"This property is BEAUTIFUL. I loved every part of our stay. The room was so spacious with thoughtful amenities, the public baths and pool area felt very luxurious and clean, and the location is hard to beat in Naha. The staff are all very kind and thoughtful, many spoke English but even those who didn't were extremely patient with my little Japanese. I would like specifically thank Santosh from the front desk staff. We ran into an issue with our baggage getting delivered in time before our departure to our country and if it wasn't for his help we wouldn't have had a hope of ever seeing that luggage again. His compassion and willingness to help us clueless tourists navigate our options and prepare our luggage for delivery will be remembered for a long time. I will recommend this hotel to any of my friends traveling to Naha!"

"We chose this hotel for the pool and close proximity to both the monorail and the ferry ticket office.
It was ideal for this reason. The pool was nice and quiet during the day.

We went to Naminoue beach, about 25-30min walk away - we tried the bus according google maps but the bus didnt arrive as expected.
For the rest, the hotel is clean and comfortable and decent size rooms. the washing machines are busy in the evening but convenient for use.
The area around the hotel I wouldnt really recommend for families - its a little rundown and had a bit of a strange vibe, not as welcoming as other parts of Japan. Still clean and seems safe, but our least favourite area during our 3 week trip."

"Beyond its convenient location, there's not much to write home about. It served its purpose as a one-night stopover. It's a run-of-the-mill business hotel.
Downstairs, you can grab toiletries and specialty teas, which is a nice touch.

The hotel has coin-operated laundry machines and dryers on the first floor, but their washing and drying performance is quite average; it's probably better to use the laundromat next door. The hotel offers a reasonably priced breakfast and lunch buffet. At other times, the restaurant functions as an executive lounge for Accor elite members, but guests who booked through Ctrip cannot access it. It's important to note that while Ctrip bookings *can* be linked to the Accor ALL app, the hotel itself doesn't recognize your Accor membership status nor does it provide member benefits for such bookings. "We have stayed at this hotel numerous times since 2015, and it has consistently been a convenient choice due to its fantastic location near the train station. The breakfast is enjoyable, though the restaurant can feel a bit cramped, especially when it's busy with travelers. During this visit, we noticed that the room seemed recently renovated—it was clean and free of the cigarette smell that we had encountered during previous stays, even in non-smoking rooms. "Our first impression wasn't great: upon entering the room, we found men's underwear on the floor, so we immediately asked for a room change. This made us question the overall cleanliness. Also, the front desk is on the 14th floor, but rooms are on different levels, requiring separate elevators, which was a bit of a hassle.
However, the service was excellent. The location is also fantastic, very close to the light rail station and shopping areas, which is perfect if you don't have a car. If you do, parking is 1500 JPY per day. While valet service is provided, you have to call them to retrieve your car, which felt a little inconvenient.
A pleasant surprise was the La Mer toiletries, which were very nice. The room also featured a capsule coffee machine."

It's very close to the Prefectural Office Station, and Kokusai Dori is also within walking distance. The room size isn't small for Japan; you can open two suitcases. For this trip to Okinawa, I chose La'Gent Hotel Chatan, and I honestly think it offers incredible value for money! Whether you're a backpacker, a couple, or a group of friends traveling together, this hotel is a perfect fit~
Why do I recommend it?
Its location is superb, within walking distance to Mihama American Village! It's super convenient for dining, shopping, and enjoying the night view~
The rooms and public areas are incredibly clean (really cleaner than I expected 😳), especially the spacious bathroom.
The communal kitchen is very useful, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and tableware, perfect for buying groceries and cooking your own meals~
There's parking available (¥550/night). Although the lot isn't huge, it's first-come, first-served. I recommend getting back early to secure a spot~"

"Great location on Kokusai-dori, located within walking distance from the Prefectural Office monorail station, lots of food and shopping options available within a stone's throw away. Service from staff was impeccable as expected from Japanese service standards, great buffet breakfast which we added-on on our last day before checking out. The room was fine, and were already considered spacious for Japanese standards. Bath and toilet were clean and well-maintained. Our only gripe was that the room furniture was starting to get worn out, and the carpets had quite a few stains. Maybe some deep cleaning would do the job. Overall, a very good stay, and will definitely choose Gracery Naha again at the right price point."

"The location of this hotel is excellent however... there were a few things I found concerning:
There was no emergency exit information provided to us. If there was a fire and you asked me to find the stairs I would not have been able to. The window in our room was cloudy with some caked on dirt and mineralization (which you could feel on the inside).
The shower worked kind of. There was one time it cut out in the middle of bathing and I had to put my head under the faucet to rinse my hair.
The free sake bar is not what you think. The one cup sake, you can get at lawson's for 100 yen is WORLDS better than anything they had available. I wouldnt clean my bike engine with the drinks they had. Draft beer was local Orion and was great.
Breakfast was a solid 6.5/10. Miso was super salty day 1 and improved a lot day 2 we were there.
The staff across the board were very nice, kind, and helpful.
This place has an impeccable location, and if that is your primary concern go for it.If you're splurging a little bit on this accommodation, thinking that you're getting a bunch of amenities, save your money and just buy beer and sake from the store."

SSL05Hotel staffs are friendly, hotel lobby is clean with nice deco! Room is nice too however the design of the bathing area is not convenient for families. You have to wind down the blinds whenever you shower. I love their big beds and the room comes with an air purifier! Their breakfast is nice, both Japanese and western! There’s blue seal ice-cream too! However their breakfast area is kind of small, you have to wait when all the tables are occupied! Overall highly recommended as it’s near to American village and Aeon mall!

LLilooooI LOVEEEE THE ROOM sooo sooo much! Self Check-in is very easy just have to make sure that we checked in in advance from email they send us before actually go check-in. Just have to put pin code / scan QR code. very easy.
One drawback is that the wall is pretty thin. I stay on the highest floor but still can hear outside noises but not so loud still acceptable.
The area is close to everything too. Great location, Great place

MM50396****The only regret of this trip was that when we originally booked, we were told the hotel had a dedicated airport shuttle bus. We arrived at Okinawa Airport at 2 PM and asked the local ground staff, who informed us there was a bus at 5 PM. So, my nearly 80-year-old mother and I decided to wait a few hours. However, when 5 PM arrived and we went to the designated spot, we never saw the hotel's shuttle bus. Frustrated, we had no choice but to take a taxi to the hotel. It happened to be rush hour and raining then, so the journey took over an hour and cost a whopping 13,750 JPY. Upon arrival, we found out that you needed to book the shuttle in advance, but Trip.com's customer service didn't mention this when we made our reservation. We not only wasted several hours but also incurred extra expenses.

GGuest UserThe staff were friendly and polite. While the room was a bit dated, it was very spacious, which was perfect for opening multiple suitcases simultaneously. The air conditioning was strong and cold, and the bathroom even featured a sauna and a generously sized bathtub. My only minor complaints were the somewhat dim lighting and the hotel entrance, which was a little tricky to locate.

*If you are staying here to see a performance in the arena, be careful as it takes 35 minutes to walk to the main road without street lights because you don't know the bus at 9 p.m.

Местоположение не самое удачное, поэтому, если у вас нет машины, то советую выбрать что-то другое. Прямо под отелем есть камбини, что очень удобно. Неподалёку парочка вкусных кафешек. Но учитывайте, что они вечером не работают

GGuest UserLocated near eateries, mall and restaurants and value for money stay. The rooms were large and the staff spoke good English. The laundry and dryer were commercial size so fast and good. Allocated a room next to the smoking area so could smell the smoke even though we were in a non-smoking room. Appreciated the guest parking. The traditional breakfast was okay except for some overnight(?) rice that cause me to choke. Overall, met my expectations.
