"The hotel is new and clean. There's underground parking with charging stations. It has central air conditioning, and the family rooms have bay windows with stunning sea views. "Staff are friendly and professional. Check in was smooth. They provided a welcome fruit plate (an apple, a pear and an orange) which was delivered by a robot. Love the free self laundry service (3 washing machines and 3 dryers) as you don't find this at most of the hotels. Excellent breakfast with varieties. I love the noodle bar which provides freshly made wonton. The hotel also offers late night snacks with steam buns, freshly made wonton noodles from noodle bar and fried noodles. Room is spacious. The only complaint is there are no restaurants right at the hotel or next door. However, there is a 7/11 to grab quick snacks."

"Staff throughout the hotel was very helpful and friendly from the second we walked into the lobby, to the cleaners or the catering staff onsite.
The hotel itself was very clean, with attention to detail in every aspects of the design and finishing. In general I would say it has a much higher quality standards than most multi chain contemporary style hotels I have stayed it throughout China.
The hotel offered a complimentary tea and mid night snack with the booking which was very decent as a light snack and the breakfast had a good selection of foods to choose from.
The location itself is very good for the beach as only minutes away. Only downside is the limited selection of eating venues local to the hotel."

"Great Service and Comfortable Rooms, but Location Was Misleading
The hotel service and room environment were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, I was misled by the location:
1. There is no proper drop-off area at the main entrance, which makes access a bit inconvenient.
2. Although the hotel is named after Wanda Plaza, it actually takes about 10 minutes to walk there, so it’s not as close as expected.
That said, I want to give special thanks to the hotel staff. My daughter accidentally left behind her stuffed toy, and the staff promptly called us and arranged to have it mailed back. We are truly grateful for their thoughtfulness and care."

The rooms were spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. The bedding was so comfortable that even I, who typically has trouble sleeping in unfamiliar beds, slept soundly all night. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and made the check-in process very quick. They even offered thoughtful recommendations for nearby local cuisine. Breakfast was plentiful and included delicious local snacks, leaving me feeling fully satisfied. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Zhanjiang!"

The trip to Zhanjiang on October 4 was a National Day fun for our family of seven. Five adults with two children were looking forward to seeing the warships. I didn't think about it. The arrival of a typhoon caught us by surprise. I patronized to play before departure, and I didn't do a strategy at all. The hotel reminded in advance that ”the typhoon is coming, be sure to pay attention to the itinerary”, I still did not take it seriously~ The weather forecast said that the wind was only starting at noon, and I always felt that it could always be arranged before the wind and rain became bigger. But the wind outside the window in the early morning has already ”whispered” and made people panic. I stood in the lobby, my hands and feet were cold. The luggage was already in the car, but I watched the branches that were blown east and west outside, and then I was carrying the old parents around me, and I was holding the little daughter who was sleepy with the doll. How dare I go outside? In case the wind is bigger, there is no place to hide on the roadside, but the hotel has already said that the room is full during the National Day, and most of the room is reserved for the rescue team. We, a large family, can we squat in the lobby for one night? Just as I paced back and forth anxiously, staring at the wind at the door in a daze, the front desk manager took the initiative to come over. __M1391012****This is the best accommodation at the southernmost tip of mainland China. I stayed in Fangpo Village the day before, and the environment was not as beautiful as here. It is only 300 meters away from the lighthouse.
The facilities are very new, the smart devices are well received, and the bathroom supplies and bedding are very good. There is no TV in the room, but the sleep was quiet and comfortable. The food is also good and drinks are provided. The housekeeper worked very hard to prepare our dinner, thank you very much.
A small suggestion would be to have a cup of coffee in the room. Also, there are flies in the room in this season. I wonder if there is any way to improve it.
