"Room is big and clean but outside can be quite noisy during the evening to the night with other staying guests playing outside around the swimming pool area. I like the buffet breakfast which I called it too sumptuous. Better be careful if one is concern about taking care of their waistline."

"The room is large, a bit old, the plug in the room is relatively small, the bed can be improved if it is perfect, but it is acceptable, the breakfast is good. The environment is beautiful and the photos are beautiful."

"The hotel is located at the prime tourist attraction. However it’s a bit run down and they did not maintain the cleanliness. A part from the smelly towel, the furniture is outdated. The toilet has stains. The bedsheets is torn. The tv channels reception is bad. Also the hotel has no lift. Wonder why haven’t they changed all these? The only good about the hotel is the buffet spread. A lot of varieties and most staff are friendly & helpful. Nope. I won’t stay in this hotel after this. Thank you."

"I would said that the hotels' staff is not enough or they are not fully functioned. When we request for some cutleries, they could not provide us. They seem busy but not sure what are the staffs busy about. Then, we get the room at old building. Its dirty, not so favorable. The breakfast is not of many choices too."

"The condition of the lobby is perfect and cool, the condition of the location is very good, there is a KFC in the hotel, the receptionist service when I arrived at the hotel was also very good, they can serve guests well, the cafe and breakfast provision are also good BUT there are a few things that I see that need to be improved for the sake of the hotel's reputation including: 1-Used cupboards, tables and interior items such as chairs and damaged wood should not be lined up in a place where customers can see them because this can give the hotel management a negative view of the fireplace. How come the rest are left there without being thrown away. Even if there is something you still want to use, put it in a place where you can't see the guests (store or closed) 2- The swimming pool is nice, the water is blue and the location is very refreshing under the hills, but if possible, 1 person is allocated to clean up the remaining branches from trees that have fallen into the pool so as not to pollute the guests' view of the contents of the pool... For me, it's still okay, but I feel sorry for your Google room. was hit badly because of this. 3- The walls in the hotel, every once in a while the manager comes for an inspection and if it needs to be painted a little, just paint it because the cost of applying paint is not as expensive as the bad rating from the guest... Traces of thumb prints, palm prints are lined up on the walls of the hotel and this is probably not The room service took it off because it wasn't part of its scope of work... So that's all from me for the attention of the hotel management and I pray that you will continue to be successful and compete fiercely with other hotel brands.. "Great place to stay. Very quiet and chill. Only downside was the flushing toilet did not work properly, the hand washing sink's pipe was not properly installed, the speed of the shower was not fast enough and hot water sometimes was limited (maybe because we did not know how to operate it well). Overall, with quite an affordable price, I can't complain much 👍 Also, they allowed me to borrow their water host to clean my car before checking out on their reception yard."
