"This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in, but everyone treats it as a ”hotel”, after all, the price is really cheap.
As soon as I entered the room, I felt well maintained, but some corners and more hidden positions had more dust (pictured).
The room is not very big, but it is enough, the bathroom and bathroom are surprisingly wide, and the rain shower is very comfortable.
The only bad thing is that there is no chair in the room, only a high stool. 2 people buy some takeaway back to the room to eat, one person has to be fined, or eat at the corner of the bed. If you change to 2 chairs (with backrest), it will be more comfortable.
The location is the biggest advantage, not far from the pedestrian street, the old street and the main attractions, there are many places to eat"

The immediate neighborhood isn't the most interesting, but it's very convenient if you're passing through Zhanjiang Station. It's a 10-minute walk. There are more restaurants and shops near/around the station.

Quiet neighborhood. Very well-maintained hotel for a budget hotel. Quality furnishings.
Due to its layout, the (small) room 501 was actually spacious enough for one person, clean, quiet, and bright. I would suggest adding a luggage rack, considering the available space, to make it perfect for avoiding having to keep luggage on the floor (especially when you have backpacks).

*The room had a hairdryer and an electric kettle. Bottled water was provided. Very good quality bedding. Good air conditioning. Wi-Fi: didn't work, but that might be due to the VPN I'm required to use as a foreigner.

"The room we stayed in had a great view and excellent facilities. The bathroom was clean and had a washing machine and an induction cooker. It wasn't very close to Wanda Plaza, but it was within walking distance. The children were happy with their stay. The twin room was perfect for four people. The customer service and housekeeping staff were also very helpful. The scenery in Zhanjiang was a bit shabby due to the typhoon, but overall we were satisfied and gave it a positive review."

"Excellent location in that it is near the Walmart store and a lot of shops and restaurants. I really liked how it is near the printing shop, because I had something important to print out. Nice fresh towels are provided and I like how you don't have to checkout till around 3 in the afternoon! Receptionist people were nice and friendly. Only bad thing through no fault of their own of course was some person that kept sticking cards of the numbers of beautiful chinese women to date. Will be more than happy to stay at this place again if I happen to be in the area!"

"I went out to play with my friends and booked this hotel by chance. I didn't have a good place in the small hotel. I found a lot of places that surprised me when I stayed. First of all, the room is very spacious, very clean, disposable supplies are very complete, the room is equipped with disposable toilet cover and disinfection wipes, the front desk also has eye masks and earplugs, etc. Free, there are actually foot polishing stickers. I bought pineapple. There is a small refrigerator at the front desk that can be iced. I have a cold pineapple in summer. Don't mention how cool it is. The key is that there is a free laundry and drying service. You need to send your clothes to the front desk. This is very friendly. There is also an ironing machine that can be borrowed. The clothes are ironed very well. Go to other hotels and queue up to wash your clothes. It is really a treasure hotel, purely personal evaluation!"

The bad thing is that the water temperature of the water heater has not been adjusted well, and the boss can't get it. It will be cold water for a while and it will be super high temperature. There is no way to take a good bath. In addition, it may be too new, and the room still smells of decoration.

Environment: The room is soundproofed and the dog will not affect others.

We choosed that hotel because of it's being close to Wuchuan Airport.
Hotel seems near 2 years old.
Compairing the facilities and clearness with money you paid, It's worth.
There was a night lamp near floor working with movement sensor. That killed my sleep. it flashed whenever i turned in bed.
The hand cleaner bottle was empty.

Guest UserHuge room and comfy bed. new opened so everything is mint, but overall housekeeping/FM kept up is only 7/10 for such a new open hotel where the outside windows are a bit dirty.
No breakfast but its on top of shopping small so its easier to find better food just downstair. The price isn't fair for the space, location, and being new but it is not a conventional hotel with its own lobby. It only occupied 2 floors in a tall building.
Parking is in the mall and they compensate 20 for a 40 overnight. Since we booked 2 rooms, they'll reimburse us the other 20, making it free.

This homestay really surprised me! The location is excellent, downstairs is Wanda, eating, drinking and having fun in one stop, the key is that the whole street downstairs is full of food stalls, from barbecue to sugar water shop to fried powder stall, the nightingale atmosphere is directly full, the fireworks are full, and the food is super satisfying.
More pleasantly, you can walk to the beach, and it is very pleasant to walk with the sea breeze in the evening. It is also very convenient to play in the water. The price is also very cheap, this location can get this price, the price is really nothing to say.
The only small episode is that there are occasional traffic jams around, especially on weekends and evenings. It is recommended that friends who drive by themselves plan parking or staggered travel in advance. But the flaws are not concealed, the overall experience of living is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and the landlord is also enthusiastic. I will choose this one next time, I really recommend it!

KatiaJThe view from the balcony is great!!! The sofa and cushions on the sofa are dirty, decorated very simply, not at all like in the picture. The apartment is large, the lock with a code. The walls are dirty too. But the service is great! The administration immediately sent the code from the door, they came and formalised us. Very nice girl, responsive. There are no towels, only disposable thin ones. There are no toothbrushes. The sanitary units are not very good. But if you spend the night, it will do. The beds are new and clean. 😂

I had a great stay! The owner and his wife treated me very well and helped me with a lot of extra things. Wuchuan is a good coastal town, (better than Sanya in my opinion), and has lots to see. The couple was very warm and welcoming and was willing to take me around. The apartment was beautiful, with a good view! Thank you for the lovely stay!

DukenvicThe hotel was so-so, probably prioritizing value for money. Perhaps due to its age and lack of maintenance, some facilities were outdated; most importantly, cleanliness was a major concern for me. I don't know if it was because of the rain at the beach, but the bedding seemed to have a slight odor; hopefully, it could be aired out. The lighting could also be brightened. However, the hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of Xiashan District, next to the beach, and with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. I found some lost items after checking out, but returned quickly and found them; thank you for that. Finally, I hope the hotel management can improve the overall experience, which would benefit the hotel's operations. P.S. You can take a boat from the nearby port to the island, which is quite convenient.

The room is basically clean and tidy, but the facilities are a bit old, the sound insulation effect is not good, the air conditioner next to it is very noisy, it feels right overhead, the affinity of the front desk lady at the time of check-in needs to be improved. Overall, the stay experience is flat and will not choose again.

Location was good in that it was near some small grocery stores and restaurants. I liked how it was near the farm of the place that I was visiting and volunteering at. The only negative on the location was that it was hard to find since there was no address and it was in an alleyway. Room was clean, the owner was nice and friendly. I like how the room had a washer for guests to wash their clothes in. The only negative was that there were no towels and the toilet doesn't have a flush button. Toilet is in small area. The shower was too small for me to take a shower in. Would be more than happy to comeback to this place if I needed to.
