighbors who sleep late and wake early, it could be quite uncomfortable.
Oh, and the two young ladies at the front desk were both very warm and excellent!"

"I was originally going to have morning tea, but I didn't expect to see that the hotel was not bad. I asked the front desk to take a look at the room. I was very surprised. The hardware facilities were very complete. The materials used were the best. The bedding was also very comfortable. The service staff made me feel very comfortable. When I left, I also made an appointment to send me to the station. The experience was very good. This is a veritable 5-star hotel in Zhanjiang. The design is old-school and luxurious. Not to mention the morning tea. The soufflé is so big that you have to order it if you don't have a table. In general, it has the taste of the old Cantonese morning tea. The pineapple in the sweet and sour pork is particularly sweet. I will go there next time"

"Staff throughout the hotel was very helpful and friendly from the second we walked into the lobby, to the cleaners or the catering staff onsite.
The hotel itself was very clean, with attention to detail in every aspects of the design and finishing. In general I would say it has a much higher quality standards than most multi chain contemporary style hotels I have stayed it throughout China.
The hotel offered a complimentary tea and mid night snack with the booking which was very decent as a light snack and the breakfast had a good selection of foods to choose from.
The location itself is very good for the beach as only minutes away. Only downside is the limited selection of eating venues local to the hotel."

At night, you can take a walk on the sea view promenade and enjoy the beautiful seaside night view. It is very pleasant. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the service was not to be said. You must give a big praise 👍. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful. In short, this time I stayed at Zhanjiang Jinshawan Atour Hotel with full marks. I highly recommend it to everyone. I will choose here when I come to Zhanjiang in the future."

GGuest UserThe room was very clean, and the location was great with plenty of restaurants nearby. On our second day, a typhoon hit, causing a five-day work stoppage in Zhanjiang, with all businesses and services shut down, including takeout. The hotel provided food for guests on the second floor. The hot, freshly cooked beef brisket noodles by the sea were delicious, and the staff comforted us while cooking them, soothing our anxieties about the typhoon disrupting our plans. The service was warm and thoughtful, excellent overall, a fantastic experience.

The cleanliness and facilities were quite good; the front desk was still open on the second day of the ***** New Year, so I'll give them a positive review. The hotel isn't far from the beach, so it's worth a visit.

CChitianbuchikuFacilities: None. You have to wait for a table to have morning tea in the morning. We waited for half an hour for more than 20 tables. The food was served very slowly and we waited for an hour.
Environment: The main entrance is the door of the restaurant. It is reported that the hotel front desk has no location. It has to be walked for a while, which is inconvenient.
Service: average
Hygiene: Not good. There are many stains on the table and no one has wiped them. The sheets are not very clean. There is a strong smell in the bathroom. The bedside table and wardrobe smell of urine. I don’t know if I encountered unqualified guests. It’s terrible.
Others: Breakfast is only available until 9:30, and basically all room types require breakfast. It’s too early to get up, and it’s noisy at night so I can’t sleep well. And because of the lack of breakfast, I have to go and have tea by myself.

1118225****I've stayed at two Sheratons in Zhanjiang, and this one in the city center is definitely much better in terms of conditions and environment than the Four Points by Sheraton in Wuchuan. The room is very spacious, facilities are complete, and the bedding is comfortable. The breakfast is not only abundant but also delicious. Right across the street, you'll find the famous Jinshawan Seaview Corridor, where many people go for morning runs. I happened to catch the sunrise while jogging there in the morning, which put me in a great mood.

It's not directly next to the main road, so it's relatively quiet and you can have a good rest.
There is a Changdachang Supermarket nearby, which makes shopping convenient. It is within walking distance from Zhanjiang Railway Station.
The hotel price is also relatively affordable and the front desk service is very enthusiastic. Worth recommending.

AarryThe next day, the car and boat were transported to Hai'an New Port, so I stayed here for the first night. There is a fast food and a large supermarket downstairs. You can go to the island to recharge a wave. Breakfast is the front desk to get a ticket to McDonald's to exchange a burger and soy milk. Because it is close to the seaside room, there will be a tide when it is opened. Fortunately, there is a small balcony in the room that can open the balcony door for ventilation. Parking in the underground garage is also free. There are four charging guns outside the parking lot. The room I live in is not soundproof. I can hear a lot of water in the bath next door. I get up at 6 o'clock in the morning and the opposite school will broadcast a 15-minute loudspeaker. Give some reference to friends who live here.
