"Huge room and comfy bed. new opened so everything is mint, but overall housekeeping/FM kept up is only 7/10 for such a new open hotel where the outside windows are a bit dirty.
No breakfast but its on top of shopping small so its easier to find better food just downstair. The price isn't fair for the space, location, and being new but it is not a conventional hotel with its own lobby. It only occupied 2 floors in a tall building.
Parking is in the mall and they compensate 20 for a 40 overnight. Since we booked 2 rooms, they'll reimburse us the other 20, making it free."

"Don't expect much from a budget chain hotel costing 100 yuan. Aside from the relatively nice front desk staff, it's basically useless. The bed sheets have stains that are impossible to remove; they're the marks of time. The toilet is broken; anyone without common sense would just let the water run all night. The air conditioner smells musty as soon as it's turned on; it's like a V12 engine running at its highest setting, and a V8 naturally aspirated at its highest. The room also smells musty. What could I do? My red-eye flight arrived at 2 AM, the bus ride to the city didn't get me to the city until 3 AM, and by the time I got some late-night snacks, it was 4 AM. Spending another 300 yuan on a comfortable hotel would be a waste; a massage would cost 200 yuan, and I couldn't afford to stay up at an internet cafe. 100 yuan to get through until midnight was the best option. Time to make money, what can I say, I'm poor…"

"The room we stayed in had a great view and excellent facilities. The bathroom was clean and had a washing machine and an induction cooker. It wasn't very close to Wanda Plaza, but it was within walking distance. The children were happy with their stay. The twin room was perfect for four people. The customer service and housekeeping staff were also very helpful. The scenery in Zhanjiang was a bit shabby due to the typhoon, but overall we were satisfied and gave it a positive review."

"This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in, but everyone treats it as a ”hotel”, after all, the price is really cheap.
As soon as I entered the room, I felt well maintained, but some corners and more hidden positions had more dust (pictured).
The room is not very big, but it is enough, the bathroom and bathroom are surprisingly wide, and the rain shower is very comfortable.
The only bad thing is that there is no chair in the room, only a high stool. 2 people buy some takeaway back to the room to eat, one person has to be fined, or eat at the corner of the bed. If you change to 2 chairs (with backrest), it will be more comfortable.
The location is the biggest advantage, not far from the pedestrian street, the old street and the main attractions, there are many places to eat"

"The hotel I chose for this trip really exceeded expectations! The front desk staff was gentle and the check-in efficiency was very high. The room was well lit, cleaned spotlessly, no smell, the mattress was moderately hard and soft, and it was particularly relieved to sleep. "A family of three lived very comfortable, the room was on the 23rd floor, the window was a sea view, the room decoration was very user-friendly, it was the most convenient and comfortable hotel apartment I had ever stayed in. Every day, people replace disposable bath towel sets and replenish bottled water every day. The laundry and drying machine is greatly convenient for us. Shopping in the supermarket downstairs is extremely convenient. Going downstairs and crossing the road is the beach, and there are big partners to eat oysters. In addition, free parking spaces are provided for us to park our rented car. It was a great experience and I have already recommended it to my colleagues."

This homestay really surprised me! The location is excellent, downstairs is Wanda, eating, drinking and having fun in one stop, the key is that the whole street downstairs is full of food stalls, from barbecue to sugar water shop to fried powder stall, the nightingale atmosphere is directly full, the fireworks are full, and the food is super satisfying.
More pleasantly, you can walk to the beach, and it is very pleasant to walk with the sea breeze in the evening. It is also very convenient to play in the water. The price is also very cheap, this location can get this price, the price is really nothing to say.
The only small episode is that there are occasional traffic jams around, especially on weekends and evenings. It is recommended that friends who drive by themselves plan parking or staggered travel in advance. But the flaws are not concealed, the overall experience of living is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and the landlord is also enthusiastic. I will choose this one next time, I really recommend it!

The immediate neighborhood isn't the most interesting, but it's very convenient if you're passing through Zhanjiang Station. It's a 10-minute walk. There are more restaurants and shops near/around the station.

Excellent welcome and excellent customer service. They made it easy for me to print an important travel document.
ENVIRONMENT
Quiet neighborhood. Very well-maintained hotel for a budget hotel. Quality furnishings.
Due to its layout, the (small) room 501 was actually spacious enough for one person, clean, quiet, and bright. I would suggest adding a luggage rack, considering the available space, to make it perfect for avoiding having to keep luggage on the floor (especially when you have backpacks).

No breakfast service.
AMENITIES
*The room had a hairdryer and an electric kettle. Bottled water was provided. Very good quality bedding. Good air conditioning. Wi-Fi: didn't work, but that might be due to the VPN I'm required to use as a foreigner.
Laundry room - well-maintained. 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. Detergent provided.
Excellent value for money.

There are many places to eat downstairs, and there is a food street next to it. It is especially convenient to eat and drink. The distance to the beach is also close. I had a great stay! The owner and his wife treated me very well and helped me with a lot of extra things. Wuchuan is a good coastal town, (better than Sanya in my opinion), and has lots to see. The couple was very warm and welcoming and was willing to take me around. The apartment was beautiful, with a good view! Thank you for the lovely stay!

Excellent location in that it is near the Walmart store and a lot of shops and restaurants. I really liked how it is near the printing shop, because I had something important to print out. Nice fresh towels are provided and I like how you don't have to checkout till around 3 in the afternoon! Receptionist people were nice and friendly. Only bad thing through no fault of their own of course was some person that kept sticking cards of the numbers of beautiful chinese women to date. Will be more than happy to stay at this place again if I happen to be in the area!

DukenvicThe hotel was so-so, probably prioritizing value for money. Perhaps due to its age and lack of maintenance, some facilities were outdated; most importantly, cleanliness was a major concern for me. I don't know if it was because of the rain at the beach, but the bedding seemed to have a slight odor; hopefully, it could be aired out. The lighting could also be brightened. However, the hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of Xiashan District, next to the beach, and with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. I found some lost items after checking out, but returned quickly and found them; thank you for that. Finally, I hope the hotel management can improve the overall experience, which would benefit the hotel's operations. P.S. You can take a boat from the nearby port to the island, which is quite convenient.

It lies within walking distance to the central seaside where you can experience all of Zhanjiang splendor. I had a very large room and bed. Room cleaned and bed made every day. Location was good in that it was near some small grocery stores and restaurants. I liked how it was near the farm of the place that I was visiting and volunteering at. The only negative on the location was that it was hard to find since there was no address and it was in an alleyway. Room was clean, the owner was nice and friendly. I like how the room had a washer for guests to wash their clothes in. The only negative was that there were no towels and the toilet doesn't have a flush button. Toilet is in small area. The shower was too small for me to take a shower in. Would be more than happy to comeback to this place if I needed to.
