"Check-in was quite crowded, but the process was fast and handled efficiently by the polite and helpful staff, which created a welcoming start to the stay. Most of the patrons seemed to be business travelers, but the hotel is also comfortable for leisure stays. The rooms were clean and cozy, with thoughtful touches like a relaxing yukata. Parking is limited, and I had to use the underground car park opposite the hotel — it was convenient, but note that it is paid parking through the hotel.
Breakfast (¥2,200 per person) was a highlight, offering a wide variety of dishes including sashimi. The hotel also provided nice extras such as complimentary beer, masks for guests, and bathtub powder sachets for a relaxing soak.
The location is excellent — right next to Obihiro Station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. You can even walk to the famous confectionary Rokkatei shop, making it a great base for exploring Obihiro.
Overall, a well-located hotel with good food, thoughtful amenities, and warm hospitality."

"This hotel's central location in Obihiro was perfect for enjoying the local nightlife. We traveled by rental car, and finding parking was hassle-free with multiple options available (600 yen/day). We opted for breakfast, which was outstanding in both taste and quality. While there's a sauna, it can get quite busy and a bit cramped. If you prefer a more private experience, showering in your room is perfectly adequate. The water quality is excellent. The staff were proficient in English, so communication was smooth and effortless."

"I arrived a little before check-in time, but thank you for accommodating me. There are many restaurants near the hotel, so I enjoyed a walk around town for dinner. The hair dryer in the large bath is ReFa, and hair oil and milk are also provided, so the next morning my hair was smoother and silkier than usual! The bath was crowded because it was during the holidays, but the mall hot spring was also good. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, a nice view, and the staff were very friendly. It was a hotel I would like to stay at again if I have the opportunity."

"This hotel has the largest double room I've ever stayed in when I visited Japan. It's very spacious and comfortable. I have the impression that the toilet has a deodorizing function which is a plus.
There seems to be only stairs between the parking lot and the hotel. I'm not sure if there are other accessible passages. However, there seems to be another accessible parking lot, but I'm not sure where the entrance is.
It was very dark near the hotel at night and there were no street lights."

"First of all, the hotel is quite small and includes the lobby, the restaurant and the room itself. But more importantly, many things do not make sense. There is only one elevator in use (there is another one in the corner which is not in use), as a result, causing chaos in the rush hour. The public bath is so-called a natural hot springs but that is quite common in that area, it is open to the public so many local people use it. Upon the small restaurant, they also put a lot of unnecessary stuff to make the situation worse, e.g. they put an old engine (those you see in the museum), and the dinner table is just right next to it. In terms of service, the front desk people have very limited English ability but I notice that one of the female staff in the restaurant can speak fluently (she remind me to take out a cup of coffee in English). Honestly, it doesn't make sense....."

住宅街にありますが、看板も出ているのですぐに分かりました。
ガレージ付きなので駐車にも困りません。
無人チェックインですが、管理人がいて親切に教えてくれました。
内装はゴージャスな感じで、子供もすごく喜んでいました。
カラオケもあって妻と子供で歌いまくって楽しそうでした。
お風呂もジャグジーがついていたりと豪華で、良かったです。
妻と子供も大満足で、また来たいねと言ってますので、帯広近郊に来るときは利用したいですね。
ビジネスホテルとは違った非日常空間を楽しみたい人にはオススメです。

使用したバスタオルを掛ける干し台みたいのがあると良いかも。
他の部屋は分かりませんが、もう少し明るめの内装のファミリールームみたいのがあってもいいかもです。

GGuest UserSparkling clean although understand a reason for that is that you can’t cook here or even use their cutlery. They just supply some cups (though there is a kitchen sink on the top floor by the fridge).
This place doesn’t really have a lounge. A problem with sharing the ground floor lounge with a cafe is that when I’m sitting there a cafe waitress comes by expecting me to order something.

GGuest UserNewer hotel. Friendly service at front desk. Enjoyed the complimentary bar with mixed nuts, raisins n a spread of flavors for mixing with carbonated water or alcohol. It’s a pity it closes at 9pm. Parking is at building next to it. Fees are charged to the room with in and out privileges through front desk validation. My only issue is with the narrow access to the twin bed next to the window. We had a room with twin beds. Onsen is small as expected but modern decor. Felt safe that women onsen requires a special passcode to enter.

it's only 4pm, which is a bit of a downside.

UudolaIt was just from the station, but it was quiet because it was just one street.
The second floor is a shared space from the afternoon and you can have coffee.
The staff 々 was kind and short but comfortable.
