"We stayed there 4 nights, in first night around 10:30 someone kept knocking on my door wanted to get in, I called front desk, I told them it's the steam not smoke causing the bathroom steamed up, it's an alarm showed on their end, not in room. Problem is the bathroom fan was not working, room steamed up during shower, if that's the issue we, as guests, should be notified at check-in time. Next morning I questioned Front desk that guests should not be bordered at late night and it's a known problem with guest room, front desk gave me an excuse that the guy is new & not sure about the procedures. Well, that's management & training, apology was not accepted & no compensation was offered, like switch to another room that may be in better condition. I also commented on the telephone system is still being used for communication with front desk while all newer hotels are using smart system, and being a 4-Star hotel as advertised I questioned the level of service shown here & services are deteriorating & happened on first night. This is nowhere close to a 4-Star services overall. I was totally disappointed."
