"Staying at this Best Western in Kutaisi was such a breeze, exceeding my expectations! For my trip to Kutaisi, I chose this Best Western right in the city center, and overall, I was really happy with my stay – I just had to share! The location was the biggest and most pleasant surprise! It's right in the heart of the Old Town. Just a short walk brings you to the White Bridge, and an evening stroll along the river is incredibly relaxing. If you need to grab some water or snacks, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby, so no need to go out of your way. Getting to the cable car or the Galaktioni statue was super convenient, whether on foot or by a quick taxi ride – we didn't waste any time commuting at all. The front desk staff, especially one young man, was incredibly welcoming. When we first arrived, we had a lot of questions about sightseeing routes, and he patiently explained everything, even recommending some delicious local restaurants. It felt very thoughtful. The room itself was clean, the linens had no strange smells, the WiFi connection was stable, and there was no noise from the air conditioning at night, so getting a good night's sleep was no problem. The most unexpected bonus was the small rooftop bar. Going up there in the evening to enjoy the breeze and chat created a fantastic atmosphere. Of course, there were a couple of minor downsides: the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, so after two days, it got a bit repetitive. Also, the standard room we booked wasn't huge; after opening our 28-inch suitcase, we had to be a bit careful when walking around. However, for those driving, rest assured the hotel offers free parking. You might have to wait a bit between 8 PM and 10 PM, but it's generally not an issue. If you're visiting Kutaisi for sightseeing, I highly recommend this place. The location and service are top-notch, and it offers great value for money. I'd very likely choose to stay here again next time!"

"Very enjoyed, very kind hosts, learned that I was sick - included heating, gave a degree, pills. The host is engaged in wine, showed, told, gave a try. The house itself was coasty and the territory very much liked. We would be happy to stay longer if we knew that so would like!"

"We absolutely loved this hotel!! Sofia was warm and friendly, and the breakfast was abundant. There is a swing on the third-floor balcony, where you can enjoy beautiful night views. The dog by the entrance is lovely as well. The hotel is not far from central Kutaisi, which is super convenient for self-driving guests, and parking is available right at the front door. We hope to visit again sometime."

"Absolutely new hotel. The room is very nice and comfortable. One of the best I have stayed in, especially for such a low price. Initially we stayed in another hotel for a slightly lower price, but it was terrible, so we changed the hotel to this one and it was the best decision. The breakfast is ordinary, nothing special. The location is also convenient, 5 minutes walk to the center."

"This is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money"

"The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The surrounding area was quiet, and the location was great—just a 15-minute walk to the city center. The owner was incredibly kind! My friend suddenly fell ill last night and wanted to extend his check-out time to 2:30 PM today, and the owner readily agreed. We were so grateful to him! 🙏🙏😊 He also recommended a nearby restaurant that serves authentic local cuisine; we've eaten there four times already! 🤣 The food is fantastic! 👍😊 Overall, we were very satisfied and would give it a five-star recommendation! 😊😊"

"Гостеприимный хозяин, ухожена территория. Два бассейна детский и большой. На территории множество качелей, ландшафтный дизайн. В номере был джакузи, в рабочем состоянии: бурлилка, подсветка. Расположение на окраине города, но такси по 4-6 лари решало вопрос.единственно, что огорчало : поломка на линии и полдня не было электричество, но данный инцидент не испортил общего положительного впечатления."
