"In principle, I liked the hotel, the staff is very polite and friendly, they help in everything and find answers to your questions. The only thing is that the breakfasts are very similar, in principle, the dish was delicious that I ate, but the same is served for breakfast, it’s a little boring. The air conditioner worked well, the light too. The girl at the reception is very nice and speaks English well, and their security is very good, that is, you feel safe. In general, the service staff is very good"

"The room was amazing, clean and big. The reception staff was brilliant. How ever we ran into a problem with one member of staff who was rude ( gave us dirty looks ) after we complained about our food order been wrong. We sent the same meal back 5 times after it was wrong. This was not a language barrier either because we translated it for said person. We told the manager who never got back to us. Other than that problem, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend."

"Great value modern hotel. Large, stylish room. The best breakfast we have had in one month of travels, so much to choose from made to order. Gorgeous pool area with a long enough pool to do some meaningful lengths in, loved it, especially with the great selection of reasonably priced cocktails. The following I am honestly nitpicking. For the price you are unlikely to beat this but if there are any areas for improvement, things to be aware of: Note there is construction going on next door, nothing the staff can do about that, they even provided ear plugs in the room which wasn't necessary unless you're sleeping in past 7. I was more disturbed by the bass from a bar nearby which went on to early hours Friday night, not the most sound proof rooms. I think the pool area could be made even better with just a couple more sun beds spaced around (there were only 5 and then chairs & sofas which got filled up in late afternoon). I think there is a gym room which is not fitted out but would be a great addition if finished. The daytime bar staff could be a bit more active, dirty glasses and towels left about by the pool whilst they were scrolling on phones. The restaurant meal was ok, overcooked steak and not a very good creme brulee but 25% off food voucher was worth it (accompanied with the cocktails... Did I mention I liked the cocktails?) We didn't get full bearings of the city, but there wasn't anything within walking distance that we particularly enjoyed. Feels like a bit of tension in the neighborhood in terms of economic living standards, it's clearly going through some aggressive gentrification and locals are being left behind."

"The staff is very polite and loyal, it’s just that the room was not so clean and there were no hygiene products, I had to call the reception several times to bring me toothpaste, toothbrush and razor. After several attempts, they brought it only then. But they didn’t bring the razor, I had to buy it in the lower store. And in general, the hotel is not bad, even in good condition. I recommend"

"My uncountable time booked for my staycation in Phnom Penh , WH310 still in my booking list 😘. We had a wonderful stay in a nice hotel. Gently refurbished, preserving the minimalist art deco details and yet with a fresh and up-to-date feel. Very clean and spacious. Very kind staff and great value for money. "Only found out it was the hotel's second day of opening upon check-in! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and communication in Chinese was seamless. The room's curtains, air conditioning, and lighting are all smart-controlled. The bedding included a latex pillow, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room decor was simple and clean, and there was even a small tea table. Overall, it felt very relaxing. There's a self-service laundry room and a gym on the 8th floor, and the breakfast restaurant is on the 23rd floor, which is the very top. Perhaps because it just opened, some areas might still be incomplete, but it was a great experience staying in a brand new hotel. Hope it stays this way!"

"The hotel is very good but the food service in the hotel is not that good but there are no restaurants around here you have to go a little far but you have to be careful when coming here because there is a lot of scamming here so keep your dollars or your money in a safe place because you will not get any kind of police cooperation here but if you want there are some restaurants nearby from here you can eat in them"

"Chaiya Palace was awesome... specially the Location is superb, there's a park in front of hotel, then Royal palace, River viewpoint, aeon mall and many more near hotel... We booked 5 rooms (3 double and 2 single) all rooms was clean, very big compare to other hotel...pool, gym, bar, Cafe they have all. Service and security was very good too, clean everyday ❤️...i liked the most was my 12th floor room sunrise view 🌅 at 5.40 am. would definitely Recommend and come back again ❤️"
