"The hotel is relatively old, so I gave it a score of 4.5, but I will choose this hotel again next time. Check-in is also very convenient. There is a free shuttle bus from the Kintetsu Station to the hotel. In the afternoon, I sat in the hotel cafe and looked at the sea to make me feel relaxed. The hotel also has a seafood buffet in the evening, and sashimi is free."

"The hotel view is really nice. You can see the sea from your room. The hot spring has both outdoor and indoor. There is free soba between 9pm-10pm. The dinner and breakfast were really great! The staff are really kind and helpful. My husband forgot his passport without any realise, the hotel tried to contact us via the Trip.com. What a great service mind!"

"We stayed at ocean view the staff was absolutely amazing.We had japanese course for dinner absolutely great the lobster and abalone steaks were excellent and breakfast too..The bad side is the club lounge not available and the guest room toilet was old and not totally clean there is hair on the floor disappointing 🙁"

"Upon arriving at Toba Station a little past 6 PM, we couldn't locate the hotel shuttle bus as advised by the guide. Decided to call the hotel just to try our luck, and to our surprise, they immediately dispatched a private car to pick us up! Service was absolutely impeccable! 💯 The hotel's absolute standout feature has to be its hot springs! ♨️ Especially the unique Pearl Onsen – the only one in Japan infused with Mikimoto pearl powder. My skin felt incredibly soft and glowed after soaking. (A glass of milk after the onsen is a must – incredibly refreshing! *Personally, I prefer the fruit-flavored one.) Room Experience: We booked the most basic Japanese-style room (washitsu) and truly enjoyed the authentic experience of sleeping on traditional tatami mats. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome cheesecake 🍰 waiting for us in the fridge – absolutely delicious! All toiletries were exclusively Mikimoto branded, adding a definite touch of luxury and quality. (We even bought a set from the hotel shop before leaving – eligible for tax-free shopping!) 🥣 Breakfast was a classic Japanese set meal, served individually with no menu choices. The highlight, however, was the dining environment – private rooms! *Be bold and request a window-side private room. ❤️ Enjoying a refined breakfast in such a private setting, while gazing at the serene ocean view outside, was an incredibly soothing and delightful experience."

"It was good to have a large room with an ocean view and a relaxing room. However, it was very conspicuous that the manners of the public bath users were too bad. Even though there is a ban on the use of tattoos at the entrance, a child who has a tattoos is used, a child who starts a swimming tournament at a hot spring, and a mother who doesn't pay attention to it. We do not recommend using the hot springs around 21:00 after meals. Since there is no key in the shoe locker, I was in trouble because there was no slippers in the building where I put them when I returned. I felt that I would like you to improve the tattoo notes, such as locking the shoe locker."

"Mie Prefecture is a relatively remote and rural place, but Toba, Ise and Shima are still worth visiting. Todaya Hotel exceeded my expectations. I thought it was just an ordinary local Japanese-style hotel, but it turned out to be very large, with two buildings, a large public bath, an open-air bath, and several free private baths for families. There are quite a few medals at the front desk. The room size is not large among Japanese-style rooms, but it is more spacious than ordinary modern rooms. Western-style beds are also more comfortable. The dinner was quite rich, with both Japanese and Western flavors, and the freshly roasted beef was delicious. Breakfast is on the top floor of the South Building, facing the sea, with a great view. There are also many dining options. Mikimoto Pearl Island and Toba Aquarium are nearby. When you check in, you will see the last name or first name of each room occupant on the welcome board at the hotel entrance. It is quite interesting to find your own name."

"It is a higher-end hot spring chain store. The room was very big. I booked a single room and was given a twin room. The hotel may be 700 meters away from Nakanogo Station in a straight line, but with a narrow strait in the middle, the distance is still very far. You can ask the hotel shuttle to pick you up. The staff are very friendly, there are free late night snacks, and the hot springs are very comfortable. There is nothing to go shopping around, and the hotel does not have many other facilities. It may be a bit boring for a family."

"Because it is an old inn, about half of the beach in front of you is the area of this inn. I was able to fish as it was from the room on the first floor, had a fishing raft for myself, and there was a root of Yakusugi that said that there was only one in Japan. The building itself is old, so it smelled like the Showa era, but it would be good for those who like such an inn. The meal was very rich in seafood and I was satisfied."

"An old style western hotel but in general clean. The staff very nice and helpful. I asked them to help phone a restaurant make booking. I didn't realize the restaurant did not open yet. The hotel staff tried calling the restaurant a few times but no one answered. Finally, the hotel staff sent the restaurant a message. I didn't request the hotel staff to do so but they did it on their own. Without the hotel message to the restaurant, we would not be able to have a nice osyter buffet. Thanks them very much. If I have to complain, I should say they have to clean the bath room more thoroughly. The toilet and bath room inside the room were just totally renovated a few years but there were already black stains and mould on the wall near the bath tub. Also, there's dust on the hand rail in the toilet."
