"We chose this hotel for the pool and close proximity to both the monorail and the ferry ticket office.
It was ideal for this reason. The pool was nice and quiet during the day.

We went to Naminoue beach, about 25-30min walk away - we tried the bus according google maps but the bus didnt arrive as expected.
For the rest, the hotel is clean and comfortable and decent size rooms. the washing machines are busy in the evening but convenient for use.
The area around the hotel I wouldnt really recommend for families - its a little rundown and had a bit of a strange vibe, not as welcoming as other parts of Japan. Still clean and seems safe, but our least favourite area during our 3 week trip."

"This property is BEAUTIFUL. I loved every part of our stay. The room was so spacious with thoughtful amenities, the public baths and pool area felt very luxurious and clean, and the location is hard to beat in Naha. The staff are all very kind and thoughtful, many spoke English but even those who didn't were extremely patient with my little Japanese. I would like specifically thank Santosh from the front desk staff. We ran into an issue with our baggage getting delivered in time before our departure to our country and if it wasn't for his help we wouldn't have had a hope of ever seeing that luggage again. His compassion and willingness to help us clueless tourists navigate our options and prepare our luggage for delivery will be remembered for a long time. I will recommend this hotel to any of my friends traveling to Naha!"

"Beyond its convenient location, there's not much to write home about. It served its purpose as a one-night stopover. It's a run-of-the-mill business hotel.

"The location is great. Naminoue Umisora Park is within walking distance, perfect for watching planes and sunsets, and Naminoue Shrine is also close by. To the east, you'll find the bus terminal and tram station, plus two large supermarkets selling fresh produce are conveniently within walking distance. "The hotel's location is excellent, and the annex rooms are very new, with a 7-Eleven right downstairs. It's very close to the Prefectural Office Station, and Kokusai Dori is also within walking distance. The room size isn't small for Japan; you can open two suitcases. However, the service is mediocre because the front desk is usually unattended for self-checkout, making it hard to find help when needed."

"The hotel room was quite spacious, and you could pick up amenities like toothbrushes and facial cleansers from the lobby. Breakfast on the top floor was delicious and offered great views. The location is very close to DFS, which is convenient if you've booked a day tour, as you can choose the DFS pick-up point instead of going all the way to Kenchomae, which is usually much more crowded. For those sensitive to cigarette smoke, definitely avoid smoking rooms. We accidentally booked one, and the smell was quite strong. Luckily, the hotel had availability and moved us to a non-smoking floor for our last two days 🙏"

SSL05Hotel staffs are friendly, hotel lobby is clean with nice deco! Room is nice too however the design of the bathing area is not convenient for families. You have to wind down the blinds whenever you shower. I love their big beds and the room comes with an air purifier! Their breakfast is nice, both Japanese and western! There’s blue seal ice-cream too! However their breakfast area is kind of small, you have to wait when all the tables are occupied! Overall highly recommended as it’s near to American village and Aeon mall!

MM50396****The only regret of this trip was that when we originally booked, we were told the hotel had a dedicated airport shuttle bus. We arrived at Okinawa Airport at 2 PM and asked the local ground staff, who informed us there was a bus at 5 PM. So, my nearly 80-year-old mother and I decided to wait a few hours. However, when 5 PM arrived and we went to the designated spot, we never saw the hotel's shuttle bus. Frustrated, we had no choice but to take a taxi to the hotel. It happened to be rush hour and raining then, so the journey took over an hour and cost a whopping 13,750 JPY. Upon arrival, we found out that you needed to book the shuttle in advance, but Trip.com's customer service didn't mention this when we made our reservation. We not only wasted several hours but also incurred extra expenses.

GGuest UserThe staff were friendly and polite. While the room was a bit dated, it was very spacious, which was perfect for opening multiple suitcases simultaneously. The air conditioning was strong and cold, and the bathroom even featured a sauna and a generously sized bathtub. My only minor complaints were the somewhat dim lighting and the hotel entrance, which was a little tricky to locate.

*There are shops selling ㄷㅁ on the street within walking distance of the hotel. Be careful at night. Lots of izakaya. 5 minutes across the main street of convenience stores.
*If you are staying here to see a performance in the arena, be careful as it takes 35 minutes to walk to the main road without street lights because you don't know the bus at 9 p.m.

GGuest UserLocated near eateries, mall and restaurants and value for money stay. The rooms were large and the staff spoke good English. The laundry and dryer were commercial size so fast and good. Allocated a room next to the smoking area so could smell the smoke even though we were in a non-smoking room. Appreciated the guest parking. The traditional breakfast was okay except for some overnight(?) rice that cause me to choke. Overall, met my expectations.

GGuest User1. The hotel adopts no reception, you must check in by yourself. If you have any questions, you can press the contact number on the tablet panel. You can talk to the service staff to help check in if you need to speak English or Japanese. The car is parked in the parking lot in front of the second floor for free. The parking lot is very large. We only have four cars when we check in, including our vehicles. If there is no self-driving, the traffic is a bit inconvenient.
2. The location is halfway up the mountain, there are many motels or daily rental suites nearby, I don’t know why I feel very empty, and I don’t feel very comfortable on safety concerns.
3. The room environment is the same as the photo. The room range is super large. The baby is very happy to run around, but it is also very happy to hit. The room lighting is dim, personally feel that the sight line is poor, the remote control is super insensitive, and it is difficult to switch or shut down.
4. During the stay, no one will remove the garbage, and you have to find a way by yourself or put it in the check-out.
5. Basic spare parts are available. The room is located at the highest point, so it is very convenient to open the window to watch the sunrise or sunset.
