"This guesthouse boasts an excellent location. The entrance hall and master bedroom offer sea views, and the design is stunning, providing fantastic scenery, so I gave the environment a 5-star rating. They also provided complimentary coffee and a few snacks. The front desk and butler were quick to respond to my inquiries about room facilities (the original Wi-Fi password was incorrect, and there was no CCTV television). The coffee bar staff were friendly and enthusiastic, so I rated the service 4 stars. However, I only gave the facilities and cleanliness 3 stars, and here's why: 1. The secondary bedroom has no windows, and there's a large, awkward indentation next to it, making it uncomfortable. I didn't sleep well in the secondary bedroom and even felt unsafe. I booked the 270-degree C-position sea view suite, which was expensive, assuming both bedrooms would have sea views. I was very disappointed to find the secondary bedroom so poor. It would have been cheaper to book two separate rooms. Plus, the advertisement didn't mention the secondary bedroom lacked a window or had that large indentation. The '270-degree C-position sea view room' is actually only 180 degrees, and it definitely isn't 120 square meters; it's probably closer to 70 square meters. 2. The bathroom is quite small, with no separate wet and dry areas, and there were many water stains on the sink shelf. The design is also impractical. Finally, my booking was for a 2 PM check-out, but upon check-in, they told me 12 PM. After I pointed this out to the front desk with a screenshot of my booking, they corrected it to 2 PM. Then, early the next morning, they again said 12 PM check-out. When I asked why, the butler said it was a mass message and to disregard it, confirming we could still check out at 2 PM. However, around 1 PM, a staff member knocked on our door, asking when we were checking out, despite us repeatedly stating 2 PM. Why did they try to rush us out three times when our booking, check-in, and conversations with the butler clearly stated 2 PM? This negatively impacted our check-in experience."

"The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding looks new. Overall, the first impression is good. It's not directly next to the main road, so it's relatively quiet and you can have a good rest. There is a Changdachang Supermarket nearby, which makes shopping convenient. It is within walking distance from Zhanjiang Railway Station. The hotel price is also relatively affordable and the front desk service is very enthusiastic. Worth recommending."

"This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in, but everyone treats it as a ”hotel”, after all, the price is really cheap. As soon as I entered the room, I felt well maintained, but some corners and more hidden positions had more dust (pictured). The room is not very big, but it is enough, the bathroom and bathroom are surprisingly wide, and the rain shower is very comfortable. The only bad thing is that there is no chair in the room, only a high stool. 2 people buy some takeaway back to the room to eat, one person has to be fined, or eat at the corner of the bed. If you change to 2 chairs (with backrest), it will be more comfortable. The location is the biggest advantage, not far from the pedestrian street, the old street and the main attractions, there are many places to eat"

There is a washing machine, a small refrigerator, and the water heater is an electric heat storage type. Remember to open it in advance. There is a projector. It is a smart door lock, after authorization. You can open the mobile phone Bluetooth, which is very convenient and does not need to enter the password. Remember to go to the underground parking lot West Tower after the navigation point. If you don't mind, you can stop at -2. There are more mobile parking spaces on the negative 2nd floor. It is also close to the elevator room and convenient for loading and unloading luggage."

"The room was clean and tidy, and the location was very convenient. There was an electric scooter rental shop just across the street downstairs; renting a scooter by scanning a QR code was convenient and affordable. The location was also very close to Jinsha Bay Beach; if you didn't want to ride a bike, it was about a 10-minute walk. For those taking the airport shuttle bus, the nearby Sheraton Hotel was also about a 10-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get to and from the airport."

"Huge room and comfy bed. new opened so everything is mint, but overall housekeeping/FM kept up is only 7/10 for such a new open hotel where the outside windows are a bit dirty.  No breakfast but its on top of shopping small so its easier to find better food just downstair. The price isn't fair for the space, location, and being new but it is not a conventional hotel with its own lobby. It only occupied 2 floors in a tall building. Parking is in the mall and they compensate 20 for a 40 overnight. Since we booked 2 rooms, they'll reimburse us the other 20, making it free."
