"The hotel environment is really good. When you exit Asahikawa Station via the subway, there's a direct walkway to the hotel's second floor. The hotel lobby is on the fourth floor, and after 3 PM, there are complimentary welcome drinks and alcoholic beverages. I chose a room with a balcony, and the view was fantastic – perfect for people-watching or just relaxing. The hotel is closest to Naha Bus Terminal; you take the elevator down to the first floor from the walkway, and as you exit the elevator, you'll see the bus terminal platforms. It's about a two-minute walk. It's roughly a four-minute walk to the subway station and ten minutes to Kokusai Dori. Walking to Naminoue Shrine takes about twenty minutes. This hotel is ideal for those who plan to use public buses. There are also several convenience stores around the hotel."

"The hotel's strongest asset is its location relative to Asato Station (Yui Rail). It is approximately a 30-second walk from the station exit to the hotel lobby. (Photo [1]) A 24-hour supermarket (Sakae Machi Ryubo) is located directly opposite the hotel. (Photo [2]) It is only 18 minutes from Naha Airport by monorail and just a 3-minute walk to the eastern end of Kokusai-dori (International Street), Naha’s main tourist strip. (Photo [3])"

"Check-in was straightforward and hassle-free. The location is great if you enjoy a lively atmosphere—plenty of music and nearby spots for a drink. There’s also ample paid parking close by, which makes things convenient. It’s roughly an hour’s drive from Naha, so not too far if you’re exploring the area. On the downside, the bed setup was a bit disappointing. No fitted sheet, and only two pillows provided. Housekeeping is also quite limited, with room cleaning and turndown service offered just once a week. On the plus side, the towel situation is… abundant. More than you’d ever reasonably need—but honestly, is there such a thing as too many towels?"

"Location: Getting to the hotel from the airport was a breeze, with plenty of monorail and bus stops nearby. It's right next to RYUBO Department Store, and there's a Family Mart downstairs, plus a 7-Eleven, Lawson, and a Daikoku drugstore close by. It's also super close to the day tour meeting point and Kokusai Street, so the location is truly excellent! Facilities: Our room was on the 9th floor. While the room isn't huge, it's a 'sparrow small but complete with all its vital organs' – perfectly fine for one adult and one child. The corner sofa was a nice touch, very convenient. I loved that the window could open, allowing for daily ventilation. The pajamas were very comfortable, and having a large public bath on an upper floor was a godsend; soaking there after a long day was incredibly relaxing! Service: The front desk staff provided good, enthusiastic service. While the breakfast selection wasn't vast, the food was delicious, with many Okinawan specialties. The menu changed daily, so even after five days, we didn't get bored! Cleanliness: The room was cleaned daily and very thoroughly. Toiletries were provided in the room, but there didn't seem to be free drinking water or skincare products. I'm not sure if I needed to ask the front desk for those. However, the lobby lounge offered free drinks from 2 PM to 10 PM daily, and the pineapple sparkling water was particularly good. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, especially with its unbeatable location and surroundings. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Okinawa!"

"Taking a taxi from Naha Airport cost about 1000 yen. The front desk staff were very welcoming and even provided toiletries for the kids. We stayed in the new building, which was super convenient to get to: after checking in, you just turn right, then right again after you see Lawson, and it's a two or three-minute walk. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is very handy, and it's an easy walk to the mall and Kokusai-dori. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Okinawa."

"Our stay at smile. Hotel was ok. Only thing is that there isn’t much amenities like comb, disposable slippers and cotton buds. The room was clean but there is no housekeeping service for every three days that you stay. We have to put our dirtied  towels outside the door every morning and clear our own rubbish bin. We paid S$110 per night, and for that kind of price we expect some housekeeping every day, not clear our own rubbish! There was no mineral water in the room, or outside the door of the hotel room. There Wasn’t any coffee or tea packets. only green tea. There is a laundry service on the third floor, but we have to pay Y$300 for the washing machine and hundred yen for the dryer which we have to use twice because the clothings will not be dry so we have to insert ¥200 to completely dry our clothes.   Quite disappointed with the service. Other than that it is a typical clean hotel, not for that price though."

"Great Staff And The Breakfast Was So Good. One Issue for me is that I booked because of the On Sen . But was not allowed to use it, even if my small tattoo was covered. That should be mentioned Before booking."

"The hotel is right next to Kokusai Street, and there's a Family Mart downstairs. They change towels daily, and the rooms offer a private space. The shower rooms require a code to enter, which feels very secure. There's a washing machine for 300 Yen and a dryer for 100 Yen for 30 minutes. Laundry detergent costs 50 Yen per pod. The soundproofing isn't great, but for the price, having a private space is well worth it. There are separate male and female toilets on each floor."
