"While checking in with receptionist, this creepy guy in orange shirt and shorts was eavesdropping. Having heard that my floor, he went ahead of me. When I reached my floor, he was already there and followed me to my room (some 4 meters behind me). My key didnt open my room lock, so I went down to lobby again. They told me to return to my room and wait for staff who will assist. I saw guy follow me again sp I went outside to eat. Thats when I took this photo of him stalking other guests. I went to market to buy sim card so I can call police if needed. When I returned, thankfully he was gone."

"The photos don't do this absolutely gorgeous hotel (conveniently located close to the airport) as much justice as it deserves. Everything at this hotel was absolutely perfect!! The massive lazy river style, H-shaped pool was stunning, clean and massive. I only wish that I could have spent more time in the pool during my 3 night visit. The gorgeous four poster bed was super comfortable with beautiful bedding. My extremely comfortable, spacious room was beautifully decorated with Khmer furnishing. The bathroom is large, modern, luxurious and very clean. My flight had been delayed so I had to check in very late and even thought the restaurant was near closing time I could still order room service. The staff was very friendly and professional but could be more helpful with correct up to date tourist information about local attractions. The delicious breakfast was served in a lovely restaurant that provided many choices and fantastic coffee. I HIGHLY recommend The Bali Hotel for your Phnom Penh visit!!"

"I enjoyed my stay soo much at Baitong, initially I booked a day stay and ended up staying for 4 days. The front desk staff Phearum & Theavey were the best, they are very helpful, they were doing some renovations during my stay but the two communicated that with me prior. I highly recommend this hotel, from the food chef Lou Lo beef stew was the best thing I have tasted this year and Sophie makes a perfect fried egg. If I could I’d name all the staff as they are professional and friendly all the way from the door man even the temporary construction workers. Do go enjoy a drink at their rooftop bar"

"Pros: New and clean hotel room. Spacious room with nice view of the river. Aircon is cooling and the controller works well. Water pressure is good with shower sets from GROHE. Very good gym with sauna, steam room and spa pools. Cons: Poor TV signal with limited channels. Not too comfortable to do work on the desk and uncomfortable chair. Breakfast selection is limited and taste is so-so."

"Booked for 2 paxs but only given 1 pax of disposable cotton bud and 1 shower cap No compliments of bottled water only a tub of house water , putting a note that due to save environment End up have to go Mini mart to buy bottled water Initial suppose to stay for 3 nights but we booked 1 night to trail first so end up we decided to book Fairfield instead for the remaining 2 nights stay"

"Location: Pro: At a quiet area in Toul Kork, good for relaxing and good sleep. Con: No restaurants within waling distance. The nearest areas are Aeon 2 and TK Avenue Mall. If wanna be near bustling area, stay near riverside. Room: Pro: Huge and clean cos the hotel is very new, since 2024. Showers is great with good water outlet thus the floor is not flooded. Con: No chair nor table to sit and work. The only table top in front of the TV is too narrow to put laptop. Breakfast: Good, with variety of selections at the buffet. Can order hot noodle soups. Black coffee is good. No white coffee from the coffee machine, need to add your own milk. Others: The long rectangle shape swimming pool is nice on the roof top. Gym is pathetically small with no ventilation and only 3 machines. Lobby area is weird, not cosy."

"If you have any need for fast, reliable internet, such as for business, stock market, etc... do NOT stay here. If that's not important to you, this is a fantastic place. Pro: Decor is awesome in the lobby and rooms (used to be a brewery, polished up vats still in lobby); staff is pleasant and friendly (except the bartender, she didn't seem very joyful... maybe just a bad day), very clean, great shower (careful, the water gets hot enough to steep tea - not kidding). Con: Internet must be dial-up. I've stayed in $4 a night hostels with better internet, it's absolutely useless here. They say at the counter ”our computers, phones, tv, etc... work fine here... while the tv behind the counter has a frozen screen. I had to go down the street to Brown, Starbucks, or Gloria Jeans (24hr), just to get enough internet to search for a plane ticket. I was told at the hotel that it must be my electronics, but when I informed them that the TV in my room doesn't get internet either (as well as my things work just fine everywhere else), they just kinda stared blankly (it's not their fault, it's management's fault for pinching pennies and paying for the slowest internet in all of Phnom Penh). Neutral: Nice clean pool but you must wait for the top layer of ice to melt before you jump in... it's most definitely not a pool to relax in (I put this under neutral because I know there are people who like frigid water). And when you get out... no sun, no wind, lots of plants = hordes of mosquitoes."
