"We had the absolute best time here! The hosts were incredibly kind and made sure we felt truly taken care of throughout our stay. Breakfast was always delicious — and vegetarian, which was a huge plus for my husband since he doesn’t eat meat.
Before our trip, I had asked if they could help me arrange a small birthday surprise for my husband, and they went above and beyond. They got us the cutest cake, and it made the day extra special — we were so touched.
The room was spacious, spotless, and had plenty of storage, so it never felt cluttered. We also appreciated the room service and bottled water, which made everything even more comfortable. The room was so spacious we were able to practice yoga in the room at the same time!
The location couldn’t be better — just a one-minute walk to the geopark bus stop and ticket office, and equally close to snack street and local shops. Truly perfect!
Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This lovely family really goes the extra mile to care for their guests. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know!

"It took quite a long time for the heater to start working. We booked three rooms and experienced the same issue in all of them. There appeared to be only one staff member handling all tasks—cleaning, registration, and driving—likely due to the low season in December. He was courteous and service-minded; however, on the way to the train station, he drove very slowly despite our reminders about our train schedule, which resulted in us missing the train."

"The hotel is quite large and well-located. I traveled with two friends and we booked a family suite with one king bed and one single bed. The room wasn't very spacious, and the bathroom was a bit small. The faucet was too close to the edge of the sink, causing water to splash onto the counter. The front desk service was excellent. They were patient in answering our questions and helped us book tickets, which I really appreciate. The breakfast selection wasn't very extensive, and the quality was just average. There was no coffee."

"I love them. The staff always reply my question anytime I have. I asked them question through Trip.com message and they replied simultaneously. I was there when the park closed because of the wind storm. They were patient and gave me information. I was also got the room upgrade, since they think it would be safer and more convenient for me. The room was spacious. Location is perfect, the shuttle bus station is just a in front of the hotel. I cannot speak Chinese but we conversed smoothly with Trip.com message (The platform is even better than WeChat for my opinion)"

"Travelling as a mandarin speaking foreigner. If you are able to converse in mandarin, want to stay near to Yuntai Mountain and still be relatively connected to other attractions like Baoquan scenic area, this is for you. Hotel was clean and spacious, it also has a water dispenser with different temperature settings. The hotel is pretty much a one-man show but the boss is extremely accommodating and helpful. He even offers to drive and pick up guests to/from nearby attractions like Yuntai and Baoquan, which is a game changer. Especially if you are worried about staying too far away from Yuntai, it's only a few minutes drive away from the hotel to the main parking lot at Yuntai. Simply give him a call or message on WeChat.
The only down side is that the village in Sha Qiang Cun does not really have many options to eat, but there are quite a few restaurants down the street if you aren't picky.
Otherwise, enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to foreign guests!"

"It is a very good homestay in Wujiatai Service Area. The owner built the hotel in his own house. The decoration standard is high and the overall layout is very good. There are many flowers at the door. The lobby on the first floor is spacious where you can drink tea and have a meal. The owner and his wife are very hospitable. You can dine in the store. The owner cooks by himself and the dishes are good, especially the chicken stewed with yam on iron stick, and the seasonal vegetables in the village are very fresh. It was the first time I ate such delicious yam. When I left, I asked the owner to buy ten kilograms to take with me. Thank you, boss. I will recommend them to my friends when they come to visit in the future. I also wish you better business."

"Super close to park entrance and restaurants. Excellent room with easy to connect (bring hdmi cable) projector to watch a movie. Lots of free bottled water and friendly staff. The bathroom facilities could use a bit of tender love and care. The bath is amazing but super hot and the bathrooms are just lacking last finishing touch. Breakfast was not our style; corn vegetabel soup. The bed is amazing, not too hard like many Chinese. Also, our room was actually smoke free, contrary to many other “non smoking” rooms. Excellent stay! Picture is view from our room. We were on the top floor, room with large tub."

I initially booked a homestay within the scenic area when I was traveling to Yuntaishan. However, upon arrival, I was underwhelmed by the room and surroundings. I searched for nearby chain hotels and found the All Seasons in Xiuwu to be the closest to the scenic area. Even though it was late, I decided to go anyway, as rest is crucial during a trip. I was completely satisfied. The front desk arranged a quiet room as requested, which completely washed away the day's fatigue. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting nearby.

The special moment is the owner of the hotel is very kind and helpful. He helped us to find taxi to pick up us from Jiaozuo station to the hotel which take about 1 hr by car. Breakfast also fresh making. I would recommended everyone to stay here during there stay at Yun tai shan. Personally Special thanks for his assistance to contact ticket office to refund our cable car tickets.

GGuest UserWhat made me most satisfied this time was the traffic. It was close to the bus stop. Originally, a homestay on the shore was compared with this one. Our group drove to the shore first, but found that parking was too inconvenient. We needed to go down a big steep slope and dusty. I saw another homestay on the shore. It is in the snack street. You can't drive directly to the door of the hotel, or you can't drive down a very narrow road. The parking lot of its house is not standard. It is scared to see, decisively give up, and choose this one directly. Parking is really convenient for thieves! The most important thing is that it is next to the bus stop. I was also biased by my media before. I just wanted to go to the shore service area. In fact, the most important thing is to choose the service area close to the bus stop. The top priority is because Yuntai Mountain Scenic Area has many attractions that need to take the scenic bus to Dali various service areas and various attractions, too many homestays on the shore are too far from the bus stop, and parking at the homestay near the bus stop on the shore is a troublesome matter. This time I am very satisfied with my choice. Parking is super convenient. At the door of the homestay, take the scenic bus and go to the shore snack street first. The meal, although the online heat is very high, but it is really general, the price is still expensive, I am more biased towards the scenic spot in Xiaozhaigou, there is KFC, there is hi tea, and the price is cheaper than the shore snack street! I also had to praise this homestay for giving me a more than expected accommodation experience. The young lady is very good. All the disposable towels and bath towels used in the homestay are disposable, including brushing cups and drinking cups. There are also disposable toilet pads and disinfection wipes. This is particularly friendly for girls. Her front desk also put 18 boxes of items. Basically, there are emergency items for travel. I just forgot to bring a hair ring. I can take it directly in the item cabinet as needed, so it is a plus! I have an annual card with my friend, and I will come to live next time!

The hotel facilities are very new, and it can be seen that it is a 4-star standard. The room is very clean and atmospheric, and the nightgown looks very clean. The point is that it is very convenient to drive from the scenic spot. The underground parking lot is much more comfortable. I had supper and snacks and also talked about the strategy of Yuntai Mountain. I will come again next time.

AAnonymous UserThe biggest problem with your hotel is the service. There is no breakfast at 8:55 in the morning. In fact, it is no problem to cook a few more eggs during the peak season. We didn't go late and there was basically no food! If the service can't keep up, it will definitely not be a good hotel! The girl at the front desk is better and gives people a comfortable feeling
