"I went out to play with my friends and booked this hotel by chance. I didn't have a good place in the small hotel. I found a lot of places that surprised me when I stayed. First of all, the room is very spacious, very clean, disposable supplies are very complete, the room is equipped with disposable toilet cover and disinfection wipes, the front desk also has eye masks and earplugs, etc. Free, there are actually foot polishing stickers. I bought pineapple. There is a small refrigerator at the front desk that can be iced. I have a cold pineapple in summer. Don't mention how cool it is. The key is that there is a free laundry and drying service. You need to send your clothes to the front desk. This is very friendly. There is also an ironing machine that can be borrowed. The clothes are ironed very well. Go to other hotels and queue up to wash your clothes. It is really a treasure hotel, purely personal evaluation!"

"The hotel's location is quite good, very close to Wanda Plaza, and conveniently located near the beach. The decor is modern and minimalist, without any unnecessary embellishments. It's equipped with a washing machine, a small refrigerator, and an electric storage water heater (remember to turn it on beforehand). There's a projector. The door locks are smart; after authorization, you can unlock them via Bluetooth with your phone – very convenient, no password required. Remember to head towards the West Tower underground parking lot after you arrive at the navigation point. If you don't mind, you can park on level -2. There are plenty of parking spaces on level -2. It's also close to the elevators, making loading and unloading luggage convenient."

"This is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in, but everyone treats it as a ”hotel”, after all, the price is really cheap.
As soon as I entered the room, I felt well maintained, but some corners and more hidden positions had more dust (pictured).
The room is not very big, but it is enough, the bathroom and bathroom are surprisingly wide, and the rain shower is very comfortable.
The only bad thing is that there is no chair in the room, only a high stool. 2 people buy some takeaway back to the room to eat, one person has to be fined, or eat at the corner of the bed. If you change to 2 chairs (with backrest), it will be more comfortable.
The location is the biggest advantage, not far from the pedestrian street, the old street and the main attractions, there are many places to eat"

"An absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel's location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The lobby is elegantly designed, and the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and very efficient with check-in. Our room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent, which made for a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The facilities are comprehensive and smart, offering incredible value for money. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!"

This homestay really surprised me! The location is excellent, downstairs is Wanda, eating, drinking and having fun in one stop, the key is that the whole street downstairs is full of food stalls, from barbecue to sugar water shop to fried powder stall, the nightingale atmosphere is directly full, the fireworks are full, and the food is super satisfying.
More pleasantly, you can walk to the beach, and it is very pleasant to walk with the sea breeze in the evening. It is also very convenient to play in the water. The price is also very cheap, this location can get this price, the price is really nothing to say.
The only small episode is that there are occasional traffic jams around, especially on weekends and evenings. It is recommended that friends who drive by themselves plan parking or staggered travel in advance. But the flaws are not concealed, the overall experience of living is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and the landlord is also enthusiastic. I will choose this one next time, I really recommend it!

LOCATION
The immediate neighborhood isn't the most interesting, but it's very convenient if you're passing through Zhanjiang Station. It's a 10-minute walk. There are more restaurants and shops near/around the station.
SERVICE
Excellent welcome and excellent customer service. They made it easy for me to print an important travel document.
ENVIRONMENT
Quiet neighborhood. Very well-maintained hotel for a budget hotel. Quality furnishings.
Due to its layout, the (small) room 501 was actually spacious enough for one person, clean, quiet, and bright. I would suggest adding a luggage rack, considering the available space, to make it perfect for avoiding having to keep luggage on the floor (especially when you have backpacks).
BREAKFAST
No breakfast service.
AMENITIES
*The room had a hairdryer and an electric kettle. Bottled water was provided. Very good quality bedding. Good air conditioning. Wi-Fi: didn't work, but that might be due to the VPN I'm required to use as a foreigner.
Laundry room - well-maintained. 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. Detergent provided.
Excellent value for money.

KatiaJThe view from the balcony is great!!! The sofa and cushions on the sofa are dirty, decorated very simply, not at all like in the picture. The apartment is large, the lock with a code. The walls are dirty too. But the service is great! The administration immediately sent the code from the door, they came and formalised us. Very nice girl, responsive. There are no towels, only disposable thin ones. There are no toothbrushes. The sanitary units are not very good. But if you spend the night, it will do. The beds are new and clean. 😂

I had a great stay! The owner and his wife treated me very well and helped me with a lot of extra things. Wuchuan is a good coastal town, (better than Sanya in my opinion), and has lots to see. The couple was very warm and welcoming and was willing to take me around. The apartment was beautiful, with a good view! Thank you for the lovely stay!

DukenvicThe hotel was so-so, probably prioritizing value for money. Perhaps due to its age and lack of maintenance, some facilities were outdated; most importantly, cleanliness was a major concern for me. I don't know if it was because of the rain at the beach, but the bedding seemed to have a slight odor; hopefully, it could be aired out. The lighting could also be brightened. However, the hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of Xiashan District, next to the beach, and with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. I found some lost items after checking out, but returned quickly and found them; thank you for that. Finally, I hope the hotel management can improve the overall experience, which would benefit the hotel's operations. P.S. You can take a boat from the nearby port to the island, which is quite convenient.

The hotel is conveniently located, the room is clean and quiet, and the bedding is comfortable. The service is warm and thoughtful, the breakfast is rich, the price is high, it is a very satisfying stay experience, it is recommended.
Hotel facilities are new, health is good, sound insulation is good. The front desk service was intimate and helped to upgrade the room. There are many types of breakfast, parking is convenient, and the overall feeling is excellent value for money.

The room is basically clean and tidy, but the facilities are a bit old, the sound insulation effect is not good, the air conditioner next to it is very noisy, it feels right overhead, the affinity of the front desk lady at the time of check-in needs to be improved. Location was good in that it was near some small grocery stores and restaurants. I liked how it was near the farm of the place that I was visiting and volunteering at. The only negative on the location was that it was hard to find since there was no address and it was in an alleyway. Room was clean, the owner was nice and friendly. I like how the room had a washer for guests to wash their clothes in. The only negative was that there were no towels and the toilet doesn't have a flush button. Toilet is in small area. The shower was too small for me to take a shower in. Would be more than happy to comeback to this place if I needed to.
