"This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in, but everyone treats it as a ”hotel”, after all, the price is really cheap.
As soon as I entered the room, I felt well maintained, but some corners and more hidden positions had more dust (pictured).
The room is not very big, but it is enough, the bathroom and bathroom are surprisingly wide, and the rain shower is very comfortable.
The only bad thing is that there is no chair in the room, only a high stool. 2 people buy some takeaway back to the room to eat, one person has to be fined, or eat at the corner of the bed. If you change to 2 chairs (with backrest), it will be more comfortable.
The location is the biggest advantage, not far from the pedestrian street, the old street and the main attractions, there are many places to eat"

"We checked in quite late this time and settled in quickly after checking in. During our stay, we discovered a problem with the toilet. "This hotel personally feels that the location is very good. It is not far from the harbor park. It can be walked on foot. It is not far from the Fisherman's Wharf. It is not far from the Xiashan Seafood Aquatic Market. It takes a few minutes to scan a motorcycle. It is not too comfortable to choose seafood. "It's not far from Chikan by car, but it's not exactly a short walk. The hotel is right by the road, and the room wasn't well soundproofed, so the noise affected my sleep. The staff were very friendly, and the next day they moved me to a room facing away from the road. However, the door wasn't sealed properly, and people smoking outside or next door would sneak into my room, leaving me with a lot of secondhand smoke. Nevertheless, Zhanjiang is still very worthwhile to visit."

"Located in Building 6, Wanda Plaza Jinshawan, it is an apartment-style hotel (there are other apartment-style homestays/hotels on different floors)
It is recommended that you do not deliberately choose a sea view room, because the sea view is just looming, the windows are also more gray, and the sea view room is not interesting. The so-called projector actually refers to the Apps that can use your mobile phone to watch the episodes (if you don't see it), not that I think there is a screen projection device.
The room is well designed and the space is huge. I like its sofa and coffee table very much. General hotel space is not comparable. The bedding and bathroom are also very comfortable.
The reception has a variety of daily necessities to pick up, including disinfected wet tissues that are very useful (because of the island).
This location is also quite convenient, there is a supermarket in the mall, you can buy supplies, and it is convenient to take a taxi to nearby attractions. There are burning scorpion chain stores nearby, and there are many places to eat."

The store took the initiative to ask us about the time of arrival in the afternoon, and told us the room number and password. The positioning given is also very accurate. Our family of four, the older child is already an adult, so we need 2 rooms. During the Spring Festival, their price is still very reasonable. The store gave a washing machine, a room without a washing machine, all told by WeChat in advance. During the Spring Festival, all the gourmet shops downstairs are open, and there is no need to take a taxi to eat. This location is convenient to Hongzui Cruise or Old Street. Go to Zhanjiang
The North Station also takes 19 minutes.
Special thanks, we left in the morning to catch the high-speed rail. The child's headset fell in the room, and the store quickly found it for us and helped me express it home.

KKatiaJThe view from the balcony is great!!! The sofa and cushions on the sofa are dirty, decorated very simply, not at all like in the picture. The apartment is large, the lock with a code. The walls are dirty too. But the service is great! The administration immediately sent the code from the door, they came and formalised us. Very nice girl, responsive. There are no towels, only disposable thin ones. There are no toothbrushes. The sanitary units are not very good. But if you spend the night, it will do. The beds are new and clean. 😂

幸幸運星2023The lady boss was very helpful and helped me carry my suitcases up and down the stairs. She even helped me change to a room on the second floor. Although the house is a bit old, it is very spacious and has 24-hour hot water. Transportation is convenient and there are many bus routes very close by.

AAcw2005Location was good in that it was near some small grocery stores and restaurants. I liked how it was near the farm of the place that I was visiting and volunteering at. The only negative on the location was that it was hard to find since there was no address and it was in an alleyway. Room was clean, the owner was nice and friendly. I like how the room had a washer for guests to wash their clothes in. The only negative was that there were no towels and the toilet doesn't have a flush button. Toilet is in small area. The shower was too small for me to take a shower in. Would be more than happy to comeback to this place if I needed to.
