"Unfortunately I hadn’t a experience pleasant as expected. I arrived at the hotel exactly at 20h30 as requested. But there was no one there to handle the payment. After a long waiting time, finally someone showed up and said I should proceed the payment through a machine which do not accept cash. But when I booked I selected cash as payment method, once I don’t have an European card. The guy who “welcomed” me said it was impossible handling the payment and therefore I couldn’t stay at theirs place. I asked for the contact of the owner of the place, once the guy who talked to me it was only a guardian of the building. When she answered, the owner was upset about I having her personal contact and disturbing her late night and still said there was nothing that she could do for me. Hence I should find another place to sleepover cause she couldn’t either process the payment by cash at that moment and receiving it in next morning. I was lucky enough that there was another guy passing by at the place, who saw what was happening and he was so nice to offer me his card to get the room and I paid him back by cash. I’m really grateful to him, cause it was night, cold, I had many luggages, no other place to go and that hotel wanted just kick me out for something which is definitely their responsibility. Once they accept cash payment they must have a way to proceed those payments. I’m such disappointed about that experience and the service provided from that place. I strongly do not recommend it. They don’t care at all about the customer wellbeing."

"L'hôtel propose une vue magnifique sur le lever de soleil et ça vaut quelques désagréments. Les chambres sont propres mais la salle des repas ne l'est pas. Nous étions dans les premiers au petit déjeuner et il y avait des restes alimentaires sont du gruyère (du dîner de la veille) sur les chaises et le sol. Les chambres n'ont ni de frigo ni de minibar (ce qui obligatoire dans un hôtel 3 étoiles, mais c'est un ”club” et non un hôtel) donc pour conserver des aliments pour bébé c'est impossible sachant que la cuisine et la réception refusent de prendre ne serait ce qu'une boîte de vache qui rit."

"Good stay. We did not use the pool but it is a big plus. The room was large and clean. The hotel hall is nice! The only complaint is about the position that is next to a highway or sort of and it is not particularly nice/safe to cross it by night as the area around towards the city center is not well enlighted and very few people by night."

"We were a long weekend in the hotel facility. The room has everything it needs. Small table and enough closet for clothing. A small balcony with two chairs and small washing spoon. The two beds are ok, they just slip off each other, you need to know. There is no water cooker. The hotel facilities are very extensive, but it is well marked. The breakfast buffet was great and the view on the window is just great. We have had dinner yet tonight. The dinner buffet costs 22.50 per person and is really recommended. Water and wine are available for free. The spa area has come in the years, but the winter pool (there are 5) was good and we were almost always alone the evening before the dinner. The showers and dressing cabins are ”appropriate”. On the outdoor terraces you have a wonderful view. From time to time a plane has been on landing, but this was not disturbing, but rather interesting to see the big object. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Parking is available on the hotel facility and on the second day you will also know where to park the best to get to the room the fastest way. The price-performance ratio has voted. Thanks to again."
