The lobby boasted high ceilings and dazzling crystal chandeliers, while the staff were professional and warm. Check-in was efficient and thoughtful, complete with a welcome drink and snacks. The room itself was spacious and bright, offering breathtaking views through the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The smart control system was convenient and modern. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and all the toiletries were from high-end brands. Soaking in the bathtub was wonderfully relaxing. The dining experience was exceptional. The breakfast buffet featured fresh ingredients and a wide variety of choices. Dinner at the restaurant was exquisite and delicious, with cleverly paired ingredients that were like works of art. The hotel's gym was well-equipped, the swimming pool had crystal clear water, and there were professional trainers available for guidance. Every detail here exuded quality, and every service spoke of professionalism. This is undoubtedly a prime example of a luxury hotel, and I highly recommend it!"

"We were a long weekend in the hotel facility. The room has everything it needs. Small table and enough closet for clothing. A small balcony with two chairs and small washing spoon. The two beds are ok, they just slip off each other, you need to know. There is no water cooker. The hotel facilities are very extensive, but it is well marked. The breakfast buffet was great and the view on the window is just great. We have had dinner yet tonight. The dinner buffet costs 22.50 per person and is really recommended. Water and wine are available for free. The spa area has come in the years, but the winter pool (there are 5) was good and we were almost always alone the evening before the dinner. The showers and dressing cabins are "appropriate". On the outdoor terraces you have a wonderful view. From time to time a plane has been on landing, but this was not disturbing, but rather interesting to see the big object. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Parking is available on the hotel facility and on the second day you will also know where to park the best to get to the room the fastest way. The price-performance ratio has voted. Thanks to again."

"I came to accompany my two friends to an APM spa to discover the place and what a disappointment. First of all we had to fill out a medical questionnaire, in terms of confidentiality, I found it very average!!! I was unable to get a locker due to lack of space! hair and ants were present in the room provided for changing. Then on the spa side, the water in the pool says it is 29 degrees but it is impossible to put a finger in it because it is so frozen!! Simple deck chairs act as deckchairs and a war begins to get one because the establishment only has 6 :) the trash cans are overflowing with cups and trash of all kinds. This place is simply a steal, the establishment wants to play on luxury but we will have to rethink the copy! Establishments in the city center are better than this tourist trap place!!"

"The welcome varied depending on the person. Moldy smell in the room. Damp patches on the windows and in the bathroom. The mattress was particularly dirty with a significant amount of urine. The pillows were extremely flat. The bathroom had a lot of hair from previous guests. It's noisy in the evening."

"Unfortunately I hadn’t a experience pleasant as expected. I arrived at the hotel exactly at 20h30 as requested. But there was no one there to handle the payment. After a long waiting time, finally someone showed up and said I should proceed the payment through a machine which do not accept cash. But when I booked I selected cash as payment method, once I don’t have an European card. The guy who “welcomed” me said it was impossible handling the payment and therefore I couldn’t stay at theirs place. I asked for the contact of the owner of the place, once the guy who talked to me it was only a guardian of the building. When she answered, the owner was upset about I having her personal contact and disturbing her late night and still said there was nothing that she could do for me. Hence I should find another place to sleepover cause she couldn’t either process the payment by cash at that moment and receiving it in next morning. I was lucky enough that there was another guy passing by at the place, who saw what was happening and he was so nice to offer me his card to get the room and I paid him back by cash. I’m really grateful to him, cause it was night, cold, I had many luggages, no other place to go and that hotel wanted just kick me out for something which is definitely their responsibility. Once they accept cash payment they must have a way to proceed those payments. I’m such disappointed about that experience and the service provided from that place. I strongly do not recommend it. They don’t care at all about the customer wellbeing."

"Ideally located for arriving by train, though a bit far from the city center. Spacious, clean, and well-appointed rooms. No USB ports. Friendly and welcoming staff. Don't miss the rooftop terrace with its magnificent views of the entire region. The downsides: The Scottish shower, which alternates between scalding hot and ice-cold water. Breakfast. Very little space, so the room gets crowded quickly. And very limited supplies. In other words, nothing left to eat after 9 a.m.... A shame, because this hotel has potential."

"😭The environment is splendid. The rooms are very well appointed. As for the "ecolodge" principle of so-called natural and minimalist amenities, it's just exaggerated.... a 5 star which offers a SPA with "cold" water surrounded by a few uncomfortable Chilean girls..... Paid parking not kept for a room at 400 euros per night..... The restaurant menu which is just absurd in terms of prices when it is about food and in no case gastronomy😭...... No, the account is not far from there. A big disappointment 💥💥"
