"The room was spacious, comfortable, and not damp. The bedding was also quite cozy. However, it suffers from a common hotel issue: poor soundproofing. Especially since there's a high-speed rail line right behind the hotel, and we were in the last row of rooms. When the high-speed train passed by, the noise was quite significant, though the hotel did provide earplugs. There aren't many amenities around the hotel, and it's a bit far from the beach, requiring a bike or car to get there. The surf pool was great, and the coaches were patient. The price was reasonable, and it felt very safe for beginners. I'd recommend trying it multiple times."

"This was the most satisfying hotel of our Wanning trip; both the environment and service were impeccable. Even before checking in, we experienced the meticulous arrangements made by our butler, Cherry. Room facilities: Very thoughtful, they even had mosquito repellent by the bed. Breakfast: Quite delicious, good quality. The infinity pool is super photogenic! Next time I come to Wanning, I'll definitely stay at Grand Hyatt again!"

"I finally have some time now, so I'll leave a detailed review for everyone's reference. The rooms and facilities are quite complete and relatively new. I saw some comments saying that the parking lot, guest rooms, and breakfast area were scattered and hard to find. I think it's actually fine; as a resort-style hotel with a central courtyard, it's easier to navigate than detached villas. It took about 20 minutes to walk around and get my bearings. The underground parking and restaurant are served by the same elevator. The front desk and concierge service were unremarkable, lacking a bit in smiles, quite bland 😊. Breakfast is served until 10:30 AM, but even at 10:15 AM, dishes were still being refilled, and the variety was quite rich. We didn't want to go out for dinner, so we ordered a set meal. The food was excellent, and the portions were huge; we couldn't finish it all. The service at the Chinese restaurant was very good, with staff consistently demonstrating the professionalism expected of a high-star hotel. Special commendation to the uncle at the outdoor BBQ, who was very enthusiastic and reminded us to watch our step when we passed by at night. There's a hot spring, but I didn't get to experience it. All three swimming pools are great, and the water is very clean, which the kids loved. Overall, if you're tired of ocean views, it's definitely worth staying for two nights."

This is an older resort, and while the decor shows its age, the room hygiene was excellent, the bedding was comfortable, and the toiletries were high quality. Breakfast served until 11 am is a huge plus for late risers, with a rich selection of local snacks and fruits. Overall, it's an ideal place to unwind and fully immerse yourself in island life – gazing at the sea, taking walks, and enjoying the sunset. The vacation vibes are truly immersive. "The hotel is also relatively close to the commercial area. The hotel lobby opens directly onto the beach, and the park's landscape design is beautiful. There are parent-child activities every day, and Trista and Xiaoyu from guest relations provide thoughtful and responsive service. Facilities: It's an older hotel, but the quality is guaranteed. Although it's not newly renovated, the tropical style is very prominent. It's meticulously maintained. Cleanliness: The cleaning is very thorough. Even the water in the bathroom is wiped dry with a towel while kneeling down. Environment: This hotel is very suitable for families with children. The swimming pools and play facilities are well-equipped and concentrated in one area, so you don't have to walk around much. You can also use the facilities at the neighboring Sheraton. There are many Instagrammable spots on the beach, so you can easily stay for several days. Service: The service is very warm and attentive, especially from our personal butler, Xiaoyu, who even reminded us about going out when it rained. If you want to know where to take great photos or which surf club is reliable, just ask your personal butler."

She even surprised our baby with a birthday cake and considered every aspect for the child, anticipating many details before we even had to ask. "The All Seasons Hotel, newly opened this year, offers new and comprehensive facilities. The front desk staff is proactive, friendly, and attentive, always responsive to requests. Laundry facilities and other amenities are also readily available, and wait times are minimal. The blackout curtains in the rooms are excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The only downside is that some guests are known to smoke in the elevator, something the hotel should be aware of. If this can be improved, the hotel will be truly exceptional."

"We chose this villa hotel for a gathering with a few friends, and what we loved most was the backyard. A beautiful, blooming bougainvillea tree next to the sparkling blue pool, with friends sitting around the courtyard, enjoying tea – it was truly picturesque and so enjoyable. The house is spacious and bright, well-equipped with everything you need, including cooking facilities and karaoke for parties. There are two proper bedrooms and two additional, simpler self-built rooms, so it's not absolutely perfect in every detail, but it definitely creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it ideal for family and friends get-togethers. Very satisfied, highly recommend! Hope they keep up the great work! 💪"
