"This is my 2nd time to stay here.
As always fast and easy checked in.
Staffs were nice and accommodating.
My 1st stay before was all good.
But the recent stay had some bits of problems
1st one have some bit foul smell but that I just didn't mind
2nd one the aircon leaked twice:First while we were asleep ended up my nephew's school work being soaked .
Second one in the morning.
3rd:The blinds fell twice.
Good thing they're fast to fix it the moment u call .
Hopefully no more happening like this next time."

FFmjpPolite and nice staffs. Check in and check out is fast. Room is excellent with a king sized bed. Nice interior and quality made. Clean and white bed sheets and towels. The bathroom and shower are very nice with good water temperature and pressure. The mattress is also very comfortable to sleep in. I think this is the best hotel in Iloilo. Surely will come back again.

our concern is that the walls are thin and made of plywood which we can easily hear the neighbors conversation and TV.
Service and cleanliness is ok, parking is very limited

GGuest UserThe establishment doth possess a somewhat warm ambiance. Whilst a smattering of dust may be observed, it shall suffice for a brief interlude. The staff, I must avow, are most amiable and accommodating. Though initially, the lack of amenities caused concern, they are, in truth, available upon request, a fact readily clarified by the front desk. I am particularly gratified by the ample provision of hangers and the water is splendid, most especially the heated variety. The twin bed proves adequate, minor blemishes notwithstanding. Indeed, for a temporary haven in times of exigency, it serves admirably. The air conditioning chills most effectively, and the modern television, complete with Netflix and YouTube, proves a delightful diversion. A water heater is provided, though sustenance is not served within the chambers, a restaurant on the ground floor notwithstanding. Though it oft appears unoccupied. In summation, I deem it worthy of 3.8 stars.

The location is very convenient just near the mall, so everything we needed was within easy reach. The amenities were good and added to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. DDeodatusThe room is super quiet and clean — honestly, you really feel at home… unless you happen to run into unruly guests.
The staff? Friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help.
Breakfast is a bit small for the price, though.
Right now there’s construction at the entrance, so parking can be a little tricky if you bring a car. But again, the staff swoops in to assist, so it’s manageable.
For the price, this place is very affordable and a solid spot to rest.
I haven’t tried the rooms with big windows yet, so can’t comment on those.
The shower works fine, just not super powerful.
Towels and the CR are clean — always a win.

GGuest UserLOCATION: Very convenient. Right at the heart of the city. Essentially, one jeepney ride away from most of the known city attractions. A few meters away from the La Paz Public Market, home to some of the finest La Paz Batchoy the city has to offer.
ROOM: Nothing fancy. It gets the job done if you're looking for a place to stay and rest for an overnight business trip. It is just unfortunate that the room (Room 401) that got assigned to me was facing the main street. The sounds of the vehicles was audible from the inside. Also, the aircon was malfunctioning the entire night.
STAFF: Very friendly and kind.
Will I stay here again? Yes. Just hoping I won't get assigned to Room 401.
