"There's no parking downstairs, and you have to pay a fee to park when entering the island. You need to call ahead for a shuttle pick-up. The sea view from the room was excellent, and I was initially very happy, but I absolutely couldn't sleep at night. The music noise from Moon Bay was too loud, and the room's soundproofing was terrible; it was impossible to sleep. This was really annoying. I left my cosmetics in the room when checking out, and the owner was very kind and arranged a time to bring them down to me!"

"Although the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities and environment are truly exceptional – very clean and tidy. My only minor complaint is that the outdoor pool felt a bit too simple. The breakfast buffet is huge with an incredible variety of dishes. I stayed two days and still couldn't try everything! The Hainan specialty Hou'an noodles were delicious, and so were the Jianbing Guozi (savory crepes). Dinner was also excellent. The Hainan yellow beef was very fresh and the quality was good. The Zao Po Cu (vinegar soup) and spicy soup were appetizing and tasty. There was also a live band performing 🎤. It would have been even more perfect if cocktails 🍹 were available. The Wenchang chicken was very fresh. Service was consistently great. The hotel offers many adult activities, but you definitely need to book them in advance, as it's very difficult to get a spot by booking on the same day. I had a wonderful trip. The hotel had a full itinerary of activities, and the scenery was beautiful. Special thanks to our butler, Mile, for their thoughtful service, including preparing fruit and a small cake. The activity arrangements and bookings were very reliable. 👍"

"The hotel environment is excellent, with an overall Southeast Asian garden style. It's well-maintained, and the balcony is very spacious. Our room was right downstairs to the beach, and the sand was incredibly fine – perfect for relaxing. You could also listen to music and watch the sea at the bar in the evening. Our hotel butler, Ella, provided fantastic service. She explained all the dining, entertainment, and activities as soon as we arrived, and her service was very attentive."

"Much happy to stay at Hilton Winning for third time. Facilities and service pretty good as same as before especially excellent experience provided from front desk Kate. She arranged nice room for us, RM#9999, i like this lucky number! Welcome fruits also good, the oranges very sweet, the amazing thing is she arranged the same fruits for my the other normal room. She is professional because she treats the guests equally and not the difference of room types. Also as the repeat guest, the feelings she gave us more like friends, this made me feel a sense of belongling. One suggestion that breakfast should be better and richer, more fresh food and less premade dishes. juice…biscuit(got wet and went soft)…Last looking forward the forth time stay..."

"The service here deserves full marks! Every staff member I encountered was incredibly enthusiastic. Our butler, Coco, was very responsive to all our questions and proactively offered help. The room was spacious and clean, and the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—which made for a fantastic night's sleep. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful; it's a tranquil villa complex featuring a central swimming pool surrounded by lush, dense coconut groves. They offered convenient shuttle service for both arrival and departure, and even helped with our luggage. The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful. Guests can rent bikes or scooters directly from the front desk, which is not only fantastic value but also super convenient for exploring Shenzhou Peninsula and Shimei Bay. I even accidentally lost the key to our rented scooter, but they handled the situation smoothly and professionally. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended! "Thank you to the hotel for the room upgrade! This was my favorite hotel during my 10-day trip to Sanya. The decor was simple yet elegant, the room was spacious, and the facilities were super new. The separate walk-in closet was very convenient for storing luggage and hanging clothes. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, a huge vanity, and a large clothes rack on the balcony – so convenient! The location was also quiet yet convenient, not far from anywhere, and surrounded by many shopping areas. You can see the lighthouse and the beach from the balcony. Overall, I give it a six-star rating! 👍 The only downside was the limited selection of breakfast options!"

I drove here, and there are parking lots and charging piles, which is very convenient, so I don’t have to worry about charging. When checking in, the housekeeper said that I could tell the housekeeper if I had any questions. It was very attentive. The room was also very clean. I watched an old movie on the projector at night. I think the house is very suitable for watching romantic movies~ The picture quality is clear and the sound is suitable. I got up in the morning and went to the rice field swing. The rice next to it was tall and a large area of green. It was very healing to watch. Walking along the trail, I didn’t think about anything in my mind. There were not many people going to the swimming pool in the afternoon. The swimming pool was sparkling in the sun, and the temperature was also suitable~ There were lounge chairs next to it, so you can rest when you are tired. I also soaked in the hot spring for a while in the afternoon. There was a rice field next to it. It was really romantic and happy to be surrounded by rice fields! It felt like a vacation abroad. Dinner was eaten at the wooden house restaurant. Even the restaurant was full of rice fields, and the atmosphere was full! In the evening, the housekeeper said there was a starry sky movie, so we went to watch it for a while. Everyone sat together quietly, which was quite comfortable. I felt very relaxed living here. You can tell they care about maintaining the place really well. What really made this stay special was the staff. Everyone I met was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help — whether it was arranging transportation or giving local tips. They even have drivers who can take you around to explore nearby beaches and spots, which was super convenient. One of my favorite little perks? The coffee shop inside the hotel where you can grab free coffee anytime. I spent a lot of time there, sipping on iced drinks and reading in the garden — it was honestly the perfect recharge. All the staff were incredibly welcoming, the front desk lady was very gentle, and all the staff we met around the property greeted us warmly 🙋. Environment: 🌳 Tropical garden style with good greenery. The room was a bit noisy, with high-speed trains passing both in front and behind, but it was acceptable once the door was closed. The mini-bar in the room was free to use, and it was fun to buy some base spirits from the supermarket to mix drinks. Facilities: Everything you need is there. There are also shops outside the surfing park, though some haven't opened yet. Surfing was a lot of fun, and the instructor was very patient. I'll definitely come back when I have time. Hygiene: Public areas were very clean, and the room was also large and clean. Breakfast: Full marks! Both Chinese and Western options were available in a buffet style from 7 AM to 1:30 PM, which was a huge bonus. It was great to sleep in and then enjoy brunch. Other: It's not far from the hotel to the commercial street, just a few minutes walk. The commercial street is very lively after 9 PM, but pretty empty between 5 PM and 7 PM. You can order takeout food, and it gets delivered right to the hotel. We ordered from a few places, and the taste was generally average.

The view from the residence is really beautiful. You can surf downstairs. There is also a shooting place for the TV drama Xiahua. There are also amusement facilities downstairs. Unfortunately, these two days are cloudy, but fortunately, this trip time is short. I will choose here next time.

Sure enough, you get what you pay for😭The garden view cannot see the sea. There are cruise ships out to sea right in front of the hotel. You must go out to sea, it’s super cool. There are really many swimming pools in the hotel. There is an infinity swimming pool, which is very photogenic. You can take photos of the lighthouse. It is beautiful to take pictures of. You must go to take photos and check in during the day. The lighthouse is dark at night and cannot be seen. We had breakfast at the hotel the next morning. There were really many types of breakfast. There are also Western and Chinese food. Salad cakes are available. I like the freshly cooked noodles very much, it suits my taste very much. Later, we went to the lighthouse to check in. After all, it was the filming location of her missing photo. Taking photos is also very impressive. The hotel is not far from the lighthouse, and it takes more than ten minutes to get there by taxi. GGuest UserThe room is great. It is one of the few youth hostels in Tianxin Village with bed curtains. The bathroom is in the room, which is very convenient. The small courtyard and public area outside are also large. The location is relatively central in the village, and it is very convenient for breakfast and noodles. The door is slightly not soundproof, and it is noisy at 8 or 9 o'clock in the evening. Fortunately, it is quiet outside after 10 o'clock. The overall feeling is great and the price is not expensive.

KKelkooLocation: ONLY book if you are coming with your own car. Accommodation is not easily accessible by foot especially if you are arriving at night. All food places at least 5-10 min DRIVE. However, it is an interesting location as it is not close to the sea, so you get to experience another side of Hainan’s environment. Make sure you bring mosquito repellent. Service: Was just okay - not the most helpful unless you ask questions. For example, the SUPs have to be booked ahead so their trainer is scheduled to come - which was not mentioned. So if you are only staying for one day, make sure you tell them ahead. Cleanliness: Since it is a humid environment, mould will likely appear. The tent we were in had a lot of mould on many of the inner walls. There was an attempt at simply covering it but these tents should be cleaned and treated. Amenities: the tents definitely are definitely more fancy than normal tents - ours had a shower and AC. I was mostly disappointed by the lack of activities and food availability. I think if you are an accommodation that is difficult to access - at least food/drinks options should be provided.
